Female teller with brown hair who wears a nose ring is extremely hateful and rude. I've interacted with her 3 separate occassions and she was the same each and every time. I'm closing my account.

Horrible customer service. It took 20 minutes to deposit my check... In the drive thru... With no one else in line... And I'm a member... And they couldn't remember my name even though they possessed my id. Unless you're friends with the folks employed there you will get treated like dirt.
