BancFirst S Main St, Stillwater

My decade with them has been an abysmal disappointment. I've been depositing my very respectable paychecks to this bank for years. Each time I've travelled overseas, they've locked me out of my account due to "unusual activity," even though I'd ALWAYS had them put a note on my account with specific countries I'd be visiting. Even though I had a daily limit of $400 on my atm withdrawals, they allowed someone in a country I'd never visited to nearly clean out my checking account for nearly $1,000 after an ATM card reader scam. Getting them to return that money to my account was long, difficult and absolutely maddening. As of today, with years of gainful employment and a steady stream of roughly $1,000 a week going into my checking account, they turned me down for a vehicle loan after a cursory credit check. Regardless of how long I'd been a loyal customer, and regardless of how many times I'd put up with their amateurish banking practices, they still reduced me to a single thing; not a customer, not a person, just a credit score. I'll be closing my account with them asap and never looking back, except in disgust. UPDATE: After moving to Idaho 2 months ago, my new local Credit Union approved my loan after 4 days as a member at 5.7% apr. I'm picking up my brand new Honda motorcycle tomorrow. I'll never join another bank.

I've had no issues with them. Everyone is very polite and actually tries to work with you on many situations.

It's a bank. What can I say they're there to get your money any way they can. Personally I don't use Banks but that's just me check them out they might be okay you never know.

Very wonderful place to bank at

It is very kind. It is recommended for international students who are tired of looking for BOA or Citibank. If you are studying at Still Water, you will not have much trouble using this place.
