My experience with Paul Banas as a landlord for 4 1/2 yrs has been a horrible experience. I have found him to be highly unprofessional, rude, demeaning and threatening. He has violated many of my rights as a tenant. I currently have written a formal complaint with the attorney general regarding these matters.
