    Had Scott Ackerman take care of my car on May 18, 2022. The car was hit by another car leaving a massive scratch. He got it buffed out and looking brand new. Also washed it for me. Absolutely a great experience, excellence service. Would definitely go back.

    Customer service was a bit more average, which was disappointing because the core business is providing services for people. Also being called the wrong name several times is impersonal and unprofessional. I understand it was confusing with my policy covering more than one individual, but this was my car, my insurance, my repairs, my payment. After a couple corrections, I gave up and some final paperwork had incorrect name listed. Appreciate the work done, a lot quicker than anticipated. Things on the customer service side just felt too casual. Previous Five-Star Review 2020: Professional, courteous, kind. Tightly run business, always a pleasure to use their services (though it would be nice to go a year without needing repairs). Highly recommend for any car repair work/car rental needs. Free estimates with no appointment needed. The earlier arrival time for free estimate, the better.

    Terrible customer service. All they want to do is run up your insurance. Go here if you want to be charged more money and be "mansplained" to. Also, some staff are not COVID 19 conscience; they do not follow local mask mandate still in place.

    Got a free loaner car while having work done, you have to put a credit card on file to get it but they don't charge you for it at all, unless you don't fill up the tank before returning it or make it so dirty they have to detail it. The finished body work on my car was really nice when done. They even buffed out a spot that was nearby but not included in the damage being fixed to make the overall completed area look better. The staff are friendly and made the whole process easy to understand for someone like me who's never had body work done on a car before.

    This was the most seamless work I've ever had done on my car! The front desk staff are professional and courteous, and the estimators are great as well. They hooked me up with an excellent, clean loaner car that was in great shape. In addition, I asked about another repair I was considering having done on my car. The staff was honest and told me it probably wasn't worth the money. I thought this spoke volumes about their ethics as company. I hope to never need to have body work done on my car again but if I do I would only go here.

    Progressive, my insurance company, recommended ball body shop for our repairs. I agreed as I looked on their website and they claim to have loaner vehicles. Claim to have is one thing, having them is entirely different. Vehicle has been at the shop for over two weeks, asked about a loaner and they won’t have any for two more weeks. Was told vehicle would be ready on Friday the 1st. Then they moved it to Monday the 4th. Called Monday and they moved it to Tuesday. Tried to get ahold of them Tuesday and no one returned my call. Called Wednesday and now they are stating it won’t be til Friday, maybe later to pick up and surprise, no loaner vehicles still. If you like being sent to voice mails and not receiving a call back and horrible communication with excuses grace your vehicle here but remember, don’t count in that loaner vehicle they claim to have.

    Took my Highlander in for a Rear Bumper repair. They did a fabulous job and worked with my insurance (Geico) flawlessly. 5 star service!! Also did a paintless repair of a dent on my rear door as best as they could. Cim, the guy who handed over my vehicle was very apologetic and forthcoming for the fact that I was not told ahead of time that they were going to do the repair on the rear door before agreeing on a price, and that even after the paintless repair the damage will be just a tiny bit noticeable and not totally flawless, he also gave me a discount on the repair cost. They could have done a better job of keeping me posted but hey, things do happen. And at the end of the day they tried their best to send me away happy, which is what I really appreciate in a business. Will def recommend them to others!

    I dropped by Ball Body Shop without an appointment to ask for some advice on what to do about a broken clip that failed to keep my front bumper in place. What I got was much better than advice--my bumper was fixed on the spot with some professional problem solving and improvisation by the staff member who took a look for me. He needed to create a solution that would work around the crack in the original clip system. I was so grateful for the swift assessment, solution, and fix. It was completely unexpected! My visit was finished in 15-20 minutes and when I asked how much I owed he said "No charge." This was a rare and welcome customer experience. I would have gladly paid for this expert care, but my great customer service experience now guarantees that I will send folks their way. I regret that I did not get the name of the gentleman who helped me out--he truly cared about solving my problem. Huge thanks!

    I stopped by to get a quote for tiny scratches created from a car wash Scott Ackerman helped me out and buffed them out and didn't charge for his time and effort. I was expecting to get a quote for painting a panel, so I was pleasantly surprised and would have been happy to pay. Great customer service from Smart across the board!

    Rebecca and betsy were both very helpful and did a fantastic job at answering any questions we had. They got us in a loaner quickly and The body work came out great. We got our car back earlier than the insurance company thought we would. Highly recommend this place
