Such a rip-off and nonexistent customer service. Price gouging for sure, as noted in other reviews. They charged me a weekend rate on a weekday, even though their posted rate didn't say anything about higher holiday rates. There are cheaper places to park, cheaper to use Uber or MTA, and many other places to get insurance conveniently online. Take your business elsewhere.

Called their direct line asking what the exchange rate was. Was told that they won't give that information over the phone. Seems a bit shady to offer a service but not tell you want the cost of that service is unless you go seem the directly. Everyone else can make up their own mind I for one know how I feel about it.

Great customer service and the staff was kind enough to keep an eye on our Yukon XL for the 5 days we were in Mexico. They charge $5 per day (24 hours begins everyday at 8 a.m.) They don't guarantee their 24-hour surveillance cameras are enough to keep robbers away, but they at least stay there until 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday. You can also do money exchanges during certain hours and buy insurance. You can call 24/7 and someone will answer your questions. I would totally leave my car there again.

The worse customer service I have ever experienced. Bad attitude and I wanted to know what the exchange rate was and he told me that he could not give it to me over the phone. It is not classified information. It's general information.

The girl that works there has a horrible attitude i dont know how they can have people like that working in there, i will never go back there ..another thing i told her to give me big bills she said noo she gave me more small bills than big bills.

I went to Baja Mex insurance on my way down to Mexico and had a great experience. I was able to get a great policy for a great rate and the customer service was very fast and helpful.

A bit expensive. For less than 24 hours I paid $42. They should have it where we pay for the hours or can work with people. I told them I was only going to be there till 7pm Thursday to 4pm Friday but she said I'd have to pay for Thursday and friday.

Bad customer service, and gals advertising when it comes to rates. They act like they're doing you a favor. went to san Ysidro blvd and found a better rate.

Easy to find off the 5 FWY. And when walking back through the new West Ped Crossing from a long day in Mexico your car is conveniently located right there for you. Highly recommend!!
