Updating my review again due to poor customer service and lack of attention to detail. Sometimes it’s hard to reach them in the first place, but when you do, it’s generally an excuse that they’re “doing closings right now.” I’ve had to ask for the Power of Attorney format that they like (they’re very specific here) multiple times and have not received it (update: received it with incorrectly spelled names). Furthermore, their wiring instructions have, multiple times, included account number errors and cost us days while they search for the $XX,000 deposit. Really disappointed.

They helped me close on my house quick and were incredibly patient and friendly.

I went in to ask about bringing an abstract up-to-date. The lady at the front was helpful and friendly. However I felt like their fees were way out rageous Because they are the only title company in Altus.

They were quick getting abstract done on my property.
