The staff at bail hotline bail bonds is by far the most aggressive and helpful bunch of individuals I've ever come across. Now I can do away with the persistence but I understand it's a business. Overall my experience was very pleasant the agents that help me were to the point and precise with what they wanted to do, they made me feel a little rushed but more or less comfortable. If an emergency should ever arise again I would definitely recommend going to them again as a repeat customer. Many thanks to the staff at bail hotline for helping our family, you guys were awesome. The Riverside office employees are extremely rude and unprofessional. They call demanding payment before it's even due. They call your phone with a very bad attitude and even at times yelling, when you tell them you will not make the payment yet because it's not due yet. You ask them to please stop being rude and speak to you respectfully and they even laugh and say to grow up and be responsible and have your family member stay out of trouble if I don't want to be in this situation. I even asked to not be called by him anymore if he can't be respectful, to just have someone else call me and he just laughs again, saying "what ever, I'll be calling you again tomorrow". I've called back to speak to a supervisor and they pretend to put one on the phone, but it's just another one of their co-workers. Other times I call back and they just simply pick up the phone and hang up very rudely. When u first go in to do paperwork they're very nice and respectful but right after that they are extremely rude and unprofessional. Definitely do not recommend them. Go with another bailbonds agency! They don't even deserve 1 star, the only reason why they got it is because u need to put one in order to leave a review.

After dealing with the other bail company down the street, Edgar at the corner of Orange and tenth st Bail Hotline posted my brothers bond for waaay cheaper ,and made it super easy for me. I hope I never need them again but I will only ever use Bail Hotline and Edgar in particular.
