I visited Azusa Pawn for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised on the great service I received. All the staff was friendly including “Ray”, the gentleman that assisted me. He was very helpful by giving me tips and providing the best service. I felt very comfortable doing business there and would definitely recommend their services to my friends.

Ray is always super helpful when it comes to pawning items and getting the most return for your loans. He looks out and shares his expertise with negotiating with everyone equally. Always come here and highly recommend

This place is awesome. There's no need for electronic stores, hardware stores, TV stores , video game stores, or electronic stores. This place has it all. And they buy their merchandise in conditions so there's no worry about failure. The staff are very nice and knowledgeable, especially Phil. This place is highly recommend.

Went in with little to no knowledge of how pawning my collectibles works. Garret made it super easy for me and was patient through all of my questions. I was a bit uneasy going in, and felt comfortable on the way out. Will be coming back soon and recommending to friends.

I had came to get a pricing for a ring and was greated by Garrett and ray which had given me one of the best experiences that I had ever received, I have been to many pawn shops that are snobby and unwelcoming. I go to this pawn shop http because they treat you with respect and don't make you feel like you're being you know taken advantage of, you don't leave there feeling like a fool I give it I give it five stars because of that you know they give you a decent price and you know make you feel okay instead of making me feel like a fool which is very important Adrian the manager there is very good person talk to you with respect even though I'm a black man and it sometimes people don't talk to me like they know so much more than I do and I appreciate that too.
