Azura Credit Union - Corporate Headquarters Sw 10th Ave, Topeka

Horrible and dishonest company. Do NOT trust them for a loan. Literally go anywhere else for a loan or account. Opening a lawsuit for their fraudulent activity. I had a car loan through them. Car was totaled & insurance gave a 30k check to pay out. Azura still reported my monthly car payments late. They got more money in that 1 check than they ever would have gotten from me in 4 months. Azura never informed me in writing of a remaining balance either. Only reported late payments to credit bureau(all the while had received 30 thousand dollars already mind you) Logic and professionalism is lacking here.

This credit union is literally the WORST credit union I have ever dealt with. They won’t even let me pull my own money out of my account for a bill due today, nor will my card work anywhere. This isn’t the first time they have done this, or messed up the details of my loan including arguing with me about SCRA being applied to my loans. Do not get an account with them, you will regret it

I had several questions and concerns today. I was lucky enough to have Melody K to assist me. She was very polite and super super helpful with everything that I needed and so patient. Special thank you to Melody, you are great! Thank you to Azura for the financial assistance I have received for the last few years. 10/10

Online Banking is a complete failure. I have tried logging in for hours. It isn't because any incorrect information. The servers take such an incredibly long amount of time to respond the website login will time itself out and give you a failure message. It wont matter how many times you try re-entering your personal id or password, or how many times you reset your password, it simply does not work at times.

I can't wait to close my account.

I have traveled without any problems with ECU. Since the switch, My daughter and I traveled To NC to spread my Dads ashes. I used my card at all 3 airports and a couple of other places. When we decided to go to the grocery store my card was declined.? Shocked and not understand we ran it again. luckily I had a little cash on me. So all weekend we were unable to do anything for my card was not working. To my surprise I called every SINGLE # on the card, got on line everything to try and fix this problem with no luck. We had to wait until Monday at 9 for that's when the banks are open. Shannon who was rude and didn't seen to care that my daughter went without 3 entire days!? I asked why wasn't I contacted by phone or Email. her response was we don't do that. not a emergency contact # .NOTHING. I than had to call the Fraud department. She was a life saver and even Gave Me A 1 800 # incase this was to occur again. LIFE SAVER she was. Azura employees need to get an attitude adjustment. Maybe offer a customer Service class? just giving a suggestion. Gave 1 Star because I had to.

Our Son Passed away who had a Car Loan thru Azura CU we live clear across the United States Lisa Brown from Azura CU saved the day ! She contacted I-70 Auto Auction and tracked down all the personal possessions that were left in my Sons Car. She then shipped them to me from Kansas to CT. I want to Thank Her for doing that ! SHE SHOWED COMPASSION TO US AND TO OR OUR SITUATION. Again Thank YOU Lisa...!

Awful and ridiculous. When I was banking through Educational Credit Union, I never had a problem. Since Azura has taken over, I'm now getting charged with numerous fees and I can't even figure out what they're from.

This is a credit union that has started charging it's own people to use it's own ATMs! Today, 3/11/2016 I went to the Quest ATM on 10th street to get cash, and it charged ME, one of it's members, $2.00! I wouldn't even give one star to this place, but I will start checking out other credit unions!!!
