Buyer beware! They take advantage on small businesses and seriously over charge to finance vehicles! Update! I have paid my lease to buy off early and now I can’t get my title. I have called numerous times and no call back. My tags are about to expire and I can’t get a title for the van I paid for! My aztec experience continues to be horrible

One of the worst companies I have ever worked with. They do not answer their phone or respond to Emails. They auto draft charges from your account without notice and will charge you for thing that were not agreed upon. Stay away.

We have worked with Aztec Financial a couple times. Debbie Saiger was the one who helped introduce our new company vehicle to the crew. She walked us through every step from start to finish. She made this experience quick and easy and I for sure recommend Aztec Financial to our fiends and family!

I would definitely recommend Aztec Financial if you need equipment for your carpet cleaning or restoration business. Michelle has been a huge help to us over the last year in the survival of our small business. It makes a big difference when you don't feel like just a number and that there is someone is in your corner trying to help you succeed. The process was painless and pretty easy. Jenny at Aztec was very helpful and informative. We started the process with the application right before the Christmas holidays and a month later we receive the equipment we requested. I recently ordered 3 truckmounts, an RX-20 and a 360i in December 2018. I worked with John Olsen at Superior Cleaning and Tonya at Aztec Financial. The transactions were started and completed via a couple of phone calls, and documents were received and signed through the web. Both John and Tonya were pleasant, helpful, professional and a joy to work with. Rarely have I enjoyed a more positive purchasing arrangement. A great experience.

I call ever year for to get a copy of my payment history to give to my CPA and two years in a row I’ve had the pleasure to get Shell Platt. She’s very kind and helpful! She’s a huge asset to your company!

We purchased a work van through Aztec Financial. Working with them has been like pulling teeth. I'm honestly surprised by all the positive reviews, because we have had nothing but negative interactions with them. They have tried to bill us for the incorrect tax bill 2 years in a row. It took 3 months for them to resolve the issue, multiple emails and follow ups sent with no response, and now the following year, I have exactly the same issue. I have been waiting 13 days for a response to my last email sent to the main department as well as to a supervisor - no one has seen fit to respond back to the emails or follow ups. Supervisor Ben advised in 2018 "Thank you so much for sending me all the emails. I will review our email and phone response times and make sure that those improve exponentially going forward. I am so sorry for the frustrations and inconvenience we have caused you." And yet, everything is still EXACTLY the SAME. Terrible customer service, seem unorganized, not in the current century to be able to get current statements without calling or emailing their customer service, who doesn't answer you!! Avoid at all costs - can't wait until this van is paid off so I don't have to deal with them any longer!

Very bed experience after 8 months of payment they send me email my payment is late. I call because I'm never late they told me and very rude way you are late from beginning all 8 payments. Never receive email call or letter I'm late. This is absolutely unacceptable service. I give them $7000 down payment and send everything they ask not problem on my site. Worst service hands down. Have been waiting to get titles for vehicles that have been paid for months, after several calls we were told they need actual mileage of vehicles to order titles. Would love to speak to a manager to see what excuses they have. Insurance has been waiting for the title of a wrecked car for 10 months to date and Aztec can’t seem to be bother to do they’re work. Will never do business with the. Again and will encourage the rest of out franchises to follow suite. Restoration 1 of Greenville

Jenny is a real asset to Aztec. I was on a time crunch to get my van in Phoenix. She went above and beyond, in my opinion, to make sure everything went smooth and easy. Aztec has been exceptional to work with! We have had 3 transactions with them, and all were handled professionally and efficiently. Hari and Amy were so helpful in working through hiccups with the dealership and really went above and beyond to make our transaction a smooth one. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Immensely Disappointed with this company. I financed 3 machines, the first two machines I paid 20% interest. They're tremendously secretive with their rates and fees. I paid both machines off without missing or being late on one payment. My 3rd machine is almost paid off and I was given a slightly better rate after intense negotiating. I have excellent credit, interest rates are historically low and I have a perfect payment history and this company still wants to charge me 18 percent interest on my 4th deal with them. I should have been working with a bank or different company from the beginning. It has not paid off in any way by being an excellent customer. Aztec still wants to rip me off on each new deal. They also don't Report the perfect payment history to the Credit Agencies or put it on your business credit. Unethical and disloyal , not worth it to do business with Aztec. Put the additional time and energy into a company that appreciates long-term customers with a perfect payment history. I believe most of their positive reviews are from employees and family - Not Real customers

Erin at Aztec Financial was more than helpful with the purchasing of my equipment for a Chem Dry Franchise. She was always able to answer any questions and quick to respond to emails. She was always very friendly on the phone and connected on a professional, personal level. I have now decided take this company from 5 stars down to ONE star, I wish I could do ZERO Stars!! Only reason this company has a 5 star ratting is because they get you financed and your equipment. After that is done service goes down hill. Per my contract with Aztec Financial my account was set up for automatic with drawl from day one. For the first three months my payment always came out 2-3 days behind schedule, my thought is it just took a day or two to show in my account. Nope not the case, they said it was because I never set up electronic withdrawal. The only reason I even started to look into it because they tried charging a late fee. When I called the lady on the phone said I will waive the late payment just this one time. Now 7 months later I receive my January statement from them and have a late fee applied for a payment in November. My payment was taken out on the exact day it states in the contract to be processed. Only reason this place has 5 stars is because everyone does a review right after getting everything done. I would never recommend anyone to this company. I have spoken to other customers of Aztec and they have had the same issues. They get all the first time business owners drawn in.

The process with Aztec Financial was very smooth and straight forward. Hari Vamanrav, our account manager, kept us well informed throughout the entire process and he went and beyond to make sure we were able to purchase the equipment we needed on time. I would definitely recommend this company.
