I went to Awaken this morning to make a payment on my boyfriend's account. I understand now that their policy is you must have the account number to make sure it goes in the right place. That was not the problem. Like a previous review, I was waited on by Wendy. She was rude and loud. As I was leaving to go get his account number, which I had outside. I heard her telling another teller about it. I ended up leaving out of embarrassment. I do not have an account there, my boyfriend does. We have discussed opening a joint account and possibly refinancing another loan through them. I will never walk through their doors again. Both of us will be doing our banking elsewhere. Maybe brushing up on their customer service skills should be made priority.

I spoke with a gal named Wendy over the phone. At first it seemed like a normal phone conversation. She asked me for my account number which I don’t know off the top of my head. She seemed annoyed by that. She then asked me for my last name. I told her. She sighed very loudly and asked me to spell it with the biggest attitude in the tone of her voice. Definitely not very friendly staff if spelling my last name is such a burden.

Horrid! Absolutely horrible ! Our card went into their ATM but never came out and there is no branch manager available. The police didn’t even have anyone on file to call in case of emergency. These idiots do not care about anyone! F.U. Awakon!

Indian River has only two drive thru bays and 1 teller. Plan 30 mins to get service. Lobby still closed. Terrible choice to move my accounts here.
