We went with Avenir Mortgage Planners to refinance our loan. Their awesome team--Greg, Brent, Lisa and Jeremy helped us through what I thought would be a long stressful refinancing process. The communication was seamless from the beginning up until after we closed—within 3 weeks! All our documents were submitted electronically through their secured portal, and we were able to sign all paper works thru DocuSign, which also made the process quick and safe.
