    Garry Arsenault was a great person to work with. Due to work circumstances, I gave Garry a late notice that I was on my way to purchase the vehicle. Garry came to work on his day off, had the vehicle washed and cleaned, full of gas and ready for our arrival.     Steve did a great job of assisting us this past weekend. Given the time allotted to service our car, he was on-point with the service we needed and explained required future service. He also was true to the amount of time he stated they would need to complete our service. Great job Steve! During this visit my husband and I spoke about why, even though we moved 85 miles away, we continue to service our vehicle at Acura South Bay. The service we receive along with those customer friendly coupons are unparalleled to the service providers in our immediate area.     I live in Las Vegas and I contacted this dealership because they had an used BMW X5 that was perfect for me. They drove the vehicle to my mother-in-laws house so she can look and test drive. I was super grateful for them going out of their way. Once I informed them I would be financing outside of the building their demeanor changed. They kept offering me their finance when they couldn’t beat what I was offered and they told me that. At that point the lack of professionalism, lack of communication, and basically lack of respect started. This comes from the sales person, both finance managers, and one sales manager. Once I settled with my credit union and they mailed the check I had to come to my local BMW dealership to sign papers (this was 4 days after the initial contact). When I went to sign the paperwork they sent the wrong purchase agreement, they had the wrong address, and they wouldn’t ship me my car until they had this paperwork. When the local dealership called to tell them they had the wrong information the finance manager tried to tell them it was my fault…when I sent them a picture of my Nevada ID and Insurance company they couldn’t get it right. The next day I called to see if they shipped me my car (which I paid for shipping) they proceeded to tell me because they didn’t have paperwork they wouldn’t ship it. At that point I demanded they shipped my car because they had the check and THEY were the ones that sent the incorrect paperwork. I received a phone call about an hour later and said they shipped my car. I asked for tracking information and they said they didn’t have that. Fast forward 2 days later I called to see if they knew where my car was and they said they had no idea. This was 11 am on a Monday. They said they would call me back. I waited and waited. I called back around 4 pm that day and asked where my car was and they said they were trying to find it. Long story short it was the worst experience of my life purchasing a car and the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with.

    Kelly was the most attentive representative I've ever come across! Always making sure I understood what was happening with my car, always happy to answer my questions and had a positive attitude throughout. My car seems to be in good shape after picking it up... but I know that if there are ever any issues, South Bay Acura will make it right!

    I had my car repaired recently and the service was great. They have a comfortable waiting area that allowed me to relax while i waited for my car to be fixed. Antonio was the service guy behind the desk who did a great job of checking me in, checking me out, and also kept me updated with the progress of my car, assuring it would be ready by the end of the day.

    I have been patronizing Acura South Bay for maintenance of my Acura for the past 3 years and always receive great service. They are always on time for my appointment so I typically just wait in the waiting room until my vehicle is ready. They have free wifi, coffee, snacks and a vending machine. Otherwise there's a Starbucks across the street. Wait times are 2 to 3 hours so I bring my laptop and work. Throughout the wait they keep me posted on their progress, this last visit the technician texted me a video he recorded of the undercarriage of my vehicle. Transparency throughout the entire process.

    Called last Saturday to schedule a recall service for my wife's 2019 ILX. When I scheduled the appointment, I was told the part would be ordered and they'd have a loaner vehicle for me. I called later in the week to confirm that a loaner would be available for me, and nobody ever got back to me with an answer. I arrived at my 9:30am appointment this morning and sat in the car for thirty minutes without being greeted. It wasn't until I actually walked into the building and asked for help that someone was able to assist me. Once I sat down with the advisor, I was informed that a) they didn't have the part and b) even if they did, there wasn't going to be a loaner vehicle for me. This was a complete waste of time. When you call their service center, you're not actually calling their location, you're speaking with someone at a call center in Nevada. This is the price you pay for working with a big auto group like AutoNation. The people you speak to over the phone aren't even in the same state as the dealership and are not in tune at all with the service and parts center. Have an appointment now at Cerritos Acura to get this recall service taken care of. Their service can't be worse than what I received here.

    I am unhappy with the poor customer service I am receiving at Southbay Acura in the service department right now. I took my car in on Wednesday to have my rear tire checked and found out a lug nut piece needs to be replaced. My advisor Antonio said it was too late to order the part that day and he would do it first thing in the morning and he would give me a call the next day to give me an update which he didn’t so I called and of course left a message, no response. Called again on this morning, no response from him. Finally I called back again as it’s getting late in the day and demanded to speak to someone as I’m getting upset. Antonio gets on the phone and proceeds to tell me he was too busy to check his messages but my car “should” be ready today with no apologies or anything. I don’t feel like my business is appreciated here which by the way I bring my car here for every service it’s suppose to have so next time I will go out of my way to another Acura dealership to be treated better than this. Thanks Antonio…

    I emailed Alex Vicencio on March 18th about a vehicle in stock. I let him know that I would check my schedule. He said let me know so I can get the paperwork ready and can you finalize this weekend. At this point I have not even seen the vehicle. Very unprofessional and pushy sales tactics.I also asked if I could get an appraisal for my current vehicle.On March 19th I received an email from Omid Taheri stating that my vehicle came in at $28000. I had received an offer from Autonation for $29,133.When I brought this to his attention he checked into it.Stating that he saw multiple offers on the vehicle.Something that is not true.He thought that he could just give me a lowball offer before looking into it. Something that I just don’t understand. Very unprofessional business practices.On March 20th I received an email from Alex Vicencio stating that the vehicle would be sold this weekend.This is a basic pushy sales tactic to try to get me to come in to the dealership when I don’t have the time.I would expect more of a professional attitude from this dealership.On March 22nd I received an Email from Alex stating that the vehicle is still available. Thats funny the previous Email stated that it would be sold over the weekend.His bad sales tactics backfired on him with his comment that it would be sold over the weekend.I also asked for an out the door offer on the vehicle. I asked about the $8.75 tire fee. This is a One time State fee charged on new tires.State code section 42885 (b)(3). Not to be charged on used tires.I have not heard back from them since I asked this question. I understand that it’s only $8.75 but if you figure that they charge this fee on every vehicle that they sell with used tires it adds up. If you were charged this fee on a used vehicle you could be entitled to a refund of the full purchase price of the vehicle.Contact someone in the legal field that handles these matters. The unfortunate part is that this vehicle is still on the lot for sale. I don’t feel comfortable doing business Autonation Acura South Bay.

    Whatever you do don’t choose Acura, it has been a nightmare for me. I bought a new2022 tlx in March 2022. They agreed to register the car in texas since I was moving there the next month. Not only did they take the 300 but never registered it. When I tried to register it myself the DMV asked for the title. I called the lending co and they said they have called Acura for 3 months trying to get the title and my paperwork including the contract and cannot get a call back from Acura. So they sell u the car and don’t follow up with any of the paperwork in any way. I’ve spoken weekly to each of the sales managers and the financial manager at Acura. They say they are working on it but nothing happens. I can’t register my car and now can’t get a Texas drivers license. Everyday now I’m calling , nothing changes. How do people run a business like this???

    Came to this dealership 3 Fridays ago to look at a TL for my Girlfriend. Omid Taheri was who we dealt with initially. He showed us the vehicle, let us take our time with it. Eventually my Girlfriend decided she didn't like it due to the color and not liking the grill design/rear design on the 4th Gen TL. Never at any time did Omid pressure us or make us feel bothered while checking it out. He was also very knowledgeable about the questions that I asked. Eventually we agreed to see if another vehicle that was closer to what she liked popped up soon. Again, no issues on Omid's end, everything was very pleasant from beginning to end. 6 Days later we were looking around and happened to catch that they happened to take in another TL that was in a color, and the generation of TL that she was visually liked. We reserved it so we could come check it out, and this time we dealt with Kellie Davis. She got held up a little due to the shop wrapping up a small fix on the vehicle, no big deal and we were able to see the car pretty fast. She was just as pleasant to deal with as Omid, nice, and didn't make us feel pressured or anything out of the ordinary. Eventually my Girlfriend said she was happy with the car, so we went in, got the paperwork going and just had to wait to wrap that up. Omid is their Finance Manager so we saw him again at that time, and everything was very pleasant with him as well this time. Ran through the paperwork fast, asked the usual questions, and got us on our way. I don't believe the entire transaction could have gone any better for a car purchase, I've got nothing but good things to say about both of these Employees.

    Not a pleasant experience for this visit. Service advisor neglected to notify me in the lounge area when SUV will be ready in about 1.5 hours. After a 3-hour period, I purposely went to parking lot and noticed vehicle servicing was completed . Service advisor noticed my annoyance of having wait an extra 1.5 hours and he delivered paperwork to the cashier without talking to me about condition of tires/recommended next service. The cashier had to explained them, which is very unusual. Service advisor knew exactly what he did to earn my less than satisfaction experience.

    Would love to give this dealership an A+, but have settled for an A. I bought a used American car at this Acura place, priced well and given some maintenance such as new brakes and wipers and such. Salesman Tony was great, along with everyone else I met, especially the service fellows. I noticed the rear wiper blade needed replacement and the front plate hadn't been attached. They immediately agreed to take care of it at no charge. In other words, very professional. (You expect that when they sell $50K plus cars.) The only knock -- it took 4.5 hours to complete the sale. At first I was frustrated, but then learned they were shorthanded that day. (True of many businesses, unfortunately.) So, my downgrade from A+ to a mere A is because managing a customer's expectations is too important to ignore. Someone should have explained the upcoming delays and my experience would have been better. Never drove an Acura, but the dealership is top notch.

    Straight up no haggle prices on very clean low mile cars. Finance manager was a little pushy on adding the extra dealer options and wasn't too happy when I didn't add it but, overall it was a very smooth buying experience.

    I took my vehicle here for a recall repair and an oil change. They were unable to complete the repair due to a faulty PCM on my vehicle, and eventually had to order the PCM and replaced it free of charge. When I was picking up my car I noticed a small dent near the roof that I had not noticed before and I suspected that the dent occurred while my car was there. The service manager Kelly wasn’t there at the time so a service writer took pictures and said Kelly would follow up with me. The next day Kelly promptly followed up with me and offered to meet with me and to show me video of my car during arrival so we could confirm the delivery state of my vehicle. Upon review of the video it was difficult to see if the dent was there or not, so we agreed to each pay half for someone to come and repair the dent. The next day Kelly had someone repair the dent and when I returned to pick up my car she waived all costs to me, what service! Is this 2021? Does good service still exist?!? I can assure you that it does after dealing with Kelly and this dealership. Throughout the entire process of the recall repair and the dent she was prompt cordial and above all honest and more than fair. Thanks Kelly for being a great person. I will definitely consider you and your dealership in the future.

    I made my 10:30 Saturday appointment a week in advance with Kelly Gilbertson, in the hopes that my 2016 Acura MDX would be serviced in a timely manner. It was just a normal oil change appointment and I did not expect any delay. At 1 PM Kelly called me, saying my car was ready, but suggested that my rear brakes be serviced. I agreed, as long as my car was ready by the expected time of 3 PM. Sure enough, at 2:45 Kelly called again that my car was ready for pickup. I have had my car serviced at Power Acura of South Bay since the day I purchased it, and almost always scheduled it with Kelly. He provides me with accurate information about my car’s health every time I go in. I’m always treated with respect and kindness, and have never been subject to unnecessary services or extraneous costs. It’s a pleasure doing business with Kelly and Power Acura of South Bay. I highly recommend them both.

    I had a fantastic experience at AutoNation Acura South Bay. They had the used RDX I wanted and black on black which I also wanted. The No Haggle Price was more than fair and they worked with me on the cost of the extended warranty. But best of all, they matched CarMax's offer for my trade-in and, as insane as it sounds, they were able to beat my CREDIT UNION'S finance rate! I couldn't be more pleased. Make sure you ask for salesman Garry Arsenault since he's who helped me.

    Shady dealership. I'm currently waiting on a refund for $4,500 after being told that the extended warranty was mandatory and a part of my loan. I returned the vehicle the next day after purchase. I still haven't received a refund For my down payment. They will aggressively upsell you on an extended warranty even when you tell them no multiple times. Support staff will take their sweet time processing paperwork and you will waste an entire day sitting in the dealership for a process that can be completed in a few hours. I had a very unpleasant experience, no one listened to my wants and needs, everyone just wanted to make a sale. I would not recommend this dealership.

    Took my car in for service as a walk-in on a Saturday morning. Antonio and his supervisor (sorry forgot your name 🤦🏾‍♀️) were AMAZING. They provided me with awesome customer service. Antonio even offered me his McDonalds breakfast sandwich when I stated that I wouldn't have time to eat breakfast before I went to work. This was just a great experience especially for a person like me who is impatient 😊

    I had some more maintenance things done to my Acura yesterday (6/9/21), and everything was taken care of by my great service rep, Kelly Gilbertson, in the usual expedited way on the same day (oil change, brake fluid change and fuel injection fluid change). Always happy with the service at Auto Nation Acura South Bay thanks to Kelly and his team. I have purchased two cars from them over the years, and have always used and trusted them to take good care of my cars. Highly recommend them for purchase and service needs.

Everything was setup before I brought my car in, keeping me updated on the progress of servicing my car, to picking up.     I purchased a car from Kelly, she was an amazing person to work with. After several failed attempts at other local Acura dealerships where false information was given (by pushy salesmen). I ended up coming to Acura South Bay. It was the best last resort that I could have done. I was greeted and treated with respect. At no point was I pushed into getting one vehicle over another. Kelly and her manager were very friendly and thorough with the entire process. I appreciate them taking their time with the entire process. They gave me a very nice trade in value for my car and final price for my new MDX. If you want to shop with no pressure and have an experienced person tell you all about the models they offer Kelly is the person to go to!

    Kelly Gilbertson is the reason why I buy another Acura. I know I can trust a honest Service advisor for my car. On March 26, AutoNation provided a video clip for the car inspection. It is very helpful to know your current health status of your car. The dash clock was messed up after battery replacement. Luckly, Kelly got the fix. The fix works beautifullly. I hope Acura has a permanent fix later on.

    I was very satisfied with my recent visit to have my recall resolved. The service writer was familiar with this recall and handled it well. Waiting time was minimal, even though I received a special notice and assumed many people would be there. I declined the multi-point inspection, because in the past repairs which I thought were totally unnecessary were recommended. I go to a non-dealership for routine maintenance and repairs. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the service writer's name, but think it was Kelly. He was an Asian person without an Asian name. Anyway, he was a real asset to your organization. The detailed questionnaire I received recently was a real nuisance, being asked essentially the same question over and over again. It encourages me (and I assume others) to ignore it unless I have serious issues. Jim

    I just did oil changed on last saturday without appointment, service advisor today me that will take 2 hours. I don't mind to waited so I waited on waiting room after hour i just need a fresh air and i just went out side and my car just parked out side. I thought my car just parked and just going back to waiting room and waited another hour. funny things that oil change was done in hour and they just made me waited another hour?? I don't know why my car was done in 1 hour and the make me wait another hour? because they promise will take 2 hours? . funny thing is that i when to dealer around 9:05 am and one or two customer inside and there is no cars outside to waiting. they just pretend they are busy. I hope they honestly there job!

    I took my car here for a warranty repair, and while they had it they damaged my rocker panel. It's the kind of incident that frequently happens in dealer shops when someone either lifts the car incorrectly or drops it before getting everything out from under it. I expected a good faith repair after how friendly my first phone conversation was, but after I took time out of my day to bring the car in the service manager became very rude and dismissive. They still refuse to take responsibility for damaging my car. I'll definitely be looking for a different dealer for my next purchase.

    The AutoNation Acura South Bay Service Center has consistently provided top notch service and great communication. I have had the pleasure of having 2 leased Acura MDX's serviced over 6 years. Kelly has been helpful all those years and his commitment to customer service and taking care of me is almost unbelievable. He is very personable, thorough, and always smiling. He provides all the information up front with no hard selling, and gives his opinion on why a certain service is needed. If you have an Acura to be serviced, ask for Kelly. You just have to experience him yourself and be amazed!!! This review may sound "Over the Top", but I am sure you will agree once you have worked with him!!! Additionally, the entire dealership/service center practiced exceptional Covid 19 safe practices, which should be a "+" in everyone's books!!!

    Had my first service done here, it was a basic oil change, multi-point inspection, etc. They estimated it would take 1-1.5 hours, so I waited at a nearby Starbucks for the work to be completed. After 2 hours, I called to get an update, but there were no service advisors around that could tell me if my car was ready, so they said they'd call back. After nearly 3 hours with no call back, I walked back to check in. My car had finished service and was just parked on the side. Not sure how long I would've waited if I hadn't come back to check, but 3 hours for an oil change (for a service appointment I scheduled a week in advance) is kind of ridiculous.

    This dealership met my standards of car buying. They didn’t hassle or haggle me to purchase/ lease. I worked with a brand new sales rep who’s name was Chaz. It was his first week on the floor and he so happened to pick up when I called in about the 2022 RDX ASPEC. He sent photos and videos of multiple RDX ASPECs to win me over. IT WORKED. After calculations and approval, they sent an UBER to pick up my new vehicle. The Sales Manger and Finance Manger made the signing process smooth and easy. AUTO-NATION Acura South Bay is a great place to purchase your vehicle.

    My wife and I are moving out of state soon. We looked into Acura because I’ve owned 3 of them over the years and found them to be excellent cars with great value compared to other vehicles. We met Preston at Autonation of South Bay. He was very helpful. Was genuinely interested in making sure our needs and wants in the vehicle we’re understood and worked hard to find the right car. Which he did. His Sales Mgr and Finance Mgr also worked hard to find the right solution in out financing and trade in. Gave us an excellent value on our trade in. I am a small business owner myself. So expect a certain standard in dealing with other businesses. These folks surprised me. Our experience dealing with them was refreshing and was a pleasure.     I truly enjoyed my shopping experience with the Team at Auto-nation Acura in Southbay. Mitch (GM), Min (Sales Rep), and Mo (Finance Manager) have been nothing short of outstanding. They made the whole process very seamless and straightforward in a very unique and aggressive car market due to the global automotive market shortages. I originally contacted the Team at Auto-nation Acura through an online query. They got back to me within hrs with a detailed quote including all tax and fees and was better than other quotes I received from other dealer. The Team at Auto-nation were very honest, professional, straight forward, and don't try to take an advantage of the current car market like most dealers.     This was the second time I have had my vehicle serviced here. I have nothing bad to say about the actual service and the exceptional customer service by Kelly Gilbertson. I only gave 4 stars due to the lengthy time for the service to be completed. I was a “waiter”. I was having an oil/oil filter change, wheel alignment, and tire rotation. My appointment was scheduled for 10:30 and I didn’t leave the dealership until 5:30!!

    I recently took my 2020 TLX in for service to clear a sensor required to pass smog and Mark, Gabby and the team were exceptionally welcoming, courteous and professional. The only downfall was it took well over two hours after selecting my car and getting approved to go thru the paperwork process. A lot of waiting around which for any person I am sure would be a little frustrating. The GM that originally emailed me listened to what I was looking for and made it happen.     Nice dealership but the wait times are a little high. Also, I was promised a car wash with my oil change. When I went out to my vehicle, it was not clean. I then went inside and asked if they were able to wash the vehicle and they claimed that it had been washed but "the tree's were being trimmed so thats why it looks dirty".... but there was no way. The wheels were still covered in brake dust and there was dirt splatter still on the rear bumper.

    I called and made an appointment to bring my 2000 NSX-T in for a little work. Told them I would have to tow it in. The day I had my car towed in they told me the NSX mechanic was off that day. I happened to call them about three days later to see what or if anything had been looked at and was told that they would not even be able to look at if for two to three week??? Why did you not tell me this when I dropped it off? Needless to say I had to go back to ANAofSB and have my car towed to a place that could work on it. The communication is horrible and they have lost a customer. This was my second NSX which I had brought to them. However it was just South Bay Acura back then.

    My OBDII was not passing the smog check. I drove my car as they suggested at the smog check up place, but it still did not pass. So I brought it to AutoNation Acura South Bay. Gabby had one of the technicians drive my car for me, and my car finally passed the smog check.

    Shady dealership. I'm currently waiting on a refund for $4,500 after being told that the extended warranty was mandatory and a part of my loan. I returned the vehicle the next day after purchase. I still haven't received a refund For my down payment. They will aggressively upsell you on an extended warranty even when you tell them no multiple times. Support staff will take their sweet time processing paperwork and you will waste an entire day sitting in the dealership for a process that can be completed in a few hours. I had a very unpleasant experience, no one listened to my wants and needs, everyone just wanted to make a sale. I would not recommend this dealership.

    My experience with this dealer was straightforward. Kelly Gilbertson was my advisor and he was very friendly, attentative, and detailed about all the things that needs to get done or replaced, even gave me a run down of all the things that's still in healthy conditions such as brakes, battery, windshield wipers, and air cabin filter etc...Kelly provided me with things that needed attention for next Maintenance and I very much appreciate that so that way for next appointment I won't have to keep wondering what else needs to be done. Overall everyone at Southbay Acura was kind and straightforward from the get go.

    Why lie about how long it would take to get a vehicle serviced? The service advisor estimated with confidence that it would take around 2 hours. However it turned into an almost 5 hour wait. I'd prefer to be told the truth...

    The service department, especially Steve, went above and beyond to get a repair done for us. Our warranty was on the final expiration day when we brought the car in and there was an issue in the system where our warranty wasn't showing. He made sure to follow up with me for a week after as they tried to sort out the admin issue. Ultimately, they completed the repair as included in the warranty and I appreciate their honest effort in doing the right thing, which you don't always find with car dealerships.

    Service is good, but it should be good because you are paying a steep premium. I made 4 separate appointments and asked for a quote. I called dozen times and was assured someone would call me back. No one ever did. To be fair, every person on the phone was super friendly. The service rep was super friendly and efficient. However, no one seems to actually follow through with their words. And when I'm paying $3k, and there is no loaner car avail, and the car wash is so bad I can barely tell if it's been washed, and I can't get a 5 minute call...

    I try to leave feedback after my visit to AutoNation Acura South Bay so that it'll give others the opportunity to see the positive.. I was greeted with a smile and good morning as usual, even if it's not the advisor assigned when my appointment was scheduled. The advisor was immediately checking my vehicle within a matter of minutes and I was at the counter getting set up for service. They took it in and I waited in the waiting area which is what I always do just to see if they find anything major that would require them to keep the vehicle longer than planned. The oil was changed and the vehicle checked from bumper to bumper ensuring nothing was wrong and a final evaluation was given as to any other findings and there were none. I just appreciate all of the dedicated advisors at this location, which is the only location I've been to. Again, another great experience.

    I bought a 2021 Acura TLX advance package back in November 2020, the instrument cluster had a big scratch on it when the car was delivered I told the sales guy about the scratch he said that he would fix it and I agree to it, I tried multiple times calling him he said he would get back to me I emailed the sales managet, he replied he acknowledged the problem And was aware of the situation At one point I even called him and I talk to him personally and agreed again to take care of it, at this point I had already contacted the sales guy three times and the sales manager one time and the last time I spoke to the sales person he said he would make an appointment for me he would order the part so I can have a replace. This has been dragging since 2020 it is in March 2022 and still no response from anybody I think this is very unprofessional for someone that just spent all this money on a new car and do the very minimal repair on this vehicle, I usually don’t write reviews but this one had to be written.

    I felt a lurching motion in my RMD and headed straight to the dealer for service. I had no appointment, but they signed me up immediately for diagnostic testing. Within an hour they had completed the testing, but could not duplicate the problem. No charge. Kelly the service advisor walked me through the whole process. He game me some good tips on gas purchases and other items to look out for. He was friendly and attentive. I will be back for future service problems if they arise. Thanks again AutoNation and Kelly.

    Not a pleasant experience for this visit. Service advisor neglected to notify me in the lounge area when SUV will be ready in about 1.5 hours. After a 3-hour period, I purposely went to parking lot and noticed vehicle servicing was completed . Service advisor noticed my annoyance of having wait an extra 1.5 hours and he delivered paperwork to the cashier without talking to me about condition of tires/recommended next service. The cashier had to explained them, which is very unusual. Service advisor knew exactly what he did to earn my less than satisfaction experience.

    I took my vehicle here for a recall repair and an oil change. They were unable to complete the repair due to a faulty PCM on my vehicle, and eventually had to order the PCM and replaced it free of charge. When I was picking up my car I noticed a small dent near the roof that I had not noticed before and I suspected that the dent occurred while my car was there. The service manager Kelly wasn’t there at the time so a service writer took pictures and said Kelly would follow up with me. The next day Kelly promptly followed up with me and offered to meet with me and to show me video of my car during arrival so we could confirm the delivery state of my vehicle. Upon review of the video it was difficult to see if the dent was there or not, so we agreed to each pay half for someone to come and repair the dent. The next day Kelly had someone repair the dent and when I returned to pick up my car she waived all costs to me, what service! Is this 2021? Does good service still exist?!? I can assure you that it does after dealing with Kelly and this dealership. Throughout the entire process of the recall repair and the dent she was prompt cordial and above all honest and more than fair. Thanks Kelly for being a great person. I will definitely consider you and your dealership in the future.

    At southbay Acura Kelly took me in without an appointment. Very knowledgeable he went over if I had any recalls and recommended small services that was going to help the life of my vehicle. There was no pressure on the service even if I decline he didn't push me to get it which I like eventually I got them anyway. I love coming for the service that he gives here.

    Took a long time to get a loaner car. The queue to get one must have been really long and available loaner cars really short. Once I was scheduled for service (replacement of a part), everything went well. However, it only took 4 hours to do the work. I could have waited, which had been a part of my initial discussion with the service tech. So…..

    I will never buy Acura again, after this service visit. It was bad enough that I had to go there to take care of the recall, but also to wait 4 hours even though I've made an appointment days before (I was told the recall would take an hour or two). The sales rep, Kelly, was very thorough and helpful, but just the overall service from this location was one star. I thought Acura was a luxury brand, a step up from Honda, but the service was below compare to Lexus or Mercedes. Overall experience with my MDX hybrid was good, but after this experience with the service center, I will never get a vehicle from Acura.

    Overall was a great experience for me and everything seem to go pretty well. I did have a bit of trouble in the beginning since I had multiple people trying to help me and unfortunately none were able to get back to me but afterwards I went and Stephanie was able to help me. From there it was smooth sailing and overall a great experience, even my mom was surprised with the service and would buy another car from here in the later future!

    Enjoyable experience taking my 2001 MDX in for a recall service. I have not been taking the car into the dealership for a while and been using my own mechanic who's trustworthy and served me well over the years.     I live in Dallas, Texas made an online purchase of Acura TLX 2021 from AutoNation Acura South Bay. I regret my purchase forever bcoz of their online service which is very disgusting and it is a very nice learning experience for me. My initial contact with them is on October 20, 2021, since then it took 15 days to run the credit check and sign the documentation another 3 more days for delivering the car. At least I got the car in 15 days bcoz I followed up regularly through emails and phone calls with the online sales manager every day to know the status of my application. I got my car delivered on Nov 8, 2021. At one point I got a feeling that am'i a beggar or a customer. It's been 35 days since the car is delivered still I haven't received my texas registration from the dealer. I don't even know whether the registration process is initiated or not. I'm still following up with dealer to get my registration

    This was my 2nd visit here the first went much better. The plus was Noe was outstanding he got me in early and he got me out on time as I had an appointment. The wait was very short. Plenty to do while waiting lot of shops walking distance or wait in their very nice waiting room. When the car was done I was recommended a new timing belt 2700 dollars. I just got a brand new timing belt so I knew that was not true. I’m guessing they base their recommendations on mileage and not actual inspection. Same goes for a few other recommendations which I had already got done. Was told I need new tires I was just at America’s Tire the day before getting a minor repair done and they didn’t mention to me that I need new tires and they sell tires for a living. Also was told the tire pressure was going to be set at 35 when I got in the car luckily I checked. 2 of the tires were set at 48 and the other 2 at 46. Went back in and they had to take the car back and reset the pressure. Don’t think I will be going back here will try the one in Cerritos next service

    I don’t usually go to the dealer, but my engine light went on the afternoon before a long road trip. Kelley was able to fit me in the schedule for a diagnostic review to see what was wrong. In the end, there was nothing wrong with my car, so I was happy. The best part is I wasn’t even charged for the diagnostic check.

    Despite the issues I've had with my Acura CL, Autonation and Kelly have treated me quite well and I would highly recommend visiting their facilities for service and parts. Kelly was very professional and courteous in scheduling the service on my car and explained the process and options in a clear and concise way. The repairs were done to my satisfaction and on time. Kelly was a credit to Autonation and even more importantly, to Honda in general. Honda should be very thankful to have such dedicated professionals representing them. It goes a long way to reestablishing my faith in their product.
