Great place. It was easy to get approved for my nissan rogue. Fell into a hard time lost my car insurance. They ended up coming to get the car. Because I had no insurance. Which is understandable liability to them. But they work with me to be able to get my car back. Elva was great in helping me make sure I got my car back. Very caring people not just in it for the job.

This place is good and bad, a toss-up. I purchased my first car from ( back then it was called Rodeo Motors ) and it was fine, no issues. The car was totaled and they allowed me to return and purchase a new car on a second chance forgiveness deal. Perfect. However, now since replacing my engine, I have to fight tooth and nail to get things done. During the time the mechanics replaced my engine, someone at the shop shattered my windshield. This was not brought to my attention - they were going to try and give my car back to me in hopes that I did not notice. A brief argument followed the discovery because the manager did not want to replace the glass. Secondly, my windows were left rolled down and my carpet was soaked and smelled of mildew & they didn't even want to clean my carpets - all they did was vacuum, instead of shampoo. It has been nearly a month since replacing my engine and I have to return nearly weekly because problems following the replacement persist. So, again if you decide to buy here - you may as well toss a coin to determine how your experience will be. It seems everyone has a good first experience or proper opening relationship but once you get your car it falls apart and you have to struggle to get it fixed.

I don't usually give reviews, but I had such a bad experience that I hope I can stop someone else if they are thinking of going here. PLEASE DON'T! I bought a car there in january, the next day it started to stop on me. This was a 2013 sentra and the transmisson wasn't working. They didn't do a good job vetting the car before they sold it to me. The only good thing I can say about this place is that they let me exchange it for a honda. (Yes it's still working) That's the only saving grace. After I paid the car off in April, Covid happened and they said I would need to wait til the DMV opened to get my title. Months later in June I called them to see if they had the title. THEY SAID THE SAME THING. I called again month after month until late August. The woman in charge of payments, Dorinne, said they would look into it and call me back ( never did). I ended up going there and refusing to leave until I recieved my title. Apparently it was there the whole time- put with the accounts were cleared and paid off!!! If that was where it was, they should have been gave it to me. 5 Months!! Now, all this to say the new staff that helped me that day were very courteous and gave me a very minute impression that they can change. (They also are changing the name to Concept Motors or something like that FYI) If you want a cheap car, you can come here, just be ready to deal with poor customer service at best. My advice: go somewhere that has excellent reviews, top notch service, and no likely hood of them ever losing your title.

Got my 2011 Mitsubishi Galant from here about 2 years ago at a great price. Car is still doing great and I'm very happy with my purchase! Angel and Lucas were really helpful and provide great customer service when I need it! I recommend this place!

Everyone here is so helpful and Free Labour Warranty on every car is awesome! Luz, the salesperson, is really the best and made the whole process so much easier. I'll definitely be going to Auto Value in the future for any furthur car needs. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Very well managed place 👍

I really like the service I have received at Auto Value. I am buying a dependable, sporty, clean 2008 Altima Coupe last year and I hope to pay it off and trade it in next year. I purchased a vehicle here in August of this year and at first I was a little worried because I had to take my car back a few times but they fixed the my concerns and even ordered a dash cover at no cost to me, every experience is different you can have some of the same experiences with a new car dealer I know I have. They fixed my car and I haven't had any issues since, they are great people they worked with me on my monthly payments and everything. The car I bought is a nice little car thank you guys so much

The reviews that say this place is great must be from someone that works there. Recently bought a car from there. Paid almost $2000 for a white Lexus. The Finance lady Doreen called insurance company because it was "SAID" we didnt have insurance. Allstate verified that we did have FULL COVERAGE and they still didnt give us the car back after picking it up from my place of business hours before even calling the insurance company with my husband on the phone. I would not send my worse enemy to these people. Con artists. The car lot had our car longer than we had it fixing the engine.

This place is great. Service department was helpful, finance was nice and quick for me. Lucas helped me through the wide variety of cars they have in their inventory until I found the car for me. Will refer friends and come back next car!

I’ll give this place a 5 star rating 👍🏻 my wife and I purchased a car from them today and the process went SMOOTH. She had been in contact with my salesman Will for a week or so and he never tried to rush us or be pushy. He was very understanding and worked with us. I did notice something wrong on my way home and I called him immediately and he just told me to be there first thing in the morning and he’d get it taken care of 👍🏻

I was in desperate need of a car but had a few repos on my credit but I made enough money in January 2016 to be able to put a down payment and then Carlos worked with me to spread the rest of my down payment over several weeks. I bought a 2006 Pontiac G6 and I have not had any problems since I bought it back in January 2016. The owner and all of the staff have been nice and helpful to me. I am a black male in case anyone was wondering. I lost my job and now I am trying to work things out where I can keep my car and make a payment even though I am late on making that payment, but Asia has been nice and working with me on that as well. I am sorry that others have had bad experiences but mine has been very good and I know all car lots try to make the most money off of one customer, so the vehicles may be overpriced, but do your research, but AutoValue Finance is a place I would do business with again.

Customer Service is top notch! Hard to find great Agents who are dedicated and put the client first now a days but not at Auto Value Finance! Angel made the entire process quick and easy and his willingness to go the extra mile blew me away! Thanks guys keep up the good work!
