Still limiting customers to only 7 in the building, even with the state restrictions lifted, so that was mildly annoying. The staff were very courteous and helpful, thankfully. But, the people who answer the phones need MORE training. Especially when they quote prices that are much lower than the actual cost of services. And a $23 convince fee just for a license renewal is quite steep!

1st visit today to Auto Title Express. Could NOT be happier. Courteous, friendly, helpful, efficient, and seamless service. They KNOW what they are doing and it shows from A to Z. THANK YOU, Auto Title Express.

I went here after moving to Louisiana from out of State to have my car registered. They collected all my paperwork and then told me the price was going to be $2200 BUT I needed cash for anything over $600. I ended up leaving thankfully without registering my car here and made an appointment at the DMV the DMV used all the same paperwork that the woman had stapled together for me from Auto title express and told me I owed $1300. This sounds like complete robbery to me from auto title express. Might I add I was in and out in 5 minutes at DMV I waited at auto title express with an appointment for over an hour! Don't waste your money at this place there's some sort of money scam going on here.

The staff was polite. It would have been nice if they had said something like "this particular scenario is not something we can handle; you may want to go to the DMV for assistance." As it turns out the DMV wad able to handle everything we needed in less than an hour.

This place is the absolute worse! Customer service is horrible, all of the ladies have bad attitudes, they brush you off as if they don’t want you there! I will never go there again👎🏾 Sidenote: I highly recommend Express EMV Office of Motor Vehicle 332 E.70th St. I was in and out in 20 min. They also had a good number of people there, but they are fast, courteous, and have A-1 customer service.

Absolutely terrible! Zero knowledge and zero help. I was extremely disappointed with my service. A huge waste of time. I would not recommend.

I always go here instead of the DMV. For a few extra dollars, you get kind, fast, professional service. I don't think I have ever been there longer than 45 minutes. To sum everything up, this place is everything the DMV is not, AMAZING !

Only SLIGHTLY less irritating than going to the DMV. Maybe if I went during a non Covid-19 time it might have been better but i still ended up waiting an hour here compared to 2 hours at DMV. Not sure why they call their $18 fee a convenience fee when it certainly wasn’t convenient. Should drop the word “convenience” add just advertise as a fee. Told me they would call me when done processing my request but the person answering the phone couldn’t bother to write my number down correctly. Who knows how long I would have been there had I not ended up calling them back to see what was up. Didn’t even offer to reduce my non-convenience fee. Won’t go back. If you only make minimum wage, do the math, you are probably better off waiting it out at the DMV for free.

I stopped in today for my driver’s license renewal. The staff was very courteous and professional and the weight was a lot less than I thought it was going to be. Access to the state computer database was not up this morning, and had just come up after I entered this place. The lady at the front desk greeted me and I gave her my drivers license up there with a brand new license and just under one hour, which was good because the pace was packed. There is a $23 convenience fee for using them but I will gladly pay that user fee instead of having to wait at my local DMV. Highly recommended.

Terrible service, I was told to leave and come back for a drivers license because the worker was on lunch. When I came back an hour later the receptionist told me it would be an additional hour until I would be helped. Then at that moment another lady walked up and said it would be 2 HOURS. I had left my name and number the first time I had come by and they had no idea what I was talking about. THEY WEREN’T EVEN GOING TO BE OPEN IN TWO HOURS!!!! Staff was polite but they have no organization and DO NOT GO WITHOUT CALLING AND SETTING AN APPOINTMENT THEY WILL MAKE YOU WAIT FOR HOURS.

Useless waste of time! I have made FOUR trips to this place, trying to get title changed for my parents' car. The first time, there were about 20 people waiting. The second time, their internet was down, so I asked the desk clerk for everything I would need to get this done. The third time, there was a 1.5 hour wait, so I made an appt. for the next week. THIS time, after waiting, and explaining what I needed to the clerk (twice), I was told that I need yet ANOTHER form that I have to get signed by my mother (my father has passed away). This is the most ridiculous, time-wasting, useless place ever! Don't bother going - they can't help you!

Don't use this place, customer service make the DMV look efficient. Attitude of employees is look for a reason to say no. If you notice mist positive reviews come from local guides. All negative reviews come from customers. That tells you all you need to know.

They were very friendly and extremley helpful. Customer service is great but the best thing about this place is that you do not have to wait inside. They will text you 5 minutes before your number is called. Then they also called just to make sure you received the text. This is where I'll go every time.

This place is horribly slow! I called to see what time they close. I was told 3:30 they stop taking appointments. When I arrived the lady at the front desk said at 2:30 they stop taking appointments. I arrived at 3:15!! Luckily I was able to go someplace else and get the title work done but I can't recommend this place. If you do decide to go here I highly recommend making an appointment in advance. Even with that the people I spoke with us I left said they had been there more than 2 hours. Unimpressed and will never take my visit there again.

For a DMV, everyone was nice and helpful.
