The staff was extremely helpful, kind, patient and friendly. There was a bit of a line, but it moved efficiently, and everyone got their needs taken care of in a timely manner. The woman who helped me , sadly I can't remember her name but she sat at the left desk that day, helped ease any uncertainty I felt when I arrived and was extremely friendly. I was beyond relieved with her assistance as well as her personality. Will definitely come to this location again when the time comes.

They make registering an auto, motorcycle, trailer, and rv easy. The way it should be. Yes, they charge a fee. But when I can walk in Saturday morning and be helped and walk out in 15 minutes without hassle it's so worth it. I've had to take off work to stand in line for over an hour at the tax office to be turned away for not dotting some "i"'s more than once. Never would happen here. Save yourself some stress and time in your life and just go here.

After a horrific experience with another title place on Culebra, I was really nervous to get my license plate and tags. This place was so nice, so quick, and so friendly. As someone who experiences social anxiety, it is so nice to know that you can go here and be well taken care of.

Line was super long, but dont let that deceive you.. it literally took 10 min to get in and out of here.. these ladies were super fast and even open on saturday!

Even with a long line they had me in and out in 7 minutes for my registration sticker. Will definitely be going here from now on. Needed somewhere closer now that I moved and I'm glad I found this place!

Best spot to get your vehicles sticker! Have all necessary documents, and you’re out in less than 5 minutes. Never going back to the tax office again. Definitely would recommend.

Line was out the door when I showed up but still only waited about 35 minutes to be seen. Once at the desk, it was only another 10 minutes at most before I left. The process for newly moved residents was easy. I just showed my Driver's license, proof of TX insurance & copy of previous states vehicle registration. The staff are very friendly and I would recommend this place to any of my friends.

Best place to get a new car title. Every time I’ve been there, there is hardly a wait and I’m in and out in about 15 minutes. I will never go to the DMV again as Auto Title Express provides everything that I need. They do charge a small fee as they only accept debit or credit card, but the 3-4% is well worth it.

Great place for getting title transfers and registrations. They do charge $40 for their services, and if you pay with cc it will be charged additional 4% or a debit card it is only charged an additional $3. I was able to get two title transfers and one registration in about 20 minutes over my lunch brake. Definitely will be using this again.

I was able to add my lienholder to my car title here within about 20 minutes. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend if you don't wanna go downtown. Easy peasy.

Real Fast and Friendly Service. The location has a big tag sign easily visible from the street and one at the front entrance of the business.

I was in and out of this place faster than I can pay for gas at a gas station. I was so happy to be helped and out so quickly. The fee is totally worth it. Anyone not wanting to go to the tax office for their registration need to come here for sure. If it isnt close its worth the drive with how quickly you are helped and on your way.

In and out in less than 15 minutes for registration and plates, they help you with the forms too. You pay a little extra compared to the tax office but that's more than worth it as you'll be at the tax office for more than two hours and filling out your own paperwork. Highly recommend to anyone needing title or registration.

It's much easier to come here to get a vehicle registered.The staff were helpful and friendly. We went in on a Saturday morning and didn't have to wait long at all. It's definitely worth paying their small fee!
