Shelby is polite and professional while still maintaining a personal level of service. I don't feel like just another account number. The office is clean, bright and comfortable. This has been an all around pleasant experience and I've not even gotten my loan as of yet.

Mrs. Lisa was very friendly and everything she said she was gonna do she did. She was very respectful and most of all she is the one to go to. Had a wounderfull experience today at auto money. The manager Telisha had great personality. She was not snobby like some and tell you no you can't get a loan. She did everything She could do to help us. And Scott was great to help us too I would recommend this to everyone

Miss Lisa and Brandy were so nice and very informative about the loan process! I was very skeptical about taking out a title loan due to bad reviews from other title places but Miss Lisa sat down and explained everything down to the monthly payments to the length of the loan!

This place is amazing! I have been at this office all day with Lisa. I was stuck in a bad situation with a previous loan and was at a dead end. She was so helpful and helped me get outta my loan, settleing a prior account lower my payment and put money in my pocket!!! Lied to me not once but multiple times about the cars they’re “auctioning” off. Said I was the highest bidder and that the car was mine but when I showed up to buy the vehicle they claimed there was a higher bid and that I needed to increase my bid. Very unprofessional will never do business with again.

If you need a loan this is the place to go! Great company with awesome employees. One of the few loan companies with decent interests rates and people who care about their customers. Will recommend to anyone that needs a loan bc they do anything they can to help you.
