Now this is how a business is suppose to run. Bobby was very pleasant and worked to correct the issues i had at hand with the past employees. He had conpation with the issue and as he didn't have all the facts he assured me that he would do all he could to correct it and would be able to move forward in a positive direction. Within 15 min he fixed the issue and apologized numerious times for what i had to deal with in the past with 1 of the past employees. Great job and great customer service.. Thumbs up😄😄😄😄😄😄😄. UPDATE: I got this title loan and paid it off very quickly and I was told 7 to 10 days to get my title back. And it's been over a month now and I've yet after several calls have I received my title. I'm getting very frustrated about this and worried Very fast and friendly service. I was in and out with more than the minimum for a vehicle 20+ years old. Thank you auto money. Y'all are awesome..
