Terrible place to buy a car from. Was lead to believe my offer was acceptable, so I drove almost 2 hours to submit my offer. The offer has to be approved before the sale, hours later..still no word. Next day, no word. 3 days later, no word. Call corporate, eventually get the owner who lectured me on how auctions work, and when I had the audacity to interrupt him, he said I was banned from all locations and my number was being blocked. I just don’t understand the lack of business ethics and etiquette. No reason to lead me to believe my offer was substantial enough to purchase the car, then not have the approval to sell it. No counter offer made, no updates on the car, nothing. So for my advice, look elsewhere for a business relationship.
