This office @ garners ferry is the BEST!!! They are serving up some of the best customer service, EVER!!!! They had food and beverages for us, said it was "customer appreciation day" and that they have them every month. :-) Cassie, Neil and the manager Chryss were all hands on and professional. The office is clean and the staff here is so friendly. Don't settle for less, GO SEE THEM TODAY for your title loan, don't mess with the rest!!! Definitely will be recommending them for business!!!

This company is usually very friendly. Today I had to make a payment, in which I was behind due to I lost my brother and sister within 3 months apart neither had insurance. I spoke with the manager concerning this. Lady that took my payment today was so rude. I told her to hurry. Because my daughter is a diabetic with a monitor and it was going off. She called someone on phone and said my daughter was dying in the car. She was the rudest person ever. She told me to get out. Most AWFUL EXPERIENCE EVER.
