Auto Money S Main St, Darlington

Very unprofessional employees! Been dealing with this company for two years now. Never missed a payment and fell upon hardship got behind 18 days late on a payment and they towed my car charging me,an additional $310 plus the monthly payment amount for towing. Once I paid the money I noticed parts were taken off the car and also drained the gas from the tank leaving the car on Empty. No explanation as to what happened to my car and still expecting me to pay an additional$380 to retrieve the title when the initial payoff was only $424. I will never use them again and definitely will not recommend doing business with them.. Nikki is a BIOUCH! 😡

Nikki and Sasha have great customer service and made my day. Gave me more than what I requested with reasonable payments. I recommend them hands down. Such a pleasure meeting them both. If you need a title loan this is the place!!!!

Very unprofessional they dont try to help you they'll tell you all these lies about ways you can make payments but change it after you've signed on the dotted line the district manager will not contact you if you ask to speak with them regarding your account it always messages being passed through the employees at the site when the district manager is the one to make a final decision. I will never refer anyone to them & dont suggest anyone use them either! They'll rob you blind & make it seem that you just wasnt keeping up with your payments etc. They also have a fake 5 star rating they make their customer go to Google & give them a 5 star rating before you can ever finish your paperwork! Don't do business with them you'll regret it!

I had auto money last year and part of this year. They're very friendly and helpful. I ran into a rough patch in my life and started off doing good with my payments and stuffs, but when I had to go find a place to live and was dishing out 196.00 a week for rent, I fell way behind. Then my motor went in my car, so I already knew they wasn't going to work with me until I got my car fixed, so I just let it go. I really miss my car, now I'm finding it hard to get back and forth to Darlington to visit my mom. Other than that, I recommend them. Nikki and Amanda are very sweet.
