We had an amazing experience purchasing with Auto House. We worked with Danny. He was incredibly helpful and made the process so easy. The office and showroom are beautiful, the staff is friendly. I was impressed by the work completed by Auto House on the vehicle before it was posted for sale. I also like that they post the Car Fax on their website so you can research before visiting the showroom. We asked for a pre-purchase check with a mechanic. Danny drove the car over to the mechanic for us and saved me some time. When we decided to move forward with the purchase, Danny drove the car to our house and we completed the paperwork. I'd definitely buy from them again.

Haven’t purchased a new car in over 6 years. A lot of that has to do with my last experience which was far from ideal. Been interested in a truck for quite some time and stumbled across the Auto House in Tempe. Daniel, my salesman, immediately made me feel comfortable and apart of the family. Never pushed me or made me feel uncomfortable in anyway. Helped me find the truck of my dreams and made the whole process feel seamless. The truck needed a couple tires replaced which they committed to replacing before I took possession. They went above and beyond by replacing all four tires with an alignment, which was more than we agreed. Very professional top to bottom!! Highly recommended and won’t be going anywhere else in the future for my vehicle needs. Big shout out to Jack and Daniel for making this experience exceptional!!

Buying a new car can be daunting and frustrating. After visiting a few dealerships, we contacted Sean Boker at Auto House Tempe. Sean made the entire process so easy. Great experience on their purchase of my car; I had received a guideline price by email from Ryan Hughes on the acquisitions team. I arrived at the dealership, they drove my car within 15 minutes of my arrival. Within another 30 minutes I was on my way home with a check that matched my expectations from the earlier email. I think this would be a great place to shop (I took a tour during my short wait) for a car as well . I understand it's around 100,000 square feet and air conditioned. I would definitely do business with them again

As a first time buyer, I really didn’t know what to expect. I had gone to a few dealerships and privately owned car lots in the valley but none were nearly as good as Auto House. I was impressed with how efficient and professional everything was handled. I was referred by my aunt. Her son decided to finance a car through their company a few years ago and had good luck. Where do I begin! This is my 3rd car I have purchased with Todd and he is nothing but GREAT, AMAZING, and HONEST every single time without any Fail!! Ashlyn spent a couple hours with myself and husband looking for the right car. The biggest concern for was finding a car with a trunk large enough to handle a wheelchair. I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience at Auto House Tempe. As you can see I gave it 5 Stars. This was a very smooth process from beginning to end. More specifically I would like give high praise to my salesman, Mike Palmer. Not only was he extremely genuine and a gentleman to boot, but also a true professional. I did not walk in to Auto House Tempe with the intent on leaving there with a new vehicle, but the more time that I spent talking to Mike about my situation at that time the more inclined I became. His years of knowledge and experience in auto sales was far superior to that of the salesman that I encountered at other local dealerships. His approach is quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all. After doing my homework and shopping around I knew the deal that I needed to make things work for me. At no time did I have to go to the mat with Mike to get that deal. He found a way to make it work in my favor and I couldn't have asked for much more than that. Not only did I get to leave Auto house Tempe with a brand new Dodge Grand Caravan SXT but I also came back a year later and got me a Jeep Commander 5.7L V-8 Hemi! Im sure when I am in the market for another vehicle I will come back to Auto House Tempe and Visit Mike to assist me with my next vehicle. I got 2014 Fiat 500e base fully electric on 3/2/22 that was beautiful and I was in love with. I drove 6min home and 6 min to a store and the battery was dropping like 2% every minute. I asked Daniel what the return policy was the next morning because how can I drive a electric car that doesn’t hold a charge. He states they would get me a new battery. Spoke with Jack the finance guy after telling him everything he stated he was sure it was the battery. So they had the guys at the lot take a look at it. I was told nothing was wrong with the battery and it’s normal. “Those cars only get 87miles” but I wasn’t even getting that! Jack then gets on a phone call with my mother and I today 3/4/22 and proceeded to call us liars and tell us he’s not giving the money back because we may take it and go to another lot. After saying this he states if “He took the car into a Fiat lot and they say nothing is wrong it would want it back then Which is confusing because he stated he already had the guys look at it at his lot on the 3rd and they said nothing was wrong with it and it dropping a charge fast was normal. He states he can’t give back the $3000 I gave for a down payment because “he still has a business to run”. Before we ended the conversation he states there is no law to say that he can’t do what he’s doing and that we can call a lawyer. This is not even 24 hours of having the vehicle. I would not recommend them to anyone! HEED THE REVIEWS!

My family has been buying vehicles from Mike Bock at Auto House for years. After my 2003 Nissan Altima gave up on life, it was my turn to get the “Auto House” experience. Mike Bock is very professional, and made what can be a stressful process, easy. Upgraded to a 2014 Toyota Corolla, and could not be happier! EDIT 5/13/22 Had to subtract 2 stars. Though their sales department is top-notch, I’ve been trying to get in contact with their maintenance department for the past 4 days, and no one will answer the phone. Called their sales department, and was told that the scheduler was at lunch, and that they’d leave a message. It’s been over 24 hours since that has occurred, and I just tried calling again and no answer. Since I opted for the warranty on my car, it’s frustrating that I can’t even talk to someone about scheduling an appointment for general maintenance. Had to go to another place if business for this.

So impressed! My FCU referred me to Steve Servold. As a senior single woman this was the best car buying experience I have ever had! He did the leg work of finding my choice of vehicle, delivered it to my door with a full tank of gas! Highly recommend

If you buy from AutoHouse make sure you ask for Alexxys B! As their showroom/inventory is indoors, doing some research and knowing what you want based on their inventory before you even get there is really helpful. I checked availability online and after a call from Alexxys I purchased a 2021 Ford Mustang GT Premium and was able to avoid $12k in “market mark-up value” from Earnhardt Ford by going to AutoHouse and buying a ‘used’ car with 3,606 miles on the odometer. It was barely even driven! That being said, do what you will with the following information- The general sales manager gave me one number for my trade-in but the finance manager did a 10 second walk around of my vehicle, opened one door, and made a comment about one of my belongings still in the vehicle as though we were drinking buddies before knocking down the original offer. Maybe it was just his poor attitude/rude demeanor but this was really off putting for me, and almost cost the salesperson i was working with the deal. Just know what you’re getting into/what to expect from their finance manager, your cars worth, and do your research before you go in. The reason this review is still 5 stars is because Alexxys looked as surprised as I was when the finance manager did this, it wasnt her fault, and i felt that she as a salesperson was phenomenal. Overall, it was a really easy experience thanks to Alexxys as she was up front, helpful, and not pushy at all with the purchase. She was the opposite of what i usually dread when i go to a dealership. Other than the hiccup with the finance guy, the whole experience was great! I’ve told my friends, family, and coworkers to check out AutoHouse Tempe for future car searches- definitely worth looking at!

I recently sold my car to them. Simplest car buying/selling process I’ve ever had. Got a check the same day and it cleared the next day. I had called several other places prior to making the decision and all of them had more red tape with completing the deal. Great experience! Fast online response by Anthony. Then when I came in Ashlyn was awesome. Where do I start! Since I got my car from this place it has been a nightmare! Purchased a 2013 Ford Explorer in December 11, 2021 and within 48 hours smoke started to come out of the hood. Gets fixed. Then the check engine light is still on and they don’t have dates available to get it fixed. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago I go out of town and the car breaks down (Engine). Had to get it towed back to AZ and has been in the shop being evacuated! This whole experience has been a complete NIGHTMARE!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. I will make sure to tell anyone I know NOT to come here! Now I’m stuck with a car that I’m sure will have issue down the road with no options to either cancel my contract! This place is horrible! DO NOT COME PURCHASE FROM HERE!!

Negotiations were non intrusive and my agent Taylor went above and beyond to make sure my deal was approved. They are upbeat in the HOUSE! DO NOT BUY YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! Bought 2 vehicles here and experienced a numerous amount of problems from both. the current vehicle has about 20 jerry rigs done to it by my count along with an incorrect air filter AND spark plug gap. in addition, at time of pick up vehicle was very dirty and not properly inspected as there was a dent in the door that was not mentioned in the listing. i spent a whole day cleaning the vehicle again when i was told i could take the vehicle back at any point and get a "free" detail. when i tried requesting for the detailing i was then told i had to pay over 100 dollars. tried telling them i was informed i could just bring the car back. it takes me 6 hrs to get to the city and to be told this at time of arrival was very inconsiderate. ended up going to another cleaning site where they were much more understanding and even deep cleaned and detailed my car for a extremely reasonable price. in short. there are far better places that put their customers first. its worth the extra day or two of research for a RELIABLE vehicle. although the staff i met were very professional and robustly helpful in the procurement process.

The easiest car experience I've ever had. I've had at least six people I know recommend Auto House to me and now I understand why. Sold my 2016 Jetta for an amazing price. Reid looked over my car and asked me some simple questions. He was able to look up all the information and all I had to do was sit in a lovely air conditioned lobby and enjoy a complimentary cold soda. My experience with Auto House was not as my sister decribed to me but it was a fun business to visit. The public parking is very small but they do have many handicap spaces reserved for you. It is on the South side of the building. They also have bicycle racks. The lobby and office are well air condiditoned. Leather seats made the wait very comfortable. They got straight to the business of asking what we were looking for and showed us what was on the floor at the moment. After not finding exactly what I wanted on the floor we went back in side. All their cars are inside a large air conditioned factory sized garage. It felt more like a swamp cooler cool then strong AC. They had their garage doors open for veltelation, I assume. Back inside we sat down and the agent helping us did a computer search for the van we were looking for and then checked vehicle reports and showed which ones were availaon the market and which ones were considered lemons. That was very thought ful. We never did find what we needed but we were promiced a call if the van we wanted comes on the market.

I recently had to purchase a car quickly so called Sean Boker at Autohouse Tempe for help. He was able to spend the time needed to find the right car for me the same day I called and I was able to drive it home that day. I have worked with Sean over the past 15 yrs, buying 3 different cars and he has been extremely fair with trade in value and purchase price. I’ve owned close to twenty cars over the years and dealing with Larry Davis had to be the best experience I’ve had with cars. Buying a car from Sean Boker was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. I told Sean exactly what kind of vehicle I was looking for. I was very specific with the model, year, color, trim, and options. He didn't have that in stock at the time but committed to following up with me. Tod Hale with Auto House helped me find the perfect new car. With not much inventory, he was able to find a Jeep Grand Cherokee through one of the local dealers. The buyer had apparently backed out last minute and Tod was able to pick up the vehicle, bring it to my house and let me test drive it - I never stepped foot in the dealership. Once I told him I wanted the car, he then got me the price and came back the next day with the vehicle and all the paperwork for me to sign. I signed everything at my kitchen table with no pesky salesman trying to upsell me on extended warranty and the like. Tod was patient and responsive during the entire process and I would highly recommend him to find your next car.

If I could give negative stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE. PLEASE…On 3/2/22 I took my oldest daughter to Auto House Tempe to find a vehicle. We met with Daniel Rodela who we thought was pretty cool. She wanted a small Toyota, Honda or Hyundai hatchback but we did locate anything. Daniel brought a 2014 Fiat 500e Base to our attention. It was what she was looking for so we test drove it and she loved it. After high fives from Jack Estrada, belly laughs and these are my girls we signed. We go home which is literally 7min from the lot, she noticed the battery was draining at a very rapid speed. The next day 3/3/22 (under 24 hrs)We advised Daniel of what was going on and asked to have it looked at. We brought it in and Daniel took it away and came back about 20min later saying he was being educated about Fiats and this is normal. Now, during our initial conversation he said Fiats hold a charge for up to 87 miles😳. They took the car, as of today I don’t know why if this is normal. We were told by Daniel this contract would be voided. Now on 3/4/22, we get a call from Jack because we thought the contract was gonna be voided we asked for our $3000 back. We were met with their true nature of yelling, talking over, accusing us of wanting the money to go somewhere else and being called liars not 48 hours later. Jack flat out said I’m not giving you any money back and you can get a lawyer. They were using deceptive tactics by have Daniel say one thing and then Jack saying something different.👹STAY AWAY.

One of the shadiest dealers around. They sold me a warranty and everytime I brought the car in they told me nothing was wrong. I finally took it to a mechanic on my own dime and was able to get things worked on and reimbursed from the warranty company. Must have had at least 6 waranty related items fixed, but they wouldn't They do not actually checkout the vehicles before they sell them either. One of the surprises I got with my purchase was a dented drive shaft. They are in cahoots with a shady financer as well as a repo company all located in the same spot. They prey on people in tough circumstances and then count on them failing so they can sell the same vehicle multiple times. Watch out for date street capital and Autohouse. Do not give this company your business. You will regret it.

Next day I came back with my husband the following day and Danny(AKA PC) was very excited to give everything he had. I think we made him sweat a little more than normal.
