Horrible customer service I’m complaining on all platforms because this place needs to be shut down their customer service is despicable they give you a hard time when trying to make arrangements they make smart remarks and are extremely confrontational. Peggy was not trying to help and informed me to call back tomorrow which I don’t understand what’s the difference between today and tomorrow and when I asked her she kept saying call back tomorrow the manager proceeded to get on the phone & was no help either she could care less and I told her they weren’t giving good customer service and she basically blamed me and said “I don’t care if you made 1000 on time payments” there was nothing she could do to give me a week extension so with that being said don’t waste your time on these people who could care less about people having real life financial hardships. Don’t waste your time with this company they will treat you like a second class citizen because of your credit but I’m not going for it won’t be getting any more of my hard earned money. Please people if you are desperate go to a buy here pay here because these uncouth people are full of it especially PEGGY. And I’m almost positive all the good reviews are fake go to the BBB page and see how many customer service complaints they have what a joke!

A vehicle you can trust LIE! Found out car had a recall for it and they didn’t offer not a single help, no rental, not a hold on payment NOTHING!!!!!! Payments aren’t worth it. I regret every decision going through them!

Quincy Myatt was great to work with. A real straight up guy. No pressure and he went above and beyond sending pictures of new cars as they came in. Until, I found one I liked. Thanks for your patience and the great vehicle.

This place is a rip off! Had my car for 3 years.then in January, I got a letter saying there's a recall on it. So, Gateway Ford in Greeneville Tennessee came and got the car, for the recall to be fixed. They had it for over 2 weeks and then when I went to make a payment today, before the car was to come back to me. the car company decided to repo it, from gateway Ford, without even notifying me. And it was all because I was $3 short on the payment and they didn't even have the decency to tell me about, the card declining because it was three dollar short. This ain't the first time they did me dirty! I am done with this place!!!

I gave this place a 5 star rating because I had a great experience here! Staff was friendly and informative when I first called and during my visit...the day I decided to go pick out a car it all went great!... Quincy was my salesperson with alot of patience and answered my questions and helped me pick out a car within my budget! If anybody needs a car I definitely recommend Auto Credit USA!

My husband and I purchased a vehicle through Jeremy at Auto Credit USA about 7 years ago and had an amazing, flawless experience. Well, the time came that we needed another car right after we closed on a new house so we went back to the folks we trust. Yes, the interest is a bit high, but what can you expect when you're repairing your credit? The second vehicle we purchased had a few issues shortly after we got it home. Steve jumped in to action and took care of almost $7000 in repairs within minutes. We paid for the warranty and it has not disappointed. The entire office knew that we were without a vehicle and every single person who we came in to contact with was emphatic about our situation and helped to resolve it quickly and efficiently. I will have a hard time using anyone else in the future, it's not often that you find a car dealership with people who you say you can trust, but we did. Thanks guys, you have really given us the best experience with all of this.

This is actually my second time purchasing a vehicle from auto credit usa. Jeremy was my salesman and one of the reasons I came back. He made sure that I was leaving with a vehicle that I wanted and loved that still kept me in the price range I could afford. He is simply the best!! We had a great experience at Auto Credit USA, from the initial phone call to driving my nearly new car off the lot! Quincy Myatt was our salesman, and he took very good care of us. I have already recommended him to two of my friends that have credit issues. The payments are high, but it is completely worth it to me. My car only has 19,000 miles on it! I’ve never seen a buy here pay here place have vehicles with less than 100,000 miles on them - but at Auto Credit USA, ALL of the vehicles have less than 100,000 miles on them!

I was having a really tough week, something terrible happened to my truck and it was totaled. Quincy Myatt helped me out, he had overall great customer service and helped me stay in my budget. These guys were so friendly and welcoming, I would definitely recommend family and friends to Auto Credit USA.

Very nice vehicles & a AWESOME staff. Never thought I could get a vehicle but Jeremy got me into a very nice truck. I would highly recommend Auto Crédit USA . I'm editing my review. We wrecked our truck 😢 it was totalled. Called Lori first thing. We looked at other dealerships, I wanted to come back to Auto credit USA. I found what I wanted, the wait was waiting for our insurance company. When they got the check we got a phone call from Jeremy to come get our car. We didn't get there until after hours and Lori & Jeremy stayed after hours to do the paper work so we could get our car that night. Words can't express how this made us feel. Also when we first went to Auto credit USA my credit score was 0 in just 7 months it's over 600! The WHOLE staff is AWESOME!! I recommend Auto credit USA to everyone with zero credit.. Entire staff are very friendly and helpful, non judgemental and not the slightest bit pushy. We dealt with Jeremy who is very friendly and professional and goes the extra mile to try and get you what you want. Recently just picked up a car! Our sales person quincy was absolutely a pleasure to work with, he had no issues answering my 3000 questions and made sure we were approved before driving down there, he was extremely helpful got us into a much newer car than we ever expected! The rest of the staff was also very friendly! It was easy, faster than most places we really needed a new car and he put us in one as fast as he could! It was nice to be able to go in and find a car when no one else will give you a second thought even after you had a repo two/three years ago we are very thankful! My wife and I were in a pretty rough spot and needed a car quickly. Sure, it's a Buy-Here-Pay-Here and if you don't need to shop at a place like this, you aren't going to. However, I found my experience to be impeccable. Our salesperson, Quincy, was beyond amazing. Nothing about our trip felt predatory or sinister. Quincy seemed genuinely interested in what our needs were and how they would be able to help us. He steered me towards what would fit into our budget and away from vehicles that would stretch us too thin. I couldn't be more content with our purchase, which came at a fair price, or with Quincy. I have never felt seen or heard when shopping for vehicles before and Q made it a priority.

About a week ago was my first time buying my own car and having it put in my name. I am EXTREMELY satisfied with my new vehicle and the price I pay for it. I purchased my first car from them. All their cars come with a warranty. I just called them let them know the problem I was having and they made an appointment to get it fixed. I later got into an accident in my car and it was totaled out. You get gap insurance with every car purchase so I was able to get a new car with no problem. If you are going to be late on a car payment call and talk to them they are pretty reasonable.

This place is super amazing. Anything wrong with the car they follow through with getting it fixed. I got an amazing car that no pressure was given to get. The staff is great and they are very good about answering calls.

Contacted Jeremy the sales manager over a month ago. We were trying to find time to get to the lot but Jeremy worked with us by having the entire staff stay over to get us taken care of. He was courteous, genuine, and empathic to our needs and concerns. This was by far the easiest, and best experience we have ever had buying a quality car. Great warranty, great people who stand by their word. In the drive home at 9:00pm I realized the cruise control wasn't working. I called Jeremy and he told me to take it to anyone i trusted and he would fix free of charge. Great customer service is hard to find...i highly recommend.

Everything was easy and simple besides the 1,000 references they ask for lol.....I love my new car and he offered to help get fixed whatever needed to be done to it if there were problems, but of course there were no major issues. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the whole process of buying a car is quick and easy. I especially enjoyed the good natured ribbing between the sales staff. Quincy even showed up on his day off to get me into my vehicle. The vehicles are a bit over priced but that is understandable considering the business they are in.

Jeremy Vorndran was Absolutely Awesome!!!....My best friend recommended this place to me because he and I both were experiencing credit/financial issues. The entire staff is a group of very kind, non-judgmental people. They understand first-hand that life throw's curve ball's from time to time to each of us! My vehicle was totalled due to a deer accident. God blessed me to walk away with my life intact. He now has blessed me with a beautiful Toyota Camry. This was the best experience at buyinh a vehicle with poor credit. Jeremy was so upbeat and when filling out the boring paperwork the woman (? name) made it so easy and we even laughed. Yes the car payments are higher because of interest. However, that is my fault for having lousy credit. They were so patient as I drove 5 vehicles before I decided on a 2015 Ford Focus. They offer 3yr, 3,000 mile warranty, GAP insurance, and you won't find that at any buy here, pay here!! They even gave me tips on how to rebuild credit and get the interest down.
