Quincy mad getting our vehicle easy and fast. I work 9-5 so getting into do paperwork and submit necessary documentation difficult. Quincy emailed and text with me during the day to get us approved. I highly recommend the Columbia City location!

Overall my experience here was fantastic. I had Quincy help me with the vehicle choice and purchase, and Yvonne with the financing and overview. Quincy quickly found the type of vehicle I was after, and made the choice easy. He went out of his way to get me the best deal possible and into a new vehicle the same day. All without being a traditional salesman. He is thorough and professional with a good personality. Yvonne was very informational and transparent, she is definitely someone who wants to help you. Not only did she do her job well, but also went beyond and helped me understand credit even more. If I have any questions or concerns I definitely feel like she is my go to. They BOTH even stayed late after hours to fit my unfavorable work schedule, just to make sure we got everything accomplished. I can't say how much I appreciate these two specifically, and highly recommend both.

Merlin made buying a car a easy experience. With having another dealership sell us a car then 2 weeks later say they were deciding not to finance us, we were in a very tight spot and Merlin bent over backwards to help us get into a vehicle, with a low down payment. Yvonne was very friendly and very thorough when going over the contract. They warranty on the vehicle has to be the best one I have come across yet! They definitely made us feel at ease. Will definitely consider buying another car here when it comes time to purchase again.

These guys are amazing! I needed a car ASAP and Aaron made that happen. He was very personable, honest and made the process a lot less stressful for me. They were patient and let me test drive multiple cars to see what I liked. Wasn’t pushy at all. I would recommend anyone to this place. This was honestly the best car dealership I’ve ever been to, I went to Karl and there was a tiny implication with my pay stubs but we worked through it and he got me in a car I never thought I’d be able to own. They were patient and kind and caring enough to even try to keep my interest rates down on my financing payments. 10/10

Rod and Yvonne where the ones that helped me. Really nice and friendly people. They give you a printout of all work they done to it including price they put into it. In my case some more was done to my Jeep Liberty and they paid the bill. Even ordered a replacement part for it. My experience was very satisfying 😁. Thank you, Chris
