Decent cars fair prices, I needed a car right away and for $500 I drove off the lot. I've had the car 5 months so far the only issue I had was the starter.. They seem to be a very nice and reputable company

Really need a 0 stars option. Yes, if you're desperate, you can get into a vehicle quickly... but not as cheap as you hope and the vehicles are mostly trash. When we test drove vans last FEB, the transmission was slipping in 2 of them. If you can afford to pay an extra 5k+ for a vehicle, then they're the place to go. Had my van appraised to trade in for a new suv at a dealership and they valued it at less than 6k... my price at AC was 12k. They upcharge majorly. Don't do it.

They let me and my husband drive off the lot with a LEMON!!!! It was a 2012 dodge Grand Caravan Dark gray color, may 1st would be my first payment, I had it in the shop 4 times before I even had it a month!!! I have a daughter that has to go to Cardinal Glennon Because she has stage 2 kidney failure Told them I needed something reliable and they put me in that! O2 Sensor missed up was fixed, them the starter went out and the transmission!!!!! These people are all jokes, they don't care about you or family! They care about themselfs! Very bad place! If you want to go, more power to ya but I will not. And this is my first time Experience with them.

They hav a place in the auto business. The down side could be 2 payments a month..other than that .good place to go if u need a car

Got a 2010 Dodge Journey a couple weeks ago. Have had many issues. Although they are paying for repairs it is still ridiculous to sell cars with a lot of issues after saying they do 8 point inspections. Today my radiator busted and my car started smoking. They do not do loaner cars so there for I am out of a car. Bad place to get a car and they are over priced by a couple grand. Kelly blue book gives accurate prices and I’ll be paying a few grand more than it’s worth even with all of these issues it has. 0/10 do not recommend getting a car from here.

If I could leave zero Stars I would I've had a car from them for 3 years now and I have almost paid it off it is had so many mechanical issues over the years that I have probably paid this car twice over already and whenever you call them to be like hey this is what's wrong with the car they say oh we might help you out let us know send us the receipt and then they don't call you for 2 weeks and then when you call them back they tell you oh yeah we're not going to help you sorry even though the repair on the car is more than you still owe no help whatsoever don't waste your money don't waste your time they're literally selling broken cars for 40% more than what they're worth oh and they'll lie to you about the Carfax because that's what they did to me my car had frame damage which is why I could never trade it in be very very careful with these people just go somewhere else

Very friendly and courteous staff & very helpful. Communicate well, don't try to sell you what you don't want. They listen and they care. Regardless of credit history or past experience, your made to feel important each and every time you enter the business . Go see them!!!

If you’re looking for a car. Definitely go in and ask for DEEDEE or chuck. They’re great! Getting into our second car after an accident! The process with the insurance company was complicated but let me tel ya, they made it easy.

Recently bought a 2014 Chevy Traverse and i absolutely LOVE IT! Salena made the whole process easy! I drove 3 diff SUVS and all drove smoothly! I told her upfront that because id be making a payment i wanted something nice and she showed me the traverse an i told her that was the one! Her an Chuck we're extremely helpful an made the whole process easy an stress free! Def pleased with my experience

If I could give negative star rating I would. Worse place to buy a car. Had so many problems when winter hit. Heat would not work in the car. Had electric or computer problems. Told me to do a diagnostic test and they would call me back and let me know what we could do to get it fixed never heard from them. So I have returned the car cause they told me they don't repo vehicle volunteer. So they told me I would bring it back to them and they would do as a repo but it would affect my credit. Then they called me Saturday saying they will garnish my wages and they would take me to court for the payments. Well they can't garnish my wages cause I get social security. They can't garnish any ways cause they got the car back. And then they told me they would put a lean on everything I own. They can't do that either cause I did not buy anything else from them. I have already talked to a lawyer and everything they said they will do they can't. So please don't go here to buy a car they will find anything to mess u over. And they charge you 10x more than the vehicle is worth. All they do is take advantage of people and take people for every penny they can.

They were absolutely amazing they went above and beyond and They put my family and our needs 1st and I would absolutely buy another vehicle from them Dee is absolutely phenomenal. I have never had a sales person or a car company treat me with so much respect and I was in tears several times of how great they were how easy the process was and they just are great I have nothing bad to say about this place you should absolutely go by your car there

I have been with Auto Credit for 6 years, and I have enjoyed my experience with the company. Judee is my agent for making payments each week. She is awesome to be with. I don't want any other agents. Judee is pleasant, hard working. If I have a problem, she is there to help out anyway she can.

Do not buy a car here generally do not care about there customers. My 2011 Chevy Cruze left me stranded on the side of the interstate 10 days after I bought it they had to change the entire valve cover. Now 1 month after it was bought I'm having the same issues plus rough idle and more the vehicle is no longer under warranty. The lady told me to take a bus or car pull to work and I work an hour away from were I live. This is the worst customer service I have ever delt with hands down.
