I got a car here when I had just turned 18 and everything was fine at first. And then problem after problem started on my cruze. I came in and talked to the boss lady and she kept rolling her eyes at me and even raised her voice. They wouldn’t honor the warranty at all. Finally my fuel injectors started to go out and I stopped paying. They towed my car and that was the end of it. Please no matter how desperate you are do not get a car from them. I was paying twice the blue book value of my car. I highly recommend going to easy street in Marion if you have bad credit and need a car. This place is a joke.

I went to auto credit of benton, il about a month ago- sales people were very friendly- not pushy like some dealerships are ! Within 10 minute's i was approved for a car- within the hour i was driving home with my new car-

This is a bad place of business. I had a very unpleasant experience at this location and I am currently in contact with the Better Business Bureau about the conduct of this business and it's "boss". I went in to the office because I had troubles with my car and was met with a very friendly and personable man, until whom I assume is the "boss" showed up, inserting herself in the conversation and just being unprofessional. She even tried to appear and sound threatening, to which I was not. The only thing big and bad on her is her enlarged throat. Her name was Lori. I didn't even know she was the "boss", what with her being dressed incredibly slouchy and clearly does not put alot into her appearance. She never even introduced herself, just kept speaking out of turn and when I asked her why she kept interrupting the other worker as he was speaking to me, she got indignant. She has a terrible rapport and she was incredibly rude that I was taken aback that someone with such a lack of professionalism could hold such a position. This person does not need to hold such a title if she can't meet customers with the professionalism any company dedicated to customer service should adhere to. And while she's at it, she needs to dress in such a way that reflects her position so that customers are clear on what part she plays in the company.

Have had very little trouble with Auto Credit. I have purchased several vehicles from them. The financing is quick and easy. A large variety of vehicles to choose from. As long as you make your payment on time you should have no issue. But you have to make it on time!

I traded in my Kia Soul with the salesman Nathan. Very polite and listened to everything I was looking for in a car. Very reasonable too. He got me into a 2015 Chevy Cruze and honestly, wouldn’t have changed a thing. Highly recommend.

6 months after I got my car alternator went out.. got told it was considered normal wear and tear wasn't part of the engine? So I got stuck with replacing it.. about 4 months after.. had to redo all my brake pads and rotors.. called them about it and was told they had records showing that was serviced along with the oil.. took it to a mechanic and obviously auto credit lied
