Stupidly expensive for used cars. They're much more expensive than what it's actually worth. $23,000 for a 2012 Subaru driven over 100,000? No thank you.

Very friendly, very reasonably priced, and they saved my car! I am so thankful for everything that they have done for me and will definitely recommend them to everybody in the future!

DONT BUY FROM THEM. I went there to buy a car, they sent the paperwork to my bank who approved it the next business day and when I called them to pick up the car they told me they sold it to someone else. They said they would find me another and I never heard from them again. Buyer be warned. If I could give them a minus five stars I would.

They showed me a car that had just been brought in 20 minutes before I arrived & it had the check engine light on. They had me waiting a week to get the car then when I got it they forgot my temporary registration sticker so I was driving without a registration. My check engine light then came on while I was driving, I have not been able to drive my car since I took it back a week after I got it due to them changing whats wrong with it in the transmission. I received my first car payment last week, and just received my first car insurance bill & I haven't been able to drive my car but for three days since I bought it in beginning of January. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I will never entertain the idea of giving my business to this crooked dealership ever again. They purposefully sold me a car that had a "structural damage" mark on the carfax...hid that info from me...and now I'm stuck paying $18000.00 for a car that is not worth even half that. Dealerships wont take it on trade. I called Autocredit, and got told "sorry, fell through the cracks, nothing we can do". I would NEVER take a vehicle to this company, either for trade in or repair work. Let's just say...they are pretty good at hiding issues with vehicles. Mine has electrical issues, suspension issues, and now I'm told it had a large accident in the area where...u named it....I'm now having issues! Screw Autocredit.

Great used car dealership! Went to get my daughter her car and they got us financed for a nice car with zero credit! I will be back for another vehicle in the future that’s for sure!

When I called NEAC, Pam was very polite and helpful. She put me in contact with H.D. at the Cleveland, OH location. H.D. Provided a smooth and painless buying experience. He was able to get me a fair deal and I went home happy. The finance manager, Shaun, was very knowledgeable and helped to get me to a payment that was affordable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Would definitely shop here again!

The sales guy we had was saying almost nothing but lies. I caught him lying many times. The cars are overpriced, 100+, and very very old. The car was new on the lot this morning he said. but the car was fixed in the last week. How is that possible if you just got the car, you already fixed it and had it to the garage? I don't think so. Definitely avoid this place like the plague. I love Ed Shults, but sadly this is horrible and just out to make money off of low-income families by selling them credit, not cars... If you need credit, get a secured card from a bank and be responsible. I will never park my car in their parking lot again.

Bought a car from them took it there 4 times it had bad back brakes. They never even touched them it still making the same noise when I brought it there.. Needed a wiper switch they said it was to expensive to fix they are huge joke and lier I would not give my recamenation to my worse enemy never go to them

They sold me an SUV that had the engine light on. They said they fixed it when I picked it up. They did not. Turns out the timing went, and I needed a new engine. To add insult to injury, the frame is rusted. No reputable mechanic would have ever passed the inspection on this
