Auto Care Plus Complete Tire and Service Center White Mountain Hwy, Conway

I went in for an inspection on my vehicle and it needed the rear brakes repaired, they were able to reschedule me within the day and get them done despite only having one technician on staff. When there was an issue, they showed me physically what the problem was, love that! The two fine ladies at the counter, Marcy and Sherry (sorry if i spell the names wrong), kept me entertained and even jumped in to help get my car repaired faster. And the technician that worked on my car was excellent as well, Chris. He got it done in a timely fashion and treated my car well. I am very excited to bring my vehicle back to them whenever it needs repairs. Overall an excellent trip to the auto shop.

I heard a grinding noise and brought my car in assuming it was likely the brakes. Tony and Dillon were the only staff in that day. The estimate came to over $3500 to replace the front and back break pads and rotors, left and right ball joints, the drive axle, air filter, and oil change. I was told the car was unsafe to drive and if I didn't get the work done the car would need to be towed. I refused to get the work done, had to pay $40 for them looking at the car and signed something acknowledging the car was unsafe to be able to drive it away. I told a friend what happened and that I couldn't understand the extent of damage they found as I had just had the car inspected a month ago. She suggested bringing it to her trusted mechanic for a second opinion. Results: needed new back brakes, a caliper, an air filter, and oil change--$510. The second mechanic told me that the front brakes were practically new! $3500 vs. $510... if the evaluation doesn't sound right, get another opinion!

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff!! Everything was explained in detail what the issue was, how to fix it & cost prior to any work being done. I’m new to the area & Auto Care Plus came highly recommended, I can see why! I will be bringing my VW only to them from now on! 5 stars all the way!!

I needed some grease pumped into some fittings on the front of the suspension. Even with a packed schedule, they were able to squeeze me in and Joe provided the needed assistance to get us back on the road. It’s a breath of fresh air to find a trustworthy shop that will not take advantage of a few out-of-towners.

Anthony, Mike, and Jacob at the North Conway Autocare Plus were EXCEPTIONAL. We were in a complete bind having traveled from out of state and they not only saved my trip from disaster with a rental car, but they fixed my car around an overly compact set of appointments with other customers. I was astounded that there are people left in this business that CARE and felt compassionate to a situation not of their own. Thank you for a wonderful experience and expert care.

I was in the middle of a road trip from Virginia to Massachusetts to New Hampshire, and my friend and I had just driven down an EXTREMELY steep mountain road and I smelled some rubber burning. Turned out it was my brakes. Jake, Anthony, and the rest of the team were fantastic to work with. They called me after we dropped off my truck and broke down what the issues were. They helped make a very stressful situation easy to handle. After we spoke, they emailed me an extremely thorough break down with photos and level of urgency of repair. It was a serious issue, but I felt like the pricing was beyond fair. I was able to continue my vacation and then make the long drive back to Virginia- which was smooth as butter! I would recommend them over and over again. Also free cold drink while you wait ;) Thanks guys!

I have used Auto Care Plus in the past and they lost my business for several reasons. I thought I'd give them another chance so I made an appointment on line for snow tire change over. When I made the appointment I was asked to indicate if I was going to wait, drop off the vehicle, need a loaner or a ride. I indicated that I would wait. The appointment was quickly confirmed. When I got to my appointment at 11am I was told my car wouldn't be ready til the end of the day. No one could have called me? Even if this was because of an emergency situation, call out or something else, no one called me. I had no way to get home. Second chance wasted. Never going back or recommending.

We are on a road trip from California. Our truck started tractoring and the check engine came on. We were able to get our RV into an RV park and had the truck towed to AUTO Care. This was on a Saturday (surprise). Anthony was was on duty and took us right in. He arranged for us to get their loaner car, a savings of about 600.00. They were very professional, thorough and got us back on the road in a few days. We would highly recommend them.

Jake manager coordinated work efficiently and professionally; pleasant and very helpful; it was done from a distance since I was in Massachusetts and shop is in New Hampshire; required a lot of coordination.

Family vaca from MD...thought a nice ride in the white mountains with four children would be fun but we were left stranded. My alternator and battery completely died on my mercedes gl450! No phone service thank God we were with family traveling together. George at auto care was a sweetheart and had my car done as fast as he could...even on his birthday! His price was fair for my car. I'd recommend this place for sure!

Jake and Anthony made us feel welcome during our first visit to Auto Care Plus in Conway today. We were there for an annual inspection and we were impressed by the report we received on the condition of our car. Very thorough, detailed and no pressure to address 2 minor items that weren't pressing. They even gave our dog treats and water! Very happy with the service. We will be using them again in the future.

Super friendly, great service! Came in for a tire stem leak that threatened my hiking trip and they had us in and out in 30 minutes. Very reasonably priced and awesome desk service

I was visiting the area and hit a deer. This place was the only place even willing to look at my vehicle. The looked at immediately when I arrived. They were concerned for the safety of my vehicle and that I was okay. They went over and above to expedite parts to try and get me back on the road. Due to issues out of all of our control, I had to leave the vehicle and go home. They kept me up to date every step of the way. Even found a used grill so that my new radiator and condenser units would get any damage driving home. I can not thank them enough. They worked hard to make it a positive and at many times a humorous experience. Not that I wish anyone to need their services by hitting a deer, I would go back in an instant. Heck I might just drop in the next time im in That area to say thank you again.

I took my vehicle into Auto Care Plus to switch into Winter tires and have a brake inspection completed, as I suspected it was time to replace the brake components. It was indeed time, and Service Advisor Anthony Byron was very helpful in explaining the service required for my vehicle and the costs, which I found to be extremely reasonable after calling around for quotes from other providers. I also really liked receiving a detailed inspection report with photos via email. I'm not a "car person" and the technical jargon of car servicing details can be vexing, so I really appreciated what felt like genuine and honest interactions with Anthony and the employees. Barring any failures after the service (luckily, it is all warrantied with the shop), I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I had a sudden alternator fail while on the road with a fifth wheel. After calling around to a few places, I contacted Auto Care Plus and spoke with Anthony and he said to bring it right in. They fit my truck into the lineup and had the part the next morning. Back on the road quickly and at a good cost. Very professional, timely, and professional. Highly recommend this team.

Called last minute to get all 4 tires replaced as I noticed a bulge on the sidewall. Tony Byron was great, he fit me in right away despite the fact I was an hour away. Gave me some great advice and had a great conversation while I was waiting for them to finish. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Typically, going to the mechanic is something I’ve always dreaded. Anthony, Joe, and the AutoCare Plus team have completely turned that around. My car had a severe transmission leak, among a number of other issues, and every step of the way Anthony made sure we were well informed and updated. He reassured us that the gentleman working on our vehicle was the best man for the job—he wasn’t wrong!! Joe did a fantastic job on all of our repairs and we couldn’t be happier! Jake and Tony are the best. Had a broken down vehicle while vacationing here. Unfortunately the car needed a new alternator which had to be special ordered. Jake scoured the country for an OEM alternator and finally found one in Florida that was overnighted to the shop. He was in constant communication with us throughout the whole ordeal. While we had to extend our stay for another 5 days, Auto Care Plus provided us with a free loaner vehicle that was a life saver. This shop was highly professional, did good work on the car, and we safely made it back to NJ. Thank you!

Headlight unit replaced in my Tacoma truck, it's quite an ordeal. A good price and very efficient.

I always trust everyone at AutoCare Plus...they are informative and explain everything clearly, so I know exactly what I’m getting and trust their judgement. Anthony and Jake were especially kind and helpful in explaining what all I need to get done, but did not pressure me into anything- they gave me all the info I needed to make a decision that is best for me and the life of my car. I can tell they are genuine and honest and take great care of my car!
