The first floor has tools and electronics. The second floor has jewelry. We went there to buy an engagement ring. They have an incredible selection and it is organized by price. Ashley helped us and guided us. Once she knew what we were looking for more spefically, she was able to recommend trying some specific rings. I appreciated that she was honest enough to tell us if a ring didn't look great on my finger and if one didn't have the quality we were looking for. Since we were paying in full, she made us an incredible deal right off the bat. We are so happy with our purchase! I highly recommend this place. Update: I had my rings evaluated for insurance purposes. They came out with 6.1 times the price of the rings!!!! They are worth 6 times more than what we paid!!!!!! 6 times !!!! We are so thrilled! (Disclaimer, this is the price the insurance would give if something happened, not the price a jeweler would give us to buy them. That's very different.)

They are absolutely amazing, they go above and beyond what’s asked of them, and they’re always super friendly! Number one pawn shop to go to! I’m not joking they’d prob give you the shirt off their backs. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Always answering questions well educated, thoroughly, and helpfully. Check them out!

They offered me $250 on a ring I know it worth around $1300. The guy didnt clean it off before testing it so the diamonds came back fake. They aren't. Good way for them to get real diamonds for cheap from people who dont know what they are talking about and dont know what they have. Edit: in reply to your reply, the guy did Not retest the ring. He was asked to but said again that the diamonds were fake. I took the ring somewhere else and got Way more than you tried to give me. I was told in the 1st place to go to austintown paen because you supposedly give more than all of the other pawn shops. I clearly have been misinformed.
Hello, We would like to offer our apologizes. I did speak with the gentleman who waited on you today and he did state that the tester read moissanite on all the stones so he didn’t think twice. Diamond testers are not 100 percent accurate but you are correct in stating that if we had cleaned the ring of any residue it could have corrected the results. He just stated that when he told you that they didn’t test you just stated okay and left. This is not an excuse but in NO WAY were we trying to rip you or any of our other customers that come in off. There have been faulty test in the past, because as I stated the machine is not 100% accurate, and when a customer tells us no those are diamonds we will usually clean the piece and use a second tester to verify. Customers will correct or question a bad test because they know what they have.

By far, the best people and the best pawn broker around. They are very understanding and will go out of their way to work with you. Mike is a great guy and manager. If I could leave a 10 star review I would. They've earned it and deserve it. I highly recommend them to everyone. If you need a pawn brooker, Austintown Pawn is the only place to go.

Went there the other day for the first time and Mike was more than helpful, pleasant and friendly which made me getting a loan on a very important ring a bit easier. I needed stuff done to my car and want to thank you guys for helping me out. You're not keeping my ring tho, I will be in to pick it up. Thumbs up!

I was disappointed with this company. I found them online and chose them because of their rating. Their website encouraged people to call about our products, so I called and explained what I wanted to get rid of. I know it wasn't a top of the line tablet, but I no longer needed it and was just looking to get a little money back off of it. The guy quoted $20-50 but closer to $50. When I arrived, the guy at the counter told me they didn't accept that brand of tablet, until another guy told him to take it. Then he said he couldn't find anyone online selling them to get a ball park for how much their selling for, so he'd buy it off me for $20, not even taking it out of the original box to look at it. He then said I would be better off selling it on my own. I left very upset and checked on the same website he supposedly checked and found at least 2 people selling the exact tablet, same condition, for over $100. I guess I will have to sell it on my own!
