I was surprised to see someone have 5 stars with so many reviews as that's pretty rare. Austin has 5 stars with 200+ reviews for a darn good reason. He and his team are a lending machine to be reckoned with. He got me an excellent rate, with low closing costs, and delivered the loan in absolute record time for a very fast approaching close date. Not only this, but since this was my first home purchase, he was still very patient and helpful in walking me through what everything meant and how the process worked so that I wouldn't feel uncomfortable or surprised by anything. He truly made me feel at ease throughout the whole process even when I thought I was asking stupid questions. I highly recommend him - thank you Austin!

I have used Austin and his team several times and referred friends and family. The experience is always the same - fabulous! They make a process that’s normally arduous and stressful, so easy. I don't think there's enough space for the praise I want to give this company. Angels on Earth is the minimum I can say. From coming into our proces April 28th working to get us approved when everything said we should have never live in an apartment were able to say we're first time homeowners. My mom turned 69 on April 28th she's never owned anything. July is my birthday month I've been homeless pretty much all my life. Until I received Section 8. Lived on that for 24 years until 2021 when I moved from East Coast to Arizona 2021. 2022 we're both homeowners walking into it with nice amount of equity. We broke a major generational curses. During a time where African Americans are fighting for equality & often feel unvalued by mainstream society this whole company removed that feeling & created a safe space for us. I felt as if I was their only customer & their top priority. I wasn't able to meet anyone in person because I am in East Coast for my daughter's graduation but as soon as I return back to AZ I'm going in that office to hug everyone. When another lender acted like I was going to be a difficult case to get approved, I was referred to Austin who was extremely supportive and said he could do the job for me. And he did!! My loan process went off without a hitch or problem and my loan closed on time! I cannot thank Austin and his team enough for their assistance on my loan.
