Not a good bank to go to for any reason, especially if your a business person who take our large amounts this bank is not for you

This is one of the rudest bank i've ever been in. When i first walked in the staff was very friendly well i was trying to open a checking account. This lady was helping this other young man Ms. debbie she was really sweet told me that it would be a minute to see if Mrs. Shirely could help me. Well after Ms. shirely got done she proceeded to ignore me & not even let me know that it would be about 10-15 more minutes because she had to do something else first. So i continued to wait its already been 45 minutes well Ms. debbie was almost done helping the young gentleman out with his things. So about 10 minutes before Ms. Debbie was done Ms. Shirely finally acknowledge me that she couod begin to help me but i told her no thank you i will wait on Ms. debbie because she was almost done this other lady sitting in the chairs with me she asked her could she help her the lady said she usually go to Ms. Debbie but showed her some paper so she lookef at the paper and was like okay Ms. debbie can help you i can help her refering to me i told her no thank you i really want Ms. Debbie so Ms. Shirely was like okay so she went back in the room & i heard her talking to other ladies that I didn't want to go to her i perferred Ms. Debbie & comtinue to say things while laughing. Ms. Debbie got done with the gentleman she was like Ms. Shirely can help you i said no thank you i would rather come to you. So she was like what can i help you with after she had the other lady sitting in the chairs sign this paper and she went on her way. I told her open a checking account. She asked me why was i opening an account i explained to her she took my DL's made a copy took my social number down on the paper along with my cell phone number. While she was talking i didnt hear her ask my mother's information so i asked her was that going to let my mother be on my account well she goes to say well thats going to make me start all the way over i told her well i told you in the beginning i wanted to add my mom. So she took her first & last name. I was asking her could my mom go to another branch to sign the papers since im an 1 hr & 30 minutes away from her along with being in college, working & having a 2 month old so i dont get to go home much. She goes to explain but has this attitude while explain & i said i told you the reasoning for me wanting to open an checking account & wanting my mom to be able to have access to the account. She was like wait let me finish explaining so i politely told her thank you i do not need the account & walked out there was another person being me needing to go to her & this was the most terrible experience ever!

Rude personal banker who was also my banker lady at the one in Troup. Such a smart @$$! __________________________________________

Its closed!!! on Saturdays,pls update it This creates confusion. On google maps says its open but its not.

Rude and take for ever! I can be the only car in line and they take forever! There is one lady that is always sitting on a chair, she is so rude! So she had finished making my Deposit and then tells me that my deposit was over so she put that money back in the bag, so I asked her if she could just add it to my deposit and she looked at me like if I was crazy and slightly rolled her eyes at me!

The only place in Tyler I go. Mrs.Brenda is always a ray of sunshine and I enjoy speaking to her and the rest of the staff.

This is my favorite location in Tyler. Kind, helpful people who are usually very efficient.

I love this bank and the people in it! 💜
