Patricia was excellent, professional and courteous. She managed to work with me on my old lease that had negative equity and get me a good deal to get into my new car. Overall the experience was one I would recommend. Everything was clear and there were no surprises. Even the financial part was a breeze. I purchased a 2022 Audi Q5 on 3/5/2022. My sales rep was JT, and he was great. I’ve purchased a lot of cars from different dealerships, and I’ve never been impressed with any of them. This dealership was different. From the start, he was honest, had great communication, and was always available to answer my questions. The car I was purchasing wasn’t yet at the dealership. It was still in transit from the factory. He answered and addressed any of my concerns. The purchasing process was extremely simple. There was no hidden fees, or extra charges when it came time to sign the lease. Everything was exactly the way he said it would be from the start. There was no obnoxious sales tactics, or trying to sell me things I didn’t need. I don’t think there’s anything that could have been improved. Update: I had brought in my S4 to service the car for a recall. Audi Queens gave me a Q5 as a loaner. My wife at the time was pregnant. That night my wife started having major contractions and we needed to get to the hospital. The Q5 got us there swiftly and safely. I received notice that my S4 service was completed, however I was unable to pickup the car that day because my wife was going into labor, Audi Queens was very generous in letting me keep the loaner for as much time I needed. After my baby was born, we drove the Q5 home along with the baby. After picking up my S4, i realized perhaps my car is too small for my baby and being that the Q5 loaner was so comfortable to drive and spacious, i decided to trade in S4. With the help from Jay in sales, he hooked me up with a great deal on a 2022 SQ5. This would be my 3rd car that I have gotten from Audi Queens who have continued to go beyond my expectations in providing quality customer satisfaction and service. Thank you Audi Queens!.

Very rude people . I’m looking to spend 70k on a car and they treat you like trash refusing to answer questions to a paying customer! I will NEVER spend money with a company that doesn’t make me feel valued. Audi please do better! Read their Facebook reviews those are very accurate. Wow I should have looked at all reviews before ever contacting them . Lastly, the manager called me back four times to tell me off Not to make things right but to go back and forth trying to get the last word . Unbelievable

I have had many experiences with dealerships and how they usually go as I expected the same treatment from Audi queens, but to our surprise, we had a great salesman Joàn Lopez. Car salesmen and dealers have had a bad reputation for many years, and rightfully so. Their treatment of customers, price play and "I'll have to ask my Manager" no longer sits well with today's car buyer. I believe these tactics have given birth to Carvana, Vroom and other online car buying services. I'm a loyal Audi buyer but was shocked to see Queens Audi add $8,000 to a MSRP for a car to be delivered, possibly, in the the spring. If Queens Audi, in their greed, thinks this is the way to treat new or old customers they deserve whatever faith that becomes them

After going to two other dealerships, I finally ended up at Audi in Queens. It’s like a shopping mall just for Audi! It was definitely the luxury experience I was hoping for. Konstantin was so knowledgeable, with extensive professional info about the car, but also with his personal experience as an Audi owner. He made me feel like I could make an educated decision about which car to lease, and got me a great deal. He even advised about how much I should be paying for insurance, and how to negotiate! Location is A+ because I live right in College Point! They have a parking lot so that's super easy to find parking. The entire place is nice and new and clean. The service section wasn't bad, I found a $99 express oil change deal online for my 2017 Audi A7 and they honored it and on top they checked all my fluids and wheels, tires, brake pads and printed out a report for me. The show floor had plenty of cars and the place is beautiful and not shady looking or anything. I haven't bought a car here but I would recommend it.

Grace is my usual service advisor and she is great! Smooth sailing so far hence why I keep returning although I live in Manhattan. Worth the trip and service quality :) Great service! Second time I've been here and it hasn't disappointed. Will be returning for sure. Came again on 6/6. Patrick was exceptional and accommodated my work schedule as best he could. I brought my car to Audi Queens after many years of dealing with another Audi service center. They took my car in right away-no waiting. Jhael the service associate was very courteous and helpful. He understood what my concerns were with my car and explained everything that was happening with it along the way. Getting a loaner was extremely easy-I requested it when I made my appointment and debated if I would use it or not. Jhael was accommodating as I made my decision. While they worked on my car, I went shopping. When I returned, they told me I could leave my shopping bags in the loaner so I did. When they brought my car around, they transferred my bags from the loaner to my car. In the other service center, I would've had to lug my bags with me. Another plus of coming to Audi Queens-clarity of the paperwork and all the checks they did on my car and Jhael's explanation. They are also quite attentive-more than once I was greeted and asked if I was being helped. I will definitely bring my car back here in the future.

My partner and myself visited Audi of Queens on a whim, after having visiting another competitor dealership for the type of vehicle we were interested in (compact suv). Albeit we were a bit nervous and intimidated as we had never been to a luxury dealership before, but as soon as we walked in the receptionists were very nice and even without an appointment we were allowed to browse the upstairs show room. We were not approached as many other dealerships do, which we liked because it gave us time to look and then ask for help when we felt comfortable. We had approached a wonderful sales person, Martin Rios-Valdes, who dropped what they were doing and immediately came to our assistance, still without an appointment. He took time to ask what we wanted from our future vehicle, which we’re interested in, and what packages or trims were available, but also what would work out best for us. He didn’t push our attention to other higher cost models but showed us what the differences were and left us to make decisions. We honestly felt so comfortable that it was the most stress-free and fun time we ever had at a dealership. We were able to even get a test drive and search for vehicles that weren’t on the lot yet that met our requirements. He explained lease options (which is what we were looking for) and showed us complete transparency when it came to the price breakdown. We were able to find the that had us both excited and he was genuinely happy he was able to find it. I usually don’t like to make decisions like this just after visiting the dealership once but after our experience with Martin we felt so happy about our decision to join the Audi community. Now we drive a Pulse Orange 2021 Audi Q3 w/ a black optics package. This car is honestly a real neck breaker driving around the city, since it’s not all that common. I have an Audi Q5 on lease for almost 2 years and have scheduled for 20000k miles servicing on 7th July at 11.40am at Audi Queens. There was noise coming from the wheels when making right turns. The technician told me that I have to leave the car for further checks. On 8th July, Robert called and told me they have to order some fluid and the car can only be fixed. I requested for a loaner car due to the nature of my work but was told that no loaner car was available. It’s been a week and I have not received any updates. After sales service is disappointing. Totally unreliable and irresponsible. 14th July John Partsinevetos from Audi provided an update on my vehicle. Appreciate the help and updates.

Driving from PA to New York my front right tire blew out on a pothole. This is hands-down the best Audi Dealership I have ever been to. I live in Manhattan and I would come to these guys instead of Audi Manhattan any day of the week. Normally I avoid dealer service because it’s more expensive, but with these guys, it’s worth every penny. They go through your car soup-to-nuts even on minor issues. I brought it in to have my radio updated, and they recoded the entire car, did a full diagnostic, and updated all software. Leasing the 2021 Audi ETron from Audi Queens was the best auto lease experience I’ve had to date. As soon as I entered the dealership I was greeted and then introduced to staff and everyone seems to be excited to see me. There was no pressure to buy anything. I was even offered a test drive of the ETron as well as a sports coupe that I was eyeballing. Konstantine and the finance staff walked me through the process quickly and got me approved in no time. When I was ready to pick up the vehicle, Konstantine spent over an hour showing me how the ETron worked and sent me an email with all the necessary links to offers and video instructions. I was so so so happy with my car shopping experience. Patricia helped my husband lease a Q5 a year and a half ago and she was very professional and enthusiastic. So it was a no brainer to go back for our second Audi. Due to the chip shortage, there was not many cars in stock but Patricia tracked down my dream car for me and texted me right away. Our experience with Angelica Ruck at Audi Queens was impeccable. Angelica was quick to respond to our request, found the car that we were interested in on the lot, and made an appointment for us to go in the next day. Audi Queens, was excellent. I was a walk in and I am sure they were all booked as with EVERY AUDI dealer in the 100mile radius. Sebastian was extremely professional and helpful. Audi Queens facility was also phenomenal and everyone was smiling, polite and kind. THIS IS A GREAT contrast with the other 3 Audi's I called including the 2 I have regularly serviced my car. Bought a 2021 SQ8 Prestige Package. Excellent Service, Dennis was great to work with very knowledgeable, experienced with Audi Brand and knew everything about the car, dynamics, design, engine, features and functionality. He has been one of the most intuitive person I have ever spoke with while buying the car. Being in NC my search expanded all the way to Queens NY as the way Dennis took his time and explained me everything before buying the car was outstanding the best approach I liked was no sales pressure. Martin their General Manager went above and beyond to facilitate the deal and is very humble and respective with client approach. Moe their Finance manager was very accommodating and provided the best deals on extended warranty which is important for a premium car. Extremely satisfied with the dealership and their support. I might approach them again if I plan to buy another Audi.

I'm a person that does not write a lot of reviews but i felt the need to inform others of my experience with Audi Queens. Please be careful and thorough when making a purchase from them. I purchased an extended warranty on my vehicle 2 years back and recently discovered that they should have never sold it to me to begin with. I was supposed to have coverage till 2023 but coverage company has now voided my contract and now i have no coverage, plus i am out 3k dollars. This is either blatant incompetence or nefarious practices by Audi Queens. Please deal with another Audi (you'll thank me later) or deal with them with both eyes wide open. I am open to Audi Queens righting this wrong.

My auto dealer, Konstantin Kennedy was super excellent, professional, and knowledgeable during the entire sales process. He was able to my knowledge, to negotiate a very good deal on my behalf between Audi and Volvo. As I was coming out of my lease for my 2018 XC90 and going into a new one for a 2020 Audi Q7. While I had intended to keep my Volvo, due to multiple issues that arose with service, I unfortunately decided to trade it in for something else, which would have been preferably another a Volvo. However, due to consumer reports as well as the service provided by Konstantin, I decided to jump ships to Audi. Furthermore, everyone at this dealership appeared to work as a team and work together to make sure that I left with the vehicle that I wanted. It took a lot of effort of the individuals at the dealership to broker the deal, as my insurance and registration would be out of state as well as issues with returning the vehicle to Volvo. However, after everything I am very pleased with the purchase and the experience provided by this dealership; from everyone to the sales managers to the finance department. I look forward to doing further business with them in the future.

I usually don't like to do bad reviews but this had to be mentioned. I took the car for a tire replacement with tire insurance. Received a loaner car and next day I get a call from Mr Jhael Rodiguez telling me pay for tire or come and get the car back within 2 hours. I asked if he had contacted the Tire insurance company he said yes, and because of the winter storm they are close(but if Mr Jhael Rodiguez had listened to the full message he would know that was wrong, that message was from last week there was no winter storm this week). I said did you try to do online the claim Mr Jhael Rodiguez said it take too long to get paid for the claim and if I wanted to do the claim I can do it myself. I asked to speak to supervisor and I was refused because these were the words of the supervisor. So I did research myself and found out the reason he cant reach the insurance company is because of the time zone differences. I assume that they only try to call once and if it does not work let the customer deal with it. It is just bad service and unprofessional on top of that I go get my car the dealership is suppose to open at 7:30 am but opened at 8:15am, the car was not washed had to wait another 20 min for it and all the tools from trunk where not put back in its place. How can you call yourself a luxury dealership when the service you provide is garbage.!!!!

Nice Audi dealership on the side of Queens. They have no parking lot for guests, which is confusing. Guest must drive their cars to the service garage, and then inside the garage the valet will park your car. So fear not, just drive your car to the service garage if you need to browse around new cars. I came by to grab engine and cabin air filter for my Audi S3. The service guys were prompt and quick to grab my items. However, checking out is tricky! Even though there is a register by the parts booth, they directed me to the front receptionist desk to pay for my items.

Joán was recommended to me by a friend, and he was nothing but amazing through the whole buying process. He is very friendly and accommodating! He was very thorough with all the details about the car and was great to communicate with! Johnny the finance director was amazing with finding me the best financing option! Brought my car for routine service. Friendly, professional greeting at entrance. Spoke to Carlos about what needed to be done. He gave me estimate of about how long and asked me if I needed a loaner. I advised I would wait. He directed me to the waiting area. The entire area was spotless with a very nice selection of snacks, coffee and water. Car was ready at approximately when he said. Car was brought out freshly washed. Top notch service!

I am taking one star off because it may be busy season, and my emails regarding getting Audi Care package which I originally requested more time to think at Point-of-Sale are being ignored. That said, I understand it is busy season. Overall, I really enjoyed working with everyone and completing the transaction within 3 days. If I could give a zero star or minus star, I would. When I think of dealing with Audi Queens 10 months ago, I am still mad and disappointed. I will NEVER ever recommend Audi Queens. It's not a responsible and professional dealer. It damaged Audi's image. In the delivery process, the seller Jay asked me to sign all documents before I saw the car, and then another seller spent more than half an hour trying to convince me to buy various services. But it only took Jay 1 minute to deliver the car to me. Literally 1 minute. He drove the car to the exit, handed me the key, and then said "Congratulations! Goodbye!" and immediately turned around and walked away. No time to walkthrough, no time to inspect. I was surprised but thought it was Audi that should be reliable. But it turned out it was not. Long story short. 1. The actual mileage was 5 miles more than the paper indicated. 2. The seller gave me a wrong key. 3. The dealer didn't clean the car properly. A lot of tree leaves and dust were under the hood and seams. 3. The seller called me and asked me back to replace the key and agreed to clean my car with detail service. He lied. He had my car washed but no detail service. Still a thick layer of dust was found under the hood and seams. 4. My car was damaged after washed. A small hole was found on a beam when I checked it in the store. After some wrangling, they finally repaired my car. My brand new Q5 became a repaired car within a few days. It's still traumatizing even just recalling what happened.

After an extensive search for a high demand vehicle, I was able to locate it at Audi Queens. I live in Boston, which necessitated a completely remote and digital transaction process. Had an absolutely amazing, but quick, experience here at Audi Queens. I rarely walk in and just buy a car the same day but I did just that. I personally had Jay, an Asian gentleman, assist me in purchasing an Audi A6. I walked in, saw the car I liked, negotiated a price, and somehow picked the car up the same night. Had no hiccups and no issues with the entire process.

They are there to steal your money. Last time I got oil change done for $200. On 02-14-2022 I was there to get oil change and they wanted over $600 for the same oil change. So please shop around before you go over there to get any service for your car. They will rip you off with a smile on their face.

My experience started with Joan Lopez who even as a new sales person was very knowleagable about the car and what I really appreciated was his honesty! Hard to find these days. Visited Audi of Queens for the first time to have my S6 serviced and a suspension issue diagnosed. Facility is modern and clean, pull up and garage doors open automatically so you can pull in and get out of the cold. Valet documents your mileage etc...and gives you a ticket to present to the advisor. Advisor knows who you are when you walk up and confirms your info etc... Waiting area is nice although some amenities were unavailable due to Covid which is understandable. I received a text and an email with a video attached showing what was wrong with my suspension and the recommended repairs. I think that is great so you know what your paying for and not some phantom repair that an unethical dealer might try to impose on you. The advisor followed up to confirm and ok the repairs. When it was ready, I got a call and picked up my car, freshly washed as well. Great experience overall. Update...second visit and same great service and friendly. Waiting are was stocked with snacks, drinks and coffee. Oil change and an unexpected repair which parts department fortunately had the supplies. Very efficient.

The worst place ever to go for repair service. I unfortunately got a saleman named charles diaz, who knows absolutely nothing about audi cars, but he consistently recommended ridiculous repair services. I spoke to the actual mechanic about my low oil pressure light, and he told me that he needed to replace the oil filter housing and flush the engine several times with new oil to remove the gunk, and the extra flushing would be an additional $600. I told him no to the extra flushing because that didn't make any sense, if done properly one flush should be sufficient to clean the engine. I picked up the car after it was supposedly fixed which costed $2340, and it broke down on my way home. I called the stealership and told diaz what happened, and he laughed and said tow the car back. I asked him were they gonna pay for the tow truck and he said no. I never went back because my anger was so great I didn't know how I would act. I would never advise anyone to go there for car repairs

I had a really good experience with Martin Rios from Queens Audi.. I was browsing around a lot of Audi dealerships and queens Audi was the one that made everything such a convenient and seamless process. Martin was very quick on following up with me and was able to answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend Martin from queens Audi to everyone. Everyone I met from queens Audi was friendly , I met Martin’s colleagues Andres and Mo from finance was very patient and friendly with any questions I had about the lease agreement.

I brought my car to Audi Queens after many years of dealing with another Audi service center. They took my car in right away-no waiting. Jhael the service associate was very courteous and helpful. He understood what my concerns were with my car and explained everything that was happening with it along the way. Getting a loaner was extremely easy-I requested it when I made my appointment and debated if I would use it or not. Jhael was accommodating as I made my decision. While they worked on my car, I went shopping. When I returned, they told me I could leave my shopping bags in the loaner so I did. When they brought my car around, they transferred my bags from the loaner to my car. In the other service center, I would've had to lug my bags with me. Another plus of coming to Audi Queens-clarity of the paperwork and all the checks they did on my car and Jhael's explanation. They are also quite attentive-more than once I was greeted and asked if I was being helped. I will definitely bring my car back here in the future.

This is the first time we have dealt with Audi Queens and we have never in all our years of leasing vehicles had a more pleasurable experience. We were able to get the exact car we wanted. Our sales person, Patricia Tirado, has the patience of a saint. We are senior citizens and she patiently explained all that was involved in the technology of the Audi Q7 workings. If I have any problem or questions I know I can call Patricia, or anyone there, for help without worry that they are rolling their eyes or rushing the explanation. For sure we will be returning there when this lease is up for our next Audi.

Picked it up two days later, there it was waiting for us with a big red bow on it. We spent maybe an hour to sign finance papers and learn the car features and we drove off happy. I had a great experience at Audi Queens! I first went in to check out a CPO Q7 and got Ken to assist me. Let me tell you, this guy knows his his stuff! He was not pushy at all, I could tell he was honest from the beginning, and was happy to walk me through the entire car and take it it for a test drive. When going through the numbers, I decided to go with the brand new Q7 as Rob, the manager gave me a great deal on a new one. However, the contingency was that my wife approves the deal. They were so awesome, that Ken came to my house with the car the next day and went through it all again with my wife, she test drove it, and that sealed the deal! The next day I came in and closed the deal, and it was a seamless process. Johnny, the finance director was not pushy with the pre-payed options, and demonstrated the value (cost savings) for Audi care and tire and wheel. In the end, Rob even threw in wheel locks for me (I had my tires stolen once so I needed them) for free and I went down to service and saw Grace, and she had them installed in 10 minutes! I want to thank everyone at Audi Queens for all their help! It was one of the best experiences I had. I will definitely recommend this dealership to everyone! I’ll be back for future business here as well!!!

Had a great experience purchasing a car remotely with Konstantin Kennedy. He was easy to deal with, responsive to questions, and up front about everything. Offered a fair price with much less stress than the usual experience. Breezed through the paperwork online and were able to drive down to pick up our new car without any hassle. We drove all the way from Poughkeepsie to get our car here! We test drove the gorgeous 2020 Q7 at a dealer by us and settled on it. We found cars on the lots of several dealers online and Andres A. was the one who responded to me from Audi Queens. His "Audi Express" online experience was far superior and the price he gave us was the winner. Dealing with him was an absolute pleasure. Everything was transparent, seamless and by far, this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Just got an Audi A4 from Audi Queens and I must say it was the most comfortable and professional experience I have had at any dealership. I tried other automakers and also other Audi dealerships, but Audi Queens met my needs and earned my trust. The dealership is very modernized and their technology is up to date. I can't think of another dealership that was as welcoming and embraced me. The salesperson, Sully Khan, went above and beyond to earn my business and his knowledge on the Audi vehicles, exceptional communication skills, and friendly approach made my experience that much better. He was a pleasure to work with and Sully made sure to answer any questions or concerns that I had. I could tell he was the salesperson I wanted to work with to get a deal done due to his professional approach and exceptional people skills. Additionally, when I got the car, he was also very thorough in walking me through how each of the functions worked, which tells me he also had a high level of detail and admiration for Audi (the follow-ups after taking the car were also impressive). From start to finish, Sully stood out from all other salesman in that he did everything possible to earn my trust and my business. His dedication and grit in working together went a long way and he was the main & only reason why I was able to get the car. Audi Queens and in particular Konstantin Kennedy did an excellent job when we recently bought a car from Audi Queens. Konstantin did a great job handling the sale with us being out of state. We were able to sign for the car and have it shipped to us and all went perfectly smooth and as planned. Konstantin even sent us pictures of the car being put on the truck!
