Our salesperson Khris was amazing & got us the vehicle we wanted for the price we needed. The loan officer was also very good & did a great job. Unfortunately the dealership overall was not great.

Khris was easy to work with, no high pressure which we appreciated. She really did everything she could to make the process easier once we decided to buy. This is a four star rating because after our initial visit and test drive, we left the dealership with their price quote to think about the purchase. A couple days later we looked at the same car on the internet and there had been a price drop but no one from the dealership contacted us regarding the lower price. We were contacted by two different people, one by phone and one by email, at the dealership at different times, but no one mentioned a price change. We even explained to the caller, we were interested in the car, but not a the previously quoted price. Overall, we are happy with the car.

Man, what can I say? I was blown away with this team, most notably Ricky Tate. I walked in and had no idea what I wanted. I just knew I needed some German engineering in my life. I don’t have the slightest clue when it comes to vehicles. Luckily, Ricky walked me through the most minute of details of everything that caught my eye to truly ensure I was getting what I desired. Don’t even get me started on the financial aspect. I have less than perfect credit and Ricky put me in a vehicle I both LOVED and could easily afford. This man is truly a master of his craft and knows the deets of every single vehicle on that lot and will be absolutely thrilled to help you in any aspect of the vehicle buying process. My wife wanted the last word, I declined to put down a deposit knowing this car market is insane and the next day the car was sold. An amazing experience! Leah, our sales rep was incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming. Coming from someone who has bought 3 cars in the past 4 years do to miscellaneous reasons this is the first time that I have never felt harassed or pressured about buying a car. Terrible service experience. Drop the car off at 9am for “routine service”, told it will be ready by early afternoon. Return 4 hours later to be told it will be another 2-3 hour wait. But they can have their shuttle drop me off to shop somewhere. Condescending much?? Also, 95% of these reviews are fake. Search the most recent reviews, they’re all negative. I want to trade this car in just so I never have to come here for service again.

I had a great experience when I bought my BuickEncore. Khris Brown was very knowledgable and worked with me to do a trade. It was all handled quickly and efficiently. She was very accommodating of my time and walked me through all the paperwork so I could drive home the Buick that day. I highly recommend this dealership, and especially Khris Brown.

If you're looking for the worst possible customer experience, please head to Audi Bloomington Normal right away! Spoke with Brett Herrin last evening - we agreed on price and financing. I told him I'll be driving from almost 4 hours away and want no surprises - he assured me he'll have the car ready and have it marked as "sold". Cut to today and 2.5 hours into my trip, I get a call from James Navarro saying that car has been sold and there's nothing they can do about it. Brett refused to answer my calls and I couldn't reach their general managers (Victor Malkom, Jose Chavez) either because they were conveniently "unavailable". I requested James to sell me another comparable vehicle they have in their inventory for the same price and he refused that too. Left them an email and haven't heard back on that either. I cleared my day to make this trip and am left with just a ton of frustration and disappointment. Why would you do this to me Audi Bloomington Normal? What did I ever do to you? I agreed to your quoted price and yet you treat me like this. You could've just told me you didn't want my business and I would've gone away. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience - I would give zero stars if I could!

I had a great experience at Bloomington Automall. I was greeted by Juan who was very friendly and fielded all of my questions. He quickly got me into a few vehicles for a test drive and helped me find the right car for me . Would highly recommend buying a car here.

Called about this car, I was told it was available, I was wanting to buy the car over the phone. I was told I'd need to speak to a manager in order to work out the details on price etc. I was told I'd receive a phone call right away. 3 hrs later I get a get from the manager informing me they sold the car 1hr ago. I asked why I wasn't able to talk to someone at the time I called and he said the first he heard about me wanting to buy the car was 5min prior. He told me someone recently looked at the car and just happened to call and put a deposit on the car right after I talked to someone. Clearly I was a pawn in their negotiations with another customer. Very unprofessional way of doing business! I won't be doing business with them in the future that's for sure!

Service Department is the worst place I have everrrr been to. Don't recommend anyone go there unless you want poor service the wrong things dome or ordered for your car and a mechanic that thinks he can take a joy ride in my car. Also when a customer ask you to do a diagnostic you do it. You don't not do it then tell me you only did a multi point inspection because I said i think there something wrong with the suspension I asked you for the diagnostic because I wanted to make sure everything else is right with the car. Extremely unprofessional and then to basically blame me for you mess up. This is why there is a whole post in car group on Facebook tell anyone not to go to you guys at all and then from word to mouth and even me sitting in your waiting room the first time someone comes in mad and also calls angry seems to be your guys way of business.

It took them 2 hours for a simple oil change and inspection. I asked for a quote for some parts upon arrival and they didn’t even have that for me by the time I paid. Absolutely brutal service.

As one would expect when going to a dealership of this caliber, it was first class, and top notch. The primary reason aside from their product in my experience, is their crew working there. I met with a young man named Darnell and his enthusiasm, professionalism, and attitude of servitude impressed me. I've seen plenty of salesmen before who appear manipulative and eager just to make a sale, whereas he seemed genuinely appreciative for the opportunity of business. The dealership is beyond fortunate to have someone like Darnell and I for sure when I'm decided on what to buy given the vast options, will be returning to do business here with him.
