    I just had a horrible experience with service department, Henry this morning. I took me two weeks to make an appointment because I needed a loaner. I had an appointment today early morning at 7:30. I waited for about 10 min for the sleepy staff to wake up and let me in. After resection I figured that my appointment is not even in the records. Henry, the most irresponsible person I’ve ever seen told me straight to my face that they don’t have me in the list but I can leave the car without a loaner, however I talked to him directly last week. To confirm my appointment. My car has a transmission issue and my warranty is expecting in mid July. I’ve been there once two months ago they did some check, I’m not sure if they really did something, and said you have to drive the car for a while so we can have a better idea. The car was the same and still had the same transmission problem. I feel like they are hesitant to fix the car and are postponing my appointments till my warranty is over. I’m so upset and disappointed. The would never imagine such a horrible experience with Audi Of Pasadena. Shame shame shame.

    Karsten and Henry were very efficient. I was impressed by their high level of communication in organizing my buyout and service appointments. The financial manager made my purchase quick and easy and she has an excellent rapport with customers. The receptionist was also very kind and on top of client issues as well.     Absolutely horrible customer service. Especially from the sales team. I was in the market for a new vehicle and the saleswoman who was "helping" me was not at all helpful. The first time I visited I didn't think much of it. But when I visited a second time, the same saleswoman was just as unhelpful and unenthusiastic as the first time. My situation revolves around the same person, but I was still unimpressed by the overall experience. I recommend taking your business to another Audi dealership.

    Car negotiations can always be difficult, for the most part this entire buying experience was pleasant. Car prices are out of this world due to our economic situation so of course I wish I could have paid a little less, however, I will say Audi's have been great to my family and have all the confidence in the world this car we purchased will be awesome.

    TLDR - If you want service, take your Audi somewhere else! My last review was in 2014 when they gave my A8 back to me without fluids. This time I had my wife's eTron, which we leased from Audi Pasadena, for a repeat repair at their service department. I figured 8 years later that thing may have improved, but as we found out today the service is still just as bad. The specific issues: 1 - Repairs Not Done Correctly - The issue with the sunroof is now worse than before, which was supposedly repaired just a couple of weeks prior. The repair was clearly not done correctly. 2 - Appointments Worthless - When you have an appointment, don't expect your car to be diagnosed on the day you drop it off or even the next day. This has happened multiple times where the car has been dropped off in the morning on a Monday or Tuesday and is not even looked at until Wed or Thursday to be diagnosed. Not sure what the point of an appointment is. 3 - Staff Uncommunicative - every time we were told we would get updates by the end of the day, however, this rarely happened. If we wanted a status update we had to call them. 4 - No loaners/rentals - per their staff the policy is even if your vehicle is in for covered warranty work, multiple times for the same issue, no rental or loaner is provided. 5 - Cars delivered back dirty - in multiple visits our car was not washed or vacuumed after service, delivering it back with handprints and dirt from the techs working on it. So, after having our car not looked at again for two days after dropping it off, and no status updates on it, I called and spoke to a person this morning, telling them I would be in at 10:30 AM so I could take it elsewhere to have it repaired. We had a tight schedule today, and of course, it was not ready when we arrived, not sure why I expected it would be.

    I’d like to take the time to thank the Audi Pasadena team (George, Joe, Fausto, Negin, Geoff) for the smooth process in purchasing my new Audi A4. They have a deep knowledge and understanding of the vehicles on their lot and the offerings/packages that come with them. They understand the customer service that comes with car sales and I was truly comfortable going through the process of purchasing for the first time at a dealership. George assisted me with picking out the vehicle that was right for me and sitting through the test drive while explaining the vehicle in detail. Joe prepared the deal and the financing options that I had in an easy to understand manner. In the meantime as all this was being prepared and my new car was being cleaned I had a nice conversation with Fausto as he explained his history in the industry. As we closed the deal, Negin went through the contract and explained everything in a straightforward way. Finally, I was offered a run-down of the tech in the car and Geoff setup the myAudi profile. Geoff went through everything I needed to know and his personal suggestions when it came to the settings/preferences. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership and I’m glad I came to Audi Pasadena. From start to finish I had a simple and trouble free experience and that was thanks to the wonderful assistance I had with the team. I love my new A4!

    I've been dealing with Rusnak Audi in Pasadena for over 3 years and today has to be one of the worst services i've every experienced. First I scheduled to have a loaner vehicle while mine was being worked on. I get to my appointment early and i am told there are no loaners even when i requested for one. Whats the point of having two different service schedules when requesting for loaner vs not ? Beats me . Second the service advisor Christian Pompa stopped responding to text or calls after he said my car was ready and could schedule my Uber ride back at 12:40pm. I sent him a reply right back saying to please schedule an Uber at 12:40pm. No response back from him . Messaged again at 1:11pm asking hey do you know where the Uber is ? No response back. Called at 1:36pm and left a voicemail asking about the Uber ride and to call me back. At 1:48pm left another text saying hey Christian left you a voicemail but theres still no signs of an Uber. No response back. 2:39PM i get a text message from a Perla Perez saying my Uber has been arranged. When i asked will they call or text me to let me know the Uber ride is outside their response was ..... You guessed it no response back.... So i finally get dropped off to Audi by my Uber and i go into see my good old non responsive service advisor Christian and can you guess what ? he's no where to be found. Whatever at this point i didn't care and just wanted to get back home. I get my car and find out my dash camera for the front and rear was disconnected and power unplugged. Now whats the point of this ????? i take a look around my car and inside to make sure nothing is missing but guess what seems like took off with the few coins i had in the coin tray. LOL come on guys seriously ? This really turned me off from Rusnak Audi and to be honest i don't think i want to ever come back or purchase another vehicle from this Dealer. So much for spending top dollar on a 2018 Audi S4 Prestige package.

    Danny from tech department def outstanding! He literally helped me from 0 to 100 and He determined to help me since I was about to go to Audi West Covina to help me instal frame / house for the side mirror. Danny told me he will help me right now in the moment and not to worry! That’s excellent! Better than any other person in charge! He took control and determined to help me.     James was a tremendous help in our car search. He was knowledgeable and fair. We couldn’t ask for more from a salesperson, and my wife and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again. Our experience with the loan officer is a different story, however. I understand the importance of making a sale, but one must know when a sale cannot be made. I had to turn down add-on options 5 TIMES before the conversation changed. I was scolded for refusing any add-on services, and was told my CPO warranty would be voided if I did not come to the dealer. While I understand the value of dealer service, I do not appreciate being played for a fool. I wish I could recommend Audi Pasadena without hesitation, and for James’ sake especially, but that just isn’t possible after our experience.

    I came in contact with Fausto when we were shopping for our new Q7. Unlike other sales people at other dealerships, Fausto and I were able to get to the point and came to a $ agreement. Once that was squared away, he had to get us the car. It took a few days for him to locate one, but he was able to get us the exact car for which we were in the market. He made our car shopping experience seamless. Once the car was on the lot, he called us to pick up the car and finish paperwork. We were in and out within 2 hours--including the 30-45 min technology walkthrough. The team offered us maintenance packages and all the add-ons, and when we declined, they did not push us on it--something I appreciate and something not all dealerships do. In all, our car buying experience was great. It was seamless, and Fausto made everything go smoothly for us. He was very personable and friendly, and we shared stories about our families.     Ivan provided a great price for an online request for a 2019 Audi Q8 Premium Plus. No haggling. No pressure. Aggressive price and it was better than competitors within 100 miles. The deal was complete before I arrived at the dealership with a cashier's check. I was on my way in an hour or so. A very pleasant experience. I cannot recommend Ivan and Rusnak more highly. Most dealers wanted me to come in to talk price and then haggle.

    Great experience getting my new 2022 Audi at Rusnak. I wanted a certain color combination and no dealer had it. Rusnak is about 125 from where I live, but this was simple. I was online and saw the color combo I wanted, called Rusnak (George Pau - Salesperson) and he let me order the car,, no deposit required. It arrived, we did almost everything on the phone and I went and picked it up. All the paperwork was ready for me and Rusnak was even able to accept my Car Max certificate and give me the Car Max price for my trade-in! This is the 2nd time I've gotten a car from Rusnak and would not hesitate to buy there again! Excellent service!

    Ivan did a great job and really worked for my Wife and I to get us a great deal on our new Audi Q5 Plug in. The experience was great and really was not a hassle at all. You get what you pay for in this world. The higher markup vs a Toyota or ford experience was really a step up. That investment into dealerships was also noted in their investment of staff. When my lease is up I will be right back at Rusnak Audi Pasadena to get another lease or purchase. Great work team!

I made an on-line appointment which was so convenient ; a service advisor immediately approached my vehicle and from there, it was top-notch from the drop off, the communication and to the ease of picking up my car. It's so nice they offer Uber and other services if you are without your car. Anthony Ramirez was professional, helpful and made this appointment hassle free; I have Audi care and it was taken care of with zero hassle. I've been to another Audi dealership and did not receive close to this kind of outstanding customer experience. Rusnak knows how to do it!

    I bought a pre-owned Audi Q5 from another dealer, and a few months later brought it to Pasadena Audi for what I worried was a coolant leak. Without hesitation Henry Perez assured me it would be checked out and most likely covered under warranty. In addition, Henry looked up the past service history and discovered there were still two free service visits left on the previous owners extended warranty! Of course the service maintenance was preformed and luckily no leak was detected, even after a pressure check. And most assuring of all, Henry asked that I come back after a couple of weeks for a free leak inspection... that's the definition of customer service!

    I was reluctant to buy fro Rusnak as we previously had a bad experience. However, I'm glad I went. Jose Santos was probably the best salesperson I have ever bought a car from. He was super patient and determined to get me what I wanted. When it came to making a deal he was accommodating and matched another deal my husband found for me. The sales manager, Matt (maybe Mark?) was also great. I did not feel like I was being manipulated in any way. I definitely got exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted to pay with guys that were super easy to deal with.

    Most seamless service experience I’ve ever had. Bobby was great and approachable. He took the time to explain my repairs and answered all my questions. The Uber service offered is a great touch and eliminated the inconvenience one has to deal with when dropping off their vehicle and finding a ride to and fro. Although the amenities aren’t as expansive as the Fletcher Jones BH Service Department, the customer service and timeliness was so much better! Only feedback I have was that I don’t believe my car was washed...or it was washed pretty poorly. That was disappointing.

    Great service provided from start to finish by Anthony Ramirez. Seamless really. Thoughtful customer care from when I stopped in last minute for a brake inspection to providing a free of charge Uber to and from my house. The service performed on my RS7 was replacement of the brake pads and Anthony kept me up to date and informed throughout the entire process. The exterior wash was also a nice touch. Thank you!

    Dropped my car off at the service department. Ian De Los Reyes is the best. Everything was great. They did everything I asked ( I am very particular with my car). The only thing is I wish the car wash they provide paid more attention to detail. Especially at a dealership that sells high performance and luxury vehicles

    I'm pretty surprised by all these less than stellar reviews - my sister and I had an amazing & painless car leasing experience with Ivan! There is no doubt in my mind that he is an invaluable asset to Rusnak Audi. We had shopped around previously with several other dealers and Ivan was incredibly responsive, honest & helpful. We felt no pressure whatsoever and it truly was the best car buying/releasing experience. My sister was undecided between the A4 Premium or Premium Plus package and we did not feel any type of pressure to go one way or another.     The haggling and going back and forth with numbers is the least enjoyable part. You never know if your deal is truly the best deal. It becomes more about negotiation skills than fairness. Otherwise, the service was excellent, excellent, excellent. And they were quick to get everything done. Inventory is a struggle these days with production issues, but they had what I wanted. George was our salesperson and he was efficient and helpful. A nice guy to do business with. Very happy with my car and the process overall.

    I test drove an Audi from Audi Pasadena 2 days ago and fell in love with it. The gentleman who helped my test drive, Rick, was extremely knowledgeable and zero pressure. The following morning I knew I had to have the car so I reached out to Rick. He informed me he was off for the day, but if I wanted to come in ASAP, he’d set me up with his coworker, Adrian. Upon arriving Adrian was already in-the-know about the specific stock I was interested in and made the entire process totally zero pressure and 100% smooth. After a few easy questions and answers, papers signed, and roughly 60 minutes total time at the dealership, I was ready and in my new Audi! The team was extremely pleasant to work with and I’m glad the process was so smooth.

    Worst customer service EVER. Avoid this place at all costs. Recently had to take my Audi in for service and the lack of communication was unreal. After calling everyday for SEVERAL days to get the status of my car, I finally started calling the service manager, Ramzi, even writing him two emails. After many voice mails and the two emails I never heard back from him. Who does that?! My service advisor was Christian and I tried to reach him everyday. After 5 days of silence, I was advised by the off site woman who takes calls, that I might have to drive to the dealership to get someone to speak with me!! Totally unacceptablel! At one point I was told Christian was no longer with the dealership (which made sense) but when I came back weeks later to have the oil changed and tires filled (BOTH THINGS WERE SUPPOSE TO BE DONE AT THE FIRST VISIT) he was still there. On top of all this, the car was brought in with both sets of keys. They lost the spare and when I asked about it they offered NOTHING. Even after all that had happen. I'm sorry but those keys are expensive. The only positive thing about this service department was Henry. VERY nice man and hated having to complain to him. He waived the cost of the oil change but honestly that felt like peanuts after all that happened. Will not be returning here.

    We bought a new vehicle over the weekend. Daniel Baker was our sales associate. It was a great experience! After corresponding with Daniel since late December 2021, Daniel had advised me during the prior week that the vehicle we were interested in was available. We scheduled an appointment in the afternoon. Upon arriving, Daniel made us a fair offer that we quickly accepted. From there, we were able to initiate and close the acquisition. Our overall time in the dealership was about 2-hours. We totally appreciate Daniel’s character and his follow-thru on alerting us when the vehicle and sales terms matched our needs. He made the whole process friendly, easy, and timely! We have purchased many cars from Rusnak over the years including Volvos, Jaguars, Porsches and Audi’s. Our experience with Rusnak sales team has been consistently excellent, as has been our experience with their service department! We highly recommend Daniel Baker and Rusnak.

    I took my Audi A7 to Audi Pasadena for a repair in January of 2022. I noted the problem was a "grinding" sound coming from the front brake(s). At that time the service person shared with me that it was a problem with the brakes, and, with my consent, they would repair the problem. At that time I trusted Audi Pasadena, consented to the repair, and my brake pads and rotors were replaced in January 2022. Shortly thereafter, the problem persisted. I then took my car back to Audi Pasadena, and told them that the problem was not fixed. They apparently took a look at the car, and told me: "There is no grinding noise coming from the front of the car." And I was also told, "If there is a grinding noise, that's normal for Audis, and there's nothing wrong with it, and nothing we can do about it." The same day I went for a drive with the Service Manager. He shared with me that he heard the noise I was referring to. He suggested that it was not normal, and that he'd like to do further diagnosis, which I declined. They didn't get it right the first two times, I was not interested in a third misdiagnosis or assessment. In short. the Audi Pasadena service shop unnecessarily, and I believe knowingly, changed the brakes, and I was told that the brake replacement would solve the problem. Clearly it did not. To note: I brought the car in during the fall of 2021 for a routine service, at which point I was told that "the brakes are in good shape". Clearly the car did not need new brakes. I think Audi Pasadena does a poor job of assessing and determining repair needs. And as a result, suggests repairs that are not needed. It's worth noting that Audi Pasadena refused to refund the uncessasary brake repair that they performed on my vehicle. Finally, I find Audi Pasadena to lack integrity, honestly, ethics and the ability to "do the right thing" when it comes to correcting an error that they made. I'd strongly advise not to take your vehicle to Audi Pasadena if trust, honesty, and integrity matter to you when you repair your vehicle.

    I sent a message to the dealership through their website about the car I was interested in and Sevag called me within 5 minutes!! I told him how serious I was and he was able to get the process started right then and there. I was working and Sevag basically pulled it off by communicating with me via text and a few phone calls and had me all situated by the time I got off work. He was super transparent about the financing and no pressure on adding anything other than what I asked. Basically It was exactly what I planned and When I got to the dealership he had everything ready for me and literally within 30 minutes all paper works were signed and done. The car was already cleaned and had a full tank of Gas, ready to go. It was literally the fresh breath of air, how easy breezy Sevag made this process for me! The office is clean and nice obviously a high end dealership but The people made the difference. Sevag was a true gentleman. He is caring and is all about building the relationship. I highly recommend Audi Pasadena and Sevag for your future needs!!

    Best vehicle purchase experience ever! I recently purchased an new Audi for my wife, as a surprise. I worked directly with Yalonda Conrad who was amazing! Typically when using the chat feature on the website you get directed to someone who may not even be at that dealership. I used the chat feature and it was actually the salesperson! Yalonda answered all of my questions through chat and followed up immediately via email. Negotiations were simple and pleasant and when I arrived to pick up the vehicle it was ready and waiting with no more than a thirty minutes of paperwork till I drove off in our new car. We came to test drive a5 at 6:30 pm our sales manager was Hose. Our was appointment was scheduled later today. We used to wait car for 20 minutes. Then they said there's no gas. After 3 minutes they said they short of staff. Finally as I understood they didn't want to sell a car. We left. Really disappointed with Audi Pasadena.

    I just bought the most beautiful Audi and I am very happy with this car and the deal I got. Audi are making great vehicles and this dealership knows it by letting them sell themselves. Ivan was a very proffessional and patient salesman and just let us take our time, and try as many cars as we liked. He was very personable and honest and excited to show you all the features on these cars. No pressure just like taking a friend along to buy a car. He just wants the customer to be happy with their purchase.. and we are.

    Rusnak Pasadena is an amazing car dealership if you're looking for the perfect car for the perfect fit that meets your driving needs. I had an excellent salesman explain all the ins and outs of the car I ended up purchasing (Audi A4 if you'd like to know) and walked me and my family through the process from discussion to financing. This process can be convoluted and confusing, but the Financing Agent was absolutely nice enough to walk us through the Financing Review process which lead to a quick and easy 30 minute process. At this point, Rusnak Pasadena got me so excited to get a Display Show Midnight Blue Audi A4. The next day, when I couldn't set up my homelink, my salesman drove over to my house personally to help me set it up. I can't recommend Rusnak Pasadena highly enough. It's good to note it is out of the way for me, but I make sure I take the time driving there to get excellent quality service. I highly recommend checking this place out if you're looking to buy a new car. The staff is excellent, the complimentary catered food/drinks makes this experience even more enjoyable while being hosted at Rusnak Pasadena.     I showed up right at 7:30am when they opened their door. I was going to drop off my car and get to my job by 8am. However, I was told to wait for an Audi advisor to talk to me when I arrived and 20 minutes later I was still waiting. There was no line or anything like that, I was literally the first and only customer through the door that early in the morning. Mind blowing that they’d leave the only customer in the dealership hanging for that long. Horrible customer service.

    Bought a brand new audi q8, worst experience of my car buying life: 1. Did not tell me the battery of the show room car was dead and lied to me about the one plus hour delay while I waited they switched the battery (may have electrical issues) 2. Driving home, the door panel rattled from the stereo speaker and the alignment was off. This was on Christmas Eve so they were already closed. When I contacted them the day after Christmas, they said they would take care of it and said I had an appointment Monday morning in their service center. Not happy given the car was brand new. 3. Arrived at service center but no appointment had been made. Ended up spending six hours at the dealership and they were not able to align the vehicle because they also falsely said they had an-alignment tech in person to align the vehicle but did not. They told me it was ready and I could drive away but I asked for the alignment paperwork and they could not produce it. I told him to re-print it from the machine and they admitted they had not done the alignment. It was still not aligned. I had to come back the next day and spent five more hours there. They still did not align the vehicle 4. Obviously being upset, I sent multiple emails and walked back into the dealer talking to the general manager (Aaron something) And have on video him telling me it was not the dealers’ problem it was my problem now because it is my car. Imagine how livid I was after buying the vehicle -outright- and being treated this way 5. The pandemic began and I wasn’t able to get proper service for a few months then another dealer to try to align the vehicle but it could not be aligned. I drove the vehicle for seven more months before complaining to Audi corporate customer care Who finally arranged the proper vehicle correction at Audi Calabasas (fantastic service where i also took my SQ5) 6. Though the Audi connect package was part of my purchase, Pasadena refused to activate Audi connect (breach of contract? bad faith & fair business?). Other dealers will not do the activation because they will refer you back to the dealer from whom you purchased the vehicle. Audi care corporate arranged for it to be taken care of after a year without. 7. What would you do if you just purchased a brand new vehicle for a significant amount of money who refuse to provide all the features of the vehicle you just purchased, refused to service the vehicle properly, refused to address your issues, and treated you with such disrespect without taking responsibility? I know I will Never purchased from this dealer again and urge you to think about my experience. They were super nice until I signed the dotted line and handed over the check for the entire purchase amount...

    Very impressed with their brand new service facilities where they recently relocated. Jorge was my Service Advisor, the nicest guy possible, tried very hard to help out after discovering my Audi was badly soiled after parking overnight at their lot. It was nobody’s fault but the person who did the car wash should pay more attention when they return the customer’s vehicle. Overall a good experience, sans the dirty car episode. Also good is everyone else is following the COVID protocol.

    I was informed by Audi that my new Q7 had a recall and needed to be serviced. I also recently got locked out of my Audi WITH my keys in the car. It was very frustrating. When I called to make the service apt I also informed them that I needed Audi connect connected to my phone (to help unlock my car in case I ever got locked out again). They agreed to take care of it in addition to fixing the recall item. When I showed up for my service apt at 8:30am, I reminded the service technician of the Audi connect issue. He agreed to have that fixed before the end of the day. When I came back at 6pm to pick up my car, I asked again about Audi connect and he sent a specialist to my car to help set it up. The first question the specialist asked was “where is the white plastic tag that came with your new set of keys when you received the car?” I responded that it was at home. The specialist said, “oh, I’m so sorry. I can’t help you set up Audi connect without the info on the plastic let tag.” Why hadn’t ANYONE told me that I needed to bring in that key tag when I requested the Audi connect over and over again? I was so disappointed and frustrated! Poor customer service

    Truly amazing service. From the moment one arrives to the moment one leaves, this experience at Rusnak Audi exceeds all other makes of car care. I chose to wait while my car was receiving TLC. Excellent choices of coffee, hot chocolate etc and constant updating on the length of time before my car would be available. The whole service took around two and a half hours. This included a wash. Driving away the car seemed full of an entirely new and powerful energy. Congratulations to everyone involved. I’m sorry the survey limits one to 5 stars - I would happily have given 10. THOM NOBLE

Safely COVID-distanced chairs in waiting area with seats and tables also available in the showroom.     I had a shockingly bad experience trying to work with this dealership. It really defined my understanding of "bad business". I've condensed this story best I could. I was an out-of-state buyer. I couldn't physically be at the dealership, so I was going to buy/finance remotely and then fly over and drive the car home. Over the span of 5 days, I expressed constant interest in a very recently posted car, and was ready to buy the car immediately for the full listed price + whatever fees as soon as pictures were posted (as It was suggested I should wait). Genuinely it was the car and deal I had been looking for a few months, and the salesman I worked with knew that. The night before the big day, I was told by the current salesman on my case, Christian, that he'd reach out the second he located the car and could get pictures to me. The next day, I check the website at noon, and magically the car's pictures had been posted to the website, and it was on the showroom floor. Frantically I call and tell Christian we want go forward with buying the car and we are getting the financials in order and we need an hour. Christian calls shortly later and says the manager is okay holding the car for an hour, and at that point in time I tell him we are completely ready to go. He tells me he will send the payment information as soon as he hangs up. 30 minutes go by, no email, he calls, and tells me a customer has just arrived and is asking about it. This is when everything seems to be thrown out the window. The car is suddenly not being held, and their magical "first come first serve" policy only seems to apply to the customer that just walked in, not the customer that is outright trying to buy the car at that very moment, and has been communicating constant interest over the last 5 days. Christian hangs up shortly after, and then completely ghosts. I call multiple times. I talk to other salesman, one even catches Christian walking by and tells him to call me. Nothing. 5 hours and multiple calls later, I am told by another salesman the car has just been sold. Christian never reached out. Maybe out-of-state is a little bit harder to work with, but the lack of integrity shown was shocking. Not only did they entirely disregard a weeks worth of continued strong interest and commitment to pay immediately when it was ready, but the complete ghosting that followed was incredibly unprofessional. It is important to note that Christian was only one of a good handful of people that knew I was interested and prepared to buy the car as soon as it was properly documented. I'd wager if your an in-person buyer you won't face this issue directly, but it is important to understand the underlying integrity of a few people you might end up working with. I want to add that the first salesman I worked with, Guy Peterson, did a great job and proved that his own commission was clearly not the first priority.

    Great experience taking my A5 in for service. Old town Pasadena location is convenient and close to all the shops and restaurants.     Its with great sadness that I have been treated very poorly today. My car is currently being serviced. It was dropped off on Monday and today is Thursday. I finally asked about a loaner yesterday. The service rep told me that he would get back to me early in the day. I've called and left him two messages since this morning without a call back. I also tried calling the main number, I was told that he was with a client and would get back to me; that was several hours ago. I called again asking for a supervisor, I was told that there were none available? My experience with Audi has always been stellar. I'm not sure why I'm being treated this way??? A call back with an update would have been nice. It looks like I will need to physically go in to get answers.

    Johnny Borja was amazing! He took care of the service my car needed in a timely manner, got us a rental, washed and vacuumed my car. I had previously gone to a different Audi dealership closer to home where I was not even acknowledged by the service staff. I truly feel like I got the whole package here. Ernie let me test drive the car for a good amount of time while he explained everything about the car.     Overall my experience with Rusnak Audi has been positive. This is a very well-run business that works hard to make a visit there much better than most dealerships. I have personally found each and every employee that I have had contact with genuinely personable and responsible. The whole service entrance process is very well designed and fast moving.
