    Ran into an issue with a non-opening fuel flap. Drove in for some assistance since I could not locate the emergency release. Each time they took time to try and diagnose and repair it. Finally it was obvious that repairs were needed - they scheduled me in, ordered the parts, got the car repaired under an extended warranty and were terrific to work with.

    I have had to use Audi Clarksburg for my WVU student on two different occasions. Mike Swain & his staff has gone over & above to help resolve issues. They got the car in, checked ahead of schedule & always stayed in touch every step of the way. They even took the car back to my daughter who could not get a ride back to the dealership with scheduling issues. I can’t say enough good things about Mike Swain & his staff.     Took my sons Audi to Clarksburg Audi due to there being a noise coming from the front wheel area when the steering wheel was turned either direction. After having hours of tests run on the car as well as a "certified" mechanic look for the problem, we were told that the bushings were bad and some sort of "arm" was bad and needing replaced in the tune of $3,500.00. I found it hard to believe that this diagnosis was correct, however I was told that, " if this wasn't the problem, they would move on to the next problem that it may be " ( $3,500.00 later none the less ). So we left with the car, to get a second opinion. We took the Audi next door to Jenkins Subaru, where the car was taken into their service department within 10 min, only to return back to us 10 minutes later, FIXED, with NO CHARGE to us at all. They told us there was a bent piece of metal near the steering arm that would run when the wheel was turned. They bent it back and magically the squeaking sound disappeared. NO CHARGE / SAVED $3,500.00 / Audi owners beware !

    I love my A6 and this is the only shop I trust to work on it. It’s an older car and w everywhere else I’ve been either can’t diagnose a simple issue or wants to over charge for simple work. Audi Clarksburg were straight shooters. They didn’t charge me for anything I don’t need and the work was flawless. I’ll be coming back here from now on.

    I flew in from out of town to purchase one of their cars I found online. Chauncey one of the salesmen was great with customer service, helped to get all my finances figured out over the phone in the price range I wanted and sent me extra pictures since I wasn’t doing a test drive. He also picked me up from the airport in my new car. Once I got to the dealership the finalization was smooth and quick. Great online car buying experience.

    The appointment was at 1300 for an oil change & state inspection sticker. Approximately 2 hours & 40 minutes later the job was finally complete. The work took entirely too long to complete & consumed the majority of my afternoon. Last year I had the same service at the Clarksburg location which only took 1 hour & 15 minutes. I can understand if their was staffing issues but was not advised before or after of such issues. I would have made other arrangements as to not effect my day off work.

    Austin and Chris were great at helping us out the long distance purchase of a 2015 Jeep Rubicon. They took the time to walk around with a video and undercarriage video as well. The Jeep was like new and we took the risk of buying it and traveling from Colorado to pick it up!! It was indeed like new with low miles, and we love it!!     Service department is a total joke. The cashier who handles all of the paper work is extremely rude and compares your vehicle to hers? Just because yours doesn’t have a problem doesn’t mean mine also doesn’t. Lol. Besides that, I’ve always gotten pretty good deals from the sales team.

    Out of all the dealerships we met with, Audi of Clarksburg was professional, friendly and efficient. There was a minor issue with the vehicle we just bought and they promised to fix it and did within 72 hours! The whole buying process was the quickest compared to other dealerships we've purchased from. I'd highly recommend!

    The dealership does not reflect the prestige of the Audi brand but rather that of a small, used car dealer. The facilities were very run down and lacked cleanliness and organization. Employees did not make us feel like valued customers and we got the vibe that we were a bother to them. They were unwilling to negotiate when it came to price or even offer to correct items that were mentioned upon our overview and inspection of the vehicle. It would be best for this particular dealership to find a new location and start fresh from the ground up as no one would or should want to pay Audi prices from a dealership that looks like a rundown garage and has zero customer service experience.

We understand that some consumers expect a negotiation, but believe that we are offering a fair and transparent experience by removing the negotiation and simply leaving it to each customer to decide if our price is a good fit for them. We are a rather new ownership group and we are in the process of building a new, state of the art, facility on Lodgeville Road in Bridgeport. We expect completion in mid 2021. We hope it will exceed the expectations of both Audi and Volkswagen customers. We agree that the current facility is not close to our standards and hope you will get to enjoy the commitment we have made to our new community and future in Bridgeport in the coming months.

    I leased a 2016 Audi Q3 Prestige two and a half years ago from Audi Clarksburg and have been extremely pleased with the vehicle, but I really desired the Sport package with the flat-bottom steering wheel, Audi Drive Select, and sport seats. A new package, the S Line Competition Package Incorporated all of the features that I desired. My enticement to pursue this specific CUV was the idea to purchase a special edition first-generation model before the second-generation was released July 26, 2018. The new 2019 Q3 is longer (~ 4") and wider (~ 1"). I am pleased with the current vehicle as is. I am not a big fan of touch screens. I like an analog speedometer and tachometer. I like the analog controls of the present MMI+ system. I realize that the new Audi Virtual Cockpit on the 2019 Q3 is a technological advance, with more safety features, but I can live with what I have. I am not easy to get along with when it comes to vehicles. I am very particular about my vehicles and I take top notch care of them. I know what I want and am adamant about it. I asked specifically for a Mythos Black Metallic Q3 with the Q3 S Line Competition Package. I visited via the internet various Audi dealerships throughout the Continental US, and was able to configure the Q3 Sport on paper the way that I wanted it. The problem that exists with this configuration is the fact that no marketing materials are available for the Competition Package. I called Audi customer service and they stated that the Q3 was in transition, no new orders were being accepted and the Competition Package was the last special edition iteration of the first-generation Q3. I have the feeling that the Competition Package was made for the true Audi Q3 aficionado. You have to do your research to find one! Audi Clarksburg was able to find the vehicle that I wanted. My salesman, Jared Jackson, was able to effect a trade with a dealership 700 miles away. Audi Clarksburg trucked the trade to New York and returned with the vehicle that I desired. Jared was very helpful during the entire process and kept me up to date on the vehicle. I feel sorry for him in a way because he had difficulty locating the configuration that I desired and at one point I reminded him that the X1 or MDX could be had for about the same price. An idle threat at best, but sometimes a little KITA can be effective. Jeff Brooks, the General Manager coordinated all of the efforts to ensure that I got what I was looking for and yet effected a good deal. I highly recommend Audi Clarksburg to perspective buyers longing for a luxury CUV and want the most options for a reasonable price. I checked out the competition and let me just say that the Q3 is the best value for the money, you definitely get more bang for your buck when it comes to option packages. It has been about a month since I purchased the Q3 and Jared Jackson has called me weekly to see if I have any problems, questions, or concerns. Audi Clarksburg is genuinely concerned that I am pleased with my purchase. I attribute that to Audi AG's relentless pursuit of brand loyalty. I encourage residents of North-Central WV in the market for a luxury SUV to check out Audi Clarksburg. There are some good deals to be had across the Audi lineup and you will not be disappointed. Correction: RDX instead of MDX.

    After buying a Volkswagen at this dealership. Driving home I received several alerts about my vehicles tire monitoring system. This occured on interstate 79. I pulled over to make sure the tires were inflated to right pressure and to visually inspect the tires . Two days later after hitting a pothole. I received two flat tires. The vehicle was towed back to the dealership, at their request.. I was told I needed two tires. This occurred on a Monday. I was informed the tires would be there Thursday. The tires did not arrive until the following Tuesday. The vehicle was moved two times by service department, on 2 flat tires. Now, they tell me I need 2 new rims. The sales team was wonderful. Service has been an absolute nightmare. Buyer beware.

    The Audi service rep was extremely courteous. One of their coffee stations was inoperative and he went out of his way to ensure I got my coffee and got settled with proper wifi creds! The plush new surroundings helped as well. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get their Audi serviced.

    Awesome experience at Audi Clarksburg. From the time i arrived the staff was attentive and moved me through the servicing very quickly. It was a tough day for me as I had appointments I had to make that morning and the service work was not planned- just one of those mornings. Anyhow, the staff was perfect. They got me fixed quickly and gave me an Audi of theirs to get to my meetings that day. It was unexpected but definitely appreciated. This is my new dealership and suggest you check them out.
