    Oh, i believed why there's one star to rate, if there's below zero i would rate it. Very poor customer service. I just called today acquiring some information regarding, requirements opening an account, one question that Carol (on the phone) looking up something to answer my question,.. She told me to hold on,.i was waiting.n waiting, pretty soon Carol's answering machine to leave message then it hanged up.I assume Carol will call me back in few hours..You think so?? NO.. I thought small banks in this town are awesome. Nah! No business .!

    I’ve been with this bank since I was 13. When I joined the US Navy and traveled all over for 4 years, they still worked with me in everything.
