    This place has awful customer service. Don't deal with the "Manager" Casey. She has a condescending tone and will tell you to prove your disputes from other companies. On top of their poor phone etiquette they have poor mail service, something that should be addressed immediately takes a few weeks to get to you. (DO NOT BANK HERE IF YOU ARE LOW INCOME.) Now they expect me to pay back money that should have never been charged because I have opted out of over draft. I worked for PNC Bank and hanging up on a customer would have been an immediate termination. We got payed to get yelled at.
