ATM Alabama Central Credit Union - Mobile Downtowner Blvd, Mobile

The manager was very rude and they will only let you draw out so much money out of your checking account anything over $500 you can not draw out our when you going on a trip they will put a lock or your car it is a large sum of money. Whenever I get paid from my job which is my check is direct deposit I still have to wait until the bank open at 10:00 a.m. to touch my paycheck. I write them no stars I would recommend anybody to bank with Alabama central credit Union

Mr. David Cox went above and beyond to get car loan done in theses trying (virus) times, not once but TWICE! Not only did he do a great job streamlining paperwork, emails etc. He was looking out for his customer! This was so appreciated in times when it is hard to trust anyone. Felt like I had a family member looking out for me. Thank you Mr. David for your hard work and dedication.!

Be aware, kids' savings accounts are subject to fees that will use up ALL of their money. I thought my child's savings was safe, but it was not. It is gone bc we let it sit there. I THOUGHT this WAS THE POINT--to SAVE it. I had no idea this was a thing, that they could take a child's savings. It felt like they took my child's money with no notice or warning. (Maybe it was in the fine print?) Use a regular bank for savings accounts. Otherwise, before this, I was a fan of this credit union--of credit unions in general, bc they're member-based and not huge conglomerates. BUT, not after they took my child's money!

, been with them for over 20 years and they have been very slow to update to newer online technology. Cannot use app to pay online always have to hunt for debit cards

I just started going here a month ago and ATM was out of order 3 days last week and 2 days so far this week (during business hours). *Three of those times it was just out of money.

I gave 1 star because giving 0 wasn’t an option. The branch manager here is very rude. She gave very poor customer service has absolutely no people skills @ all. Your direct deposit isn’t available to you as early as it should be. On your pay day morning, your money is still a pending transaction until after 10 a.m.. I will say amongst the branch manager’s chaos, Amber stood out. Amber was really nice, she tried her best to hear my concern but her branch manager took over & act like a wild woman. Amber stay humble, polite, & professional as you are. I hope one day God elevate you to BRANCH MANAGER @ this same location.

Robbery!! This institution removed a large sum of money from my personal checking account without approval or notification. They claimed that they have the right to do this because they are a credit union, not a bank. They moved this money into a LLC small business account that was forced to close by the government during COVID-19. Obviously, the whole purpose for having a LLC and separate business account is null and void here.

The manager is very rude, lacks people skills, has none customers service skill. She gets very loud and argumentative when one has an issue and doesn't attempt to get a resolution.

I went here to start an account with them. They wouldn’t let me use their bathroom. What kind of business are they running at this branch?
