Very friendly and understanding jewelers. Patient and eager to assist you any way they can. Came in for a size adjustment in regards to my watch and the gentleman was patient enough to adjust the links multiple times as well as set it back to a previous linkage. If I could give 6/5 I would, definitely coming back and would refer to anyone.

Excellent customer service, very fair prices, no shady haggling. I highly recommend coming here to sell or pawn any of your items. They also have a very clean floor room and lots of quality things to buy. Overall a very good experience and I will be back.

I walked in with a 14 Gold necklace to be fixed. Mr. Gary was able to repair my necklace at an extremely fair price in a week span! I am very pleased with my purchase and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

This store is the most honest and real in the area! I have known Mike & Lisa since 1995 and the kindness and quality of staff and inventory has always been exceeding my expectations. I went to them recently with my wedding ring in pieces. They directed me to Gary their jeweler and he gave me options and ideas of what I could choose. I had my first pawn experience here today and Gary’s customer service support was excellent from beginning to end. Quite honestly, I didn’t know what I was doing with my jewelry. Anyone at another pawn’s shop would’ve taken my jewelry out of my hands & for a very low price but he had my best interest at heart. He was honest and I appreciated that a lot. He provided great advice and he made me second think of selling my item and instead just pawning it and coming back for it later. The paperwork was smooth and easy. I also want to mention that this is a pretty clean and well-organized pawn shop. I’ve been to two prior to arriving here and it wasn’t great at all.

The only place to go if you want to get a fair loan on your precious metals. There is an numismatic expert on site which makes it easier to value your items (silver Eagles, Morgan Dollars).I just want to say thanks to all their staff members their always frienly & fair to the customers. For the record i been going their for the past 10 years and I have never witnessed any scenario even close to what rob posted.

I’ve been going to Atlas for about 10 years. They are very nice and trustworthy. I buy jewelry there, they have such unique stuff and I feel like I get such a good deal! But the best part of Atlas is their Jeweler Gary. I’ve had him make custom rings for myself and my daughters and am always pleased with the results! Finding an honest jeweler is so important when you need to have work done on cherished family heirlooms.
