System is down. Been down 2 weeks. Can’t process any applications

Called up there and made my application was told I was approved for $800 I get there after getting all my documents together after working all day and they tell me it's only $200 Laura Flores the manager there didn't even apologize she just acted like she didn't care, like I wasn't a person needing extra cash. I've done business with them before and I paid off my loans with them before but that didn't matter to her, this is a terrible company never go there go to Covington Credit on Broadway

I went there for the first time to get a loan and the staff their were very professional and helpful. The process was easy and speedy. I'm glad I found this place and will be doing more business with them in the future!

I have been doing business with Atlas for about 5 yrs and do not have any complaints. The staff is friendly and always helpful. Could not find a better place to get a short term loan. Credit check is short and no big hassle. Five stars from this customer.

Originally was working with Mandy (online team) And was always handled with care. But sad to say that this has not.been the case this time around. Spoke with daisy and was initially given an approval for $200 which significantly smaller than the original amount i was approved for. Mind you I paid the loan off and was calling to open my loan back up. So after daisy avoided my calls hence I was calling to close on my loan, I was informed by Lawanda who told that they had a new manager and that they couldn't help regardless of paying my loan off. Completely horrible service complete dumpster fire 🔥 waiting to happen avoid them at all costs. I don't think anyone has honest bone in their body in the office

I've done business with Atlas Credit Co. for many years. I chose them because they were the ones I remember my mother doing business with for several years when I was a young child, since they were located downtown on Erwin St. across from Tyler Morning Newspaper! She even bought furniture from them. The staff has always provided great customer service. They're very friendly and professional. Atlas is the only credit company I care to deal with. They're always there when I need them most. I throw all mailers from other credit companies in the trash without any consideration at all.

I always appreciate Vanessa and her staff for understanding that life is not always easy and are willing to work with you no matter what it makes a huge difference for me personally.

The people there denied my girlfriends loan all on account of her sharing a cell phone number with me, they also denied our service on another account because we worked outside of tyler city limits. I thought they would be respectful but were not. I do not understand the principle behind this and do not understand why they would deny our services when we work 40 hour a week jobs. I do not understand how they have 381 5 star ratings either. Good job atlas you have earned your first 1 star rating. I believe the persons name who was "helping us" is Vanessa. I do not appreciate your attitude and we will not be back. Forgot to mention her and her friend had a lot to say when i was on my way out of the door. I Do not appreciate the childish actions of such an upstanding loan company.

Atlas Credit was the first place to give me a loan when I moved to Tyler over 8 yrs ago. When I had fallen on hard times after losing my job they were willing to work with me. I continue to use them from time to time because the staff is very professional and gives excellent customer service and great rates.

The atmosphere there is always nice and they always have nice little snacks and candies for you. They always greet you soon as you come through the door they make you feel at home.

I took this loan almost a year ago... hard times. But as of late I have been shown much compassion and understanding with Atlas! Kayle is very sweet and helpful with my file. I’ve had hard times, but they continue to work with me. I do recommend atlas to anyone needing a little step up.
