Customer service is excellent! All of the employees are amazing and Celeste is an outstanding manager. She is very knowledgeable at all things loan related and I feel at ease knowing she is there to assist me with any of these issues. Could not ask for a more friendly and professional person to handle my needs. 10/10 I would recommend to anyone.

I was preapproved for a loan of 700 but they keep telling me they cant do no new applications so are you planning to close down or what

I love atlas credit I’ve been here for a few years and I like it here. I’m always welcomed with similes and laughter. The atmosphere is always so up lifting. The staff is so sweet I never have an issues or concerns regarding my account here. I would highly recommend to family and friends😊

I have been doing business with Atlas Credit for years and I enjoy dealing with this loan company, they keep me up to date on when my payments are due and they are understandable about if i have to wait to send in my payment. The employees and manager are really nice people and keep me up to date on if i have renewals available. I also really enjoy how the place smells it has a good scent when you walk in and that makes me feel good its a well clean and put together loan business. The only thing i really do believe they could use is the automated pay system where you can pay your loans over the phone because I have a very busy schedule so I can't always come to the office to make my payments and sometimes it becomes a hassle to send it through the mail. So if Atlas could have over the phone payment available that would be very much appreciated :)

I must say I agree with most of the 1 star reviews. I went in for a loan on a Saturday close to closing and understandably I was asked to finalize the loan on Monday. I used my lunch hour to take in a folder with all my documents. The manager had just gone to lunch and no one knew anything about my loan. No big deal, I agreed to go back after work. I go in after work and the young lady processing me asked her co-workers if anyone had verified my employment. They all looked at each other and no one had. So they begin to try to verify, however by that time my place of employment is closed. I am then told it is their policy not to begin to verify employment or references until the person is "in front of them ". Nevermind I had been there twice before and no one had told me anything of the sort. I begin to ask how much I had been approved for and was told 3 different amounts. At this point I begin to ask more questions because my confidence in this establishment is beginning to waver. I'm told I am approved "from $x amount to $x amount". Which i had never heard before usually it's up to a certain amount. At that point the manager speaks up and tells me "There are plenty of other loan place like Sun Loans up and down the street." In disbelief I ask her if she is refusing the loan. She rolls her eyes and tells me it just seems like it's going to be a problem. At which point I realize she's right. I gathered my documents and left. I do not need a loan that badly. If that's how they treat a potential customer, I'd hate to see how they treat their customers.

The staff here is an exemplary example of customer service. A staff that takes the time to listen to your needs and provide assistance, to having the courtesy of remembering and greeting you by name. A rarity to be treated like a welcome customer rather than just another account.

It has been super awesome. I have been going to Atlas for some time now which looks awesome on my credit history. The women there are helpful and nice. I recommend if you are looking for a loan they are the ones to go to.

The manager and staff are super friendly and helpful! They are always nice and understanding. They are definitely a family oriented business, the office always seems to be decorated and clean, they have done events in the past for Halloween/ back to school that my kids love. Been a costumer for a few years and plan on staying one.

I reviewed this location giving it 5 stars before only because the manager at the time was sweet and understanding. She is no longer there and the women in the office are stuck up and rude! I’ve learned it doesn’t matter how good of a customer you are, nor how well you’ve made your payments on time. If you fall a couple of weeks behind just once they turn evil on you. So don’t think you’re special. After using their service for over a year and making my payments on time, they treated me like scum. My husband and I had a family emergency out of state and could not send the payment on time. Even after notifying them, they called many times to other family members and friends. They interrupted us during a funeral! We spoke to them again and told them we wouldn’t be back in town until the 3rd. Again they continued to call and hound us as if we had been terrible customers. I’m finally back in town and they sent me a text message with a picture of a Bexar County Dispute Resolution form. Threatening me to send people to our home. Geez! These people are completely heartless. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ATLAS CREDIT!

The atmosphere in Atlas is always on the positive friendly vibe. From greating the customers, and even to explain exactly what is available for you, so there is no confusion on what you are doing! Celeste is a very good manager and has worked with me on occasion when I needed more time! That is why I have used Atlas for several years now and I will continue to be a loyal customer and try to refer as many people as possible! Thanks girls your great! 👍

Attention Atlas, I walked in to make a payment for my mom. I was very impressed with the customer service. Celeste was the contact person and she did an awesome job. When I walk in to a business the first thing I look for is eye contact. Not to mention her personality made me want to come back. Jackie was also very helpful, awesome smile. Keep up the great work. Absolutely love them. I had surgery unexpected and caused financial turmoil in my life. They have really worked with me and I'm beyond grateful. I can't really speak so Yuli texts me. Just a great place to do business. Always friendly and professional.
