This bank need to have more stores open on saturday. This bank it the only open bank on saturday in colonial height, chester, and Richmond. Wait time is about a hour. Dont bank on this bank

Fabulous customer service! Helped me get a wire transfer out same day even though their appointments were fully booked. They let me sit in the car while Ms. Gist ran in and out of the bank with the paperwork. 5/5 stars

Only gave 1 srar because it wouldn't let me do no stars. Current staff are very rude, unfriendly and very condescending towards their customers. When you try to ask questions, they talk right on over you and act like they are doing you a favor by even allowing you in the bank. Don't bother asking for someone in charge to complain, they are always "in a meeting". This has happened several times.

They have good interest rates and great customer service at the bank level. The corporate customer service could be better, but if I have any issues, I just go to the branch and they always go above and beyond to ensure that they either take care of everything or get the answers to my questions.

I am posting this not for myself but for a family member who is not tech savvy and for some reason, banks and unfortunately still banks with you guys. For what ever reason, this branch has an issue with putting in correct information and address for my relative. Statements and checks had the wrong information and it took multiple years to get this right. There was a couple people who used to work there that was on point, she was short and always had smile on her face, the other was a male with curly hair and smile. That's it, everyone else seemed to act like they have a chip on their shoulders and not worth their time. (That set up and atmosphere was horrible) That's another thing: the turn around is horrible! Luckily, he has moved and the other branch is so much better. Anybody please go anywhere but this branch! Waste of time and effort

To start I’d done research on small business accounts with a few financial institutions. My husband and I visited this as our 3rd and final stop. Totally of 6 workers. One at teller, 2 offices with just the bank rep no customers, 3 to assist walk ins. One of the 3 was obviously just standing back not really at a place to service anyone. My husband and I only customers. They say you need an appointment to open a business account. Thinking no-one is here and you all are doing NOTHING except for the teller window. Just bad representation, Miss Ma’am at the desk teeters an air of rudeness just poor customer service.
