    We are first time Subaru owners who purchased 2 Foresters from Atlantic in 2021 and the sales experience was the best around with Ben Phillips. Caleb was also excellent working with Ben throughout the process. We love the Subaru brand and not switching back to Toyota or Honda! Peter O’Neill, the service manager and his staff, have been awesome and accommodating in the prompt care of our vehicles, as needed, too.     Wow.. Great job Ben and everyone at Atlantic Subaru. Went there to test drive some cars and Ben was more that willing to assist us in trying out multiple makes and models. After a full day of test driving we walked away with a beautiful Outback. Financing was a breeze and communication top notch form sale to delivery. Would recommend to everyone.     I have bought my 3rd car, this one with my daughter from Atlantic Subaru. Caleb the Sale manager and Gretchen our sales person provided excellent customer service. They both went above and beyond to help acquire this car for my daughter. Understand they are both very kind, understanding, no pressure and do the very best to meet the needs of the customer, me!     I really loved the way everyone took the time to fix any concerns I had with getting a new car . I had some plate issues and I loved the way people treated me being an insurance agents daughter . I am a little on edge that everything goes smoothly. The sales people were awesome . I definitely would tell anyone to go to Atlantic . Really nice people Patricia is a normal sales person not pushy …. And loved how friendly everyone there is. I don’t know the others but even a young man there let my son play with the toys on his desk :) really nice 👍 experience …. They even gave me a cell phone -# to text if I had any questions .     We all know the horrors of car dealerships, right? Well not this one! I've been looking for a car and due to the state of the world right now I fully expected to wait months. I walked into Atlantic Subaru with an hour to spare and I walked out with a sold car! It was the most flawless experience ever. No uncomfortable feeling, no long waiting games, just a very knowledgeable sales associate and his whole team that knows their stuff and do not play games. It really was a most pleasant experience.     As first time customers at Atlantic Subaru, we were impressed with the facilities and the customer service. Everyone treated our 2007 Outback as if we had just driven it off their showroom floor. Karoline was knowledgeable and kept us informed of the progress. She made sure that I was aware of any timing changes and decisions that needed to be made. The price quoted for repairs was the price paid, and they threw in 3 qts of oil to get the old cart back to fighting form.

    I just wrapped up an excellent buying experience with Gretchen and the Atlantic Subaru team! I am a Mini driver, so I’ll admit it’s a little odd that I chose to work with a Subaru dealership, but given the current supply shortage and my sudden need for a new car, I had to look a little further beyond my typical dealer’s stock. Atlantic not only had the exact car I was looking for, but everyone there had the same casual (but very respectful) vibe that I was not expecting to find outside of the Mini brand. It was low/no pressure from the start, and Gretchen was nothing but helpful and attentive throughout the whole process. She genuinely wanted me to be happy in my vehicle, and she definitely accomplished that.

    Very pleased with my recent service. I needed a rear strut replaced and Karoline assisted with the ordering, (including going to the manager with my request to have one strut covered under warranty if I paid for the second-warranty had expired based on mileage. This was approved!) Karolina contacted me when the parts came in and offered me a loaner car while my car was serviced. I was very pleased with every aspect of my service!

    I found the car I wanted online and it was “in transit”. I contacted the dealership and went in and was greeted by Ben. He was pleasant, helpful and answered all of my questions and even gave me information that I had not thought about asking. I could not have been more pleased with him. We took a car like the one I was interested in for a drive and my husband had the opportunity to drive it and we were definitely impressed by Ben and the car. The financing department was great also. There was no pressure to buy or get anything that was offered. They let me make the decisions without trying to push anything on me that I was not willing to have. Once the car arrived I was contacted and Ben made sure that the pickup was smooth. I could not have been happier with Ben’s professionalism and his concern about my understanding all the aspects of being a Subaru owner and customer.

    Unbelievable quality of service from all people involved in the process of sale. Patricia Collette was our sales representative. We really appreciate her support and approach through the entire car purchasing process.     Brought my Outback in a couple of days ago to have my battery checked, as a different car service organization said I “needed a new one”. Atlantic Subaru checked it (no charge), and pointed out that the battery definitely did NOT need to be replaced, and sent me on my way - with a free car wash to boot. How cool is that? 👍

    Purchased a car and was very pleased with the experience at the dealership. Atlantic Subaru honored the price they quoted on the website / phone and did not subsequently try to add any hidden service charges or other scams to "up the price" after the initial quote. Prior to going to Atlantic, I had visited several other dealerships looking for the same car (in high demand due to shortages around the country) who were advertising one price on their websites, but then doing shady bait-and-switch tactics once I arrived at the dealerships. So even with the ability to shop and compare prices on the internet, the high pressure sales trickery is still going on at some other places. It was nice to see that this doesn't exist at Atlantic Subaru and that they made the process simple and convenient as is should be.

    Called to make an appointment to have just my differential fluid and spark plugs changed. Person on the phone said it’s cheaper to do the 30k mile service as it includes both of those and much more for a cheaper price, so I agreed to do it. When I dropped off my car the person at the service desk said it is not cheaper to do the 30k mile service and just having the 2 things I wanted changed is much cheaper, so I agreed to just go back to having the differential fluid and spark plugs changed. When I went to pick up my car, it turned out it was in fact more expensive to just have the diff. fluid and spark plugs changed. So I was lied to when I dropped off my car by being told it’s cheaper to have just these 2 things done rather than the 30k service. Then when I picked up my car I had to pay more. So the girl I spoke to on the phone when making the appointment was correct the whole time. Avoid the dealerships. Go to an independent Subaru repair shop to get the Subaru specific things done. It’ll save you money.

    I was very happy with Tamoor’s service. He was attentive, responsive and very friendly. He was clearly knowledgeable about Subarus and believes in their quality. I am loving my new cross trek so far! I have been driving Hondas all my driving career so this is my first Subaru. I was not a super easy sell but was definitely convinced. And he walked me through the process with ease. I can get easily overwhelmed with big decisions but was not while At Atlantic. All My questions were answered with efficiency So definitely go check them out! And go see Tamoor.

    One of the best car buying experiences we've had. Subaru was new to us and Aiden, the salesperson, couldn't have been more professional and competent. We were at ease the whole time we worked on getting a new Subaru Legacy at Atlantic Subaru in Bourne, MA. Aiden was very knowledgeable and gave as much time as was needed to go over the features of the vehicle. The camera for backing-up works beautifully. We were a little concerned after reading a negative review of this feature. It's wonderful. Communication was superb. Aiden kept us informed every step of the process. With the economy and shipping restraints being as they are, we did not have to wait a single day more than was necessary which was a pleasant surprise. Virtually every other dealer and car retailer had to wait at least 3 months for a new car unless you were ok with a black or white vehicle which were growing scarce as well. We got a lovely blue car. Subaru registered it and we were on the road in a blink. Must remember the finance advisor as well. Very well informed and helpful to the last detail. Will always go back there.

    I can't say enough good things about this dealership. I searched far and wide for a new WRX Limited, due to the current market supply most dealerships were tacking on thousands of $$ onto the MSRP. I spoke with Aiden over the phone and told me would take MSRP. I took the trip down and worked with Ben Phillips. What a pleasant experience! Also, credit to Joey in the finance department, he hooked me up with a better rate than advertised by Subaru. Most importantly, the car is incredible!! Definitely add this dealership to your list if you're looking for a new Subaru.

    Worst Dealership ever dealt with. Sent them a almost a dozen customers and they have no respect or loyalty. Sales manager is worst ever dealt with. Liars. Will make sure everyone I meet knows how shady this place is. The owner is the epitome of a used car dealer. Same with general manager. Beware of this place. They will take advantage of you. Everything went well until I signed the papers then they turned into typical used car dealers.

    My family's bought a few Subarus at this location and after my last two appointments I can say the customer service is fantastic. I'm currently out of state for work, and none of the locations could fix the AC there for a long time. However last summer they found the problem and fixed it in no time. One more problem cropped up this years visit, my key had been jammed in the ignition and I had to book an emergency visit and they got it fixed same day. The team at Atlantic Subaru is both friendly and helpful, give them a look for your next auto needs.

    I leased a new vehicle and traded in my old Jeep here and I have to say everything went very smooth. I am very happy with this dealership. My salesman, Ben Phillips has great skills.     I had a great experience with Jesse when purchasing my new car. I had been to 3 other dealerships on the same day (my car had died and I needed to make a purchase that weekend.) The other dealerships I had visited were not pleasant and very pushy and rude. Jesse had been really knowledgable and showed several comparable options to what I was looking for in a new car.     I have never been compelled to write a review for a dealership. I generally despise the process and have nothing positive to say about the experience. That all being said, I felt as though Atlantic Subaru and Jesse in particular stood out as a completely different experience. I was apprehensive moving from a truck into a smaller vehicle, but after going through options and answering tons of questions I settled on a new Crosstrek. From the minute I walked in to the day I left with my new car I never felt pressured and never felt as if I was being given the run around. To say it was a nice change would be an understatement. I can’t say enough positive things about Atlantic Subaru and Jesse. I’d recommend them to anyone, at any time.

    Leasing a vehicle from Atlantic Subaru was the best experience ever! My Salesperson, Matt, was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, really listened to what I wanted and worked with me every step of the way to get me into the car of my dreams! The Forester I ended up leasing is amazing! I'm so very happy with it. I give Matt personally FIVE STARS, as well as Atlantic Subaru overall. I'd recommend him again and again to all of my friends! Everyone from the Finance Department to the wonderfully patient man who explained all the things the Forester can do (which was ALOT!) was friendly and I never felt like I was being rushed through the process. This is the 3rd Subaru I've had over the years and I love it! We are a Subaru Family...my husband has a Forester too, that he is very pleased with.     EDIT: After posting this 1 star review I was contacted by a manager who did get my registration revised. This took about 3 months and a lot of follow up on my end but I appreciate that Caleb from Atlantic stuck with me and corrected their error. I leased a 2018 Subaru Impreza from Atlantic Subaru and bought the car out at the end of the lease. I had a positive leasing experience, good experiences with service during my lease, as well as a positive experience purchasing the car. Unfortunately I noticed shortly after receiving my new plates and registration from Atlantic Subaru that there was an error on my registration. I reached out to office and sales team via email multiple times about this and did not receive any response. I then contacted my sales person, who has only made vague promises about "looking into it" and suggested that I correct it myself at the DMV (at a $25 cost). Attempting to get this simple error corrected has dragged on for months and many of my messages go unanswered. I have asked twice for a manager's contact information or for my inquiry to be passed on to a supervisor and that has been ignored. It has been very disappointing to see that customer service no longer matters to Atlantic Subaru after a sale has been made. I will be taking my care elsewhere to be serviced and apparently will be making a trip to the RMV to correct the registration that Atlantic Subaru was paid to make. I have always liked this dealership otherwise, but their lack of effort to make a simple correction to their error has been disappointing.
