Experience was very similar to CheetaBug's. Slow replies, disorganized assistant, and overall just a poor experience. Had to restart mortgage process with another company after they changed my rate by 1.5% as I put in my offer for a deal, whereas with better lines of communication this could've been avoided Update: Owner's prompt reply was nice.
