The don’t speak English and they wanted to know why a company wrote me a check instead of verify the check they wanted me to prove to them why the company wrote me a check but I am paying you to cash the check as long as the check is valid and written to me legally it shouldn’t matter why the company wrote me a check

Was charged a extra fee when I asked to use the ATM. I have used the ATM every time and didn’t recall being charged that amount . When I asked the same teller I have been using every month to explain the price breakdown she got an attitude for inquiring about the price change. Will take my business somewhere ells

This is by far the best check cashing place I have ever visited!! They are fast and friendly. I recommend all my employees to this place and have never heard anything negative! Keep up the AMAZING work ladies!!!

I would post negative a bunch of negative stars If I could! This place is a fraud don’t come here !!! They charged me 217$ to cash my check and blamed me for not looking at the ridiculous fees they charge !! Your better off going to Walmart to cash your check !!! Worst place on earth

System down when Inarrived and had to wait for service.

One of my employee's visited this location to cash a check and was accused of trying to pass a fraudulent check. They attempted to verify the check and I explained that the number they called is not a monitored phone number. I tried to give them my number and I asked for alternative verification methods and I was hung up on. I called other locations to ask of the protocol when the phone numbers do not match and was told that as a legal representative of the company I could in fact verify the employee's check and that the manager could have taken my info for verification. We have many employees in the Norcross area and we will MAKE SURE they do not use this company. There is a check cashing company across the street from that building that cashed the check in less than 5 min without charging fees and with a pleasant non-accusatory attitude. It appears that the manager is also an insurance agent. With customer service like what I saw today, I feel for her clients.

I had a error with a transaction I made there and did not receive my money. However, Rudy was very professional and did everything he could to help. The lady who made the transaction was apologetic. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Horrible customer service. If you can prevent giving these people your money, I advise you to wait for your bank to open, or try the grocery store. These check cashing locations are a dying breed. It shows by the people they're hiring. Oh! They stink also...OMG!!!
