My son refinanced his home with Assure Home Mortgage a couple of years ago. He had nothing but good things to say, so when I was ready, Tanya was the person I called. Tanya and her team made the process so easy. Every Friday I recieved an email to update me as to where we were in the process. I really appreciated this. I was amazed at how quickly things progressed. She also was able to get me a much lower interest rate. My Mom started refinancing her home 3 weeks before me and went through Rocket Mortgage. Her credit is superb, but recieved a higher interesr rate than I did, and my credit isn't as good as hers. Tanya even advised me on ways to bring up my credit score... things I had no clue about. I got my house appraisal weeks before my mom did, and I just closed yesteeday and my mom still doesn't have a closing date. We had been trying to purchase a home in North dakota while living in oregon, we where working with the top internet mortgage broker 3 months in and a couple weeks before the closing date they had several issues that would need to be repaired before they would close.
