While the staff had a professional attitude, I (the seller) did not receive any documentation prior to the closing date, and some documentation presented at the closing was in error. The buyer also did not receive all of their documentation. Despite several phone calls, at no point did their staff confirm that documentation had been received. Assurance's response to these errors was that they "did everything we were supposed to do."

Applied for a job and never got an interview or feedback as to why no interview. I have banking experience in mortgage which are a plus.

Our current position is not in our closing department, which would handle mortgage information, it is on our title side, therefore your past experience, although fantastic did not match our job criteria. 4 months have passed and I still have no deed to the property I payed cash for. Nothing but excuses each time I call.
This issue was resolved on 08/27/2019 due to the previous owner's lender not supplying us with a satisfaction of mortgage. We finally obtained the satisfaction, recorded it and issued our title insurance policy. The Deed was recorded immediately after the closing and therefore a matter of record.
