My wife and I celebrated this crazy year by purchasing our first home. Jack Rabel was our loan officer, and we can't thank him enough for his assistance. There's obviously a lot to learn and consider when purchasing, but Jack made it a relatively simple process that we could understand and made suggestions along the way to really help us find the best course of action. Even after a few misfires on previously considered homes and without having spoken for weeks at a time he was quick to respond. He always cared about our best interests and it showed. John was able to shop for and secure an unbelievably low rate that our long term bank could not even come close to.
