He answered any questions we had and was able to explain the financial side of things in a way that we could understand. Mike worked hard to make sure we were taken care of, and we really appreciated all of his help and dedication. They are a great choice if you’re looking for a phenomenal lender.

The mortgage loan officer that handled the loan for the buyers of our home did a HORRIBLE job and cost our family not only thousands of dollars but also the sale of our home. Joey Brodtman, the manger of the West Monroe branch, did NOTHING about the situation. I wouldn't trust putting my money in the hands of people so irresponsible and untrustworthy and will NEVER sell anything I own to someone who takes out a loan with this bank! They were a pain in my side for the 3 months it took to "sell" our home only to find out 2 days before closing that the buyers were not eligible. Then guess who got stuck with all the bills and fees. Red flags everywhere!!

Amanda was absolutely amazing! She provided so much guidance and made the process so easy! She’s such a sweet person. She exhibited true professionalism. It was such a joy and an honor to work with her. I am truly grateful for her and all her help. I’m definitely going to refer all my family and friends!

After having so much go wrong with my first mortgage company… Joey with assurance was just like a breath of fresh air! Joey works well into the NIGHT to get all of your paper work done!
