So I ventured in and bought a TV from this place .and the while watching TV found the color faded to blue in a few spots on the screen.i called them to explain I would like to change it out for one that works correctly. My call got transfered to someone who wasn't willing to help at all and tried blaming me for the reason the TV don't work right. And suggested it got pinched ..?? How can it get punched being the only cargo that was hauled and secure .making an excuse to lean toward not help there customer seems to fallow suit...I won't do business here ever again. Scam artists!!!

Lots of employee's, but can't get anyone to help you.. Customer service is really poor. I went in this last Tuesday (4/6) with my Girlfriend and was interested in the coins, but couldn't get the attention of any of the 6 employee's working? They weren't even selling anything, just talking.. I stood in the pawn line, and then in the line y the guns? Then I found a gun magazine I wanted to buy, and I stood there while two employee's continued to chat with a customer, who wasn't buying anything? They woudn't even look at me or say anything? Heck' I was the only person in the shop that actually wanted to buy something? lol. I put the item back and as I was leaving, another employee standing across the room said have a nice day? Yes I will...

I have been coming here for 23 years. Love the employees an the owners, Mike is one of my favorite employees to work with. Kristy is freakin awesome an they all work hard to give the best customer service they can. Thanks associated buyers . An thank you Dave an Jannie for being such wonderful people!!!

These people are Raciest. Went with my partner, Jumped through hoops to even try and talk with them. They asked for a bunch of personal info they have no right to know. Even after giving them all the info they wanted and being able to meet all of their requirements. They chose to turn us away because the didn't "feel" comfortable doing business with us.

I like to buy silver coins and I stopped by here to see what they had. The customer service was awful and they knew nothing about there product. And the "coin guy" was very rude. Treated me like I didn't know anything. I've been collecting for over 10 years, I'd say I am qualified. Avoid this place and go somewhere else. Tweaker central in there as well.

My husband, and I, have purchased from Associated Buyers for years. They are very courteous and professional. Their prices are fair and merchandise is of great quality. We have referred our out-of-town family and friends to them, and they always leave with something.

I have been an FFL holder for 32 years. Couldn't find anything I wanted with my distributors so I went to Gary at Associated Buyers. Was very happy with the way I was treated by Gary. He was not only courteous but very knowledgeable. I ended buying up 2 long guns. I also spoke with the manager, I don't remember her name, but she was also very polite and knowledgeable. Thank you. Always uncomfortable at this shop. Constantly feel like I'm being given sideways glances when purchasing something. They don't seem all that knowledgeable on many of their products as well. Don't expect decent customer service saying thanks is lucky to get a grunt in response. A couple of the employees there actually somewhat try to be good at customer service, but it seems to depend on the day and how you look.

This place is horrible. They have absolutely no compassion for people. They use people’s disadvantageous positions to take advantage of them. . . I understand a business has to make money, but they don’t have to make all of it at the expense of the poor in the Roseburg community. I would strongly suggest going to a business that is more honest and compassionate to the people in their community.

I went here to buy a saw. the store OWNER was rude to me the whole time. I went outside to start it and noticed that the chain guard was completely sheered off. upon starting it i realized it had problems. i was still willing to do business. the saw was listed 100 dollars less than what it would have cost brand new. due to the damages i thought it was not unreasonable for them to come down on the price a bit. i went in and offered what i thought was fair. the owner glared at me angrily and said ill pass, then slammed his hands on the counter in stare down mode. seems a bit of an overreaction. I was just trying to get a fair price. if he would have counter offered, i probably would have purchased it. i walked out and left the saw on the counter because i felt like he was threatening me with his eyes. as i walked out he yelled, "yeah sure ill put it away." ill be back there to get under his skin as much as i can. but their customer service rating... atrocious. bring pepper spray with you to shop in this hostile pawn shop... hahaha
